Resort in Costa d'Avorio

"I liked how it had its own private little beach area, very clean and quaint. The view was very nice and serene."

Getting to the resort was a bit of a trip, not a long trip, but a trip through the rough parts of the town, very different.

"Posizione molto bella direttamente sul mare. Bungalow molto belli anche se strani (la parte superiore è aperta per fare circolare l’aria. Se fa’ caldo è ok ma nella stagione fredda….). La Proprietaria e’ di Marsiglia e fa di tutto per far star bene gli ospiti. Ristorante molto buono"

E’ troppo caro per i servizi che offre. Anche i servizi offerti sono molto cari. La gita in barca per vedere le balene costava 50 euro a testa e non si è visto nulla. Anche lo snorkeling è stato deludente.

"Bungalow ampio e ben arredato con cucina ben fornita. Magnifica vista sul fiordo. Ampio spazio disponibile intorno al bungalow. Possibilità di noleggiare barche a motore e canoe (si consiglia di verificare la disponibilità alla reception). La struttura è una buona base di partenza per le escursioni. Possibilità di raggiungere Risør in barca. La struttura dispone di un piccolo market."

"We liked the city/village where the hotel was in. We liked the pool and the fact that we had it for ourselves. the breakfast was great, staff was really nice."

Le docce non erano adeguate, difficota a regolare la temperatura dell'acqua e la durata del getto.

"Architettonicamente meraviglioso, il BAA merita assolutamente di essere vissuto, ci si vive una esperienza che sa di 'unico e inimitabile'. Delizioso lo staff, comodissimo il concierge che via whatsapp ti aiuta in tutto, coinvolgente la SPA. Avete presente il quadratino che ognuno di noi ha nella propria testa chiamato 'da fare almeno una volta nella vita'? Questo hotel non può non esserci..."

Tutto meraviglioso ma... se vai al BAA spendi tanto e hai aspettative altissime, così finisci per notare tanti piccoli dettagli non all'altezza. Autodefinirsi a 7 stelle mi sembra eccessivo, è un hotel meraviglioso, ma ci ho sentito poca magia.

Not the hotels fault directly but the rush to catch our flight due to the 3rd party flight company flying us to the airport made an addition stop on the way to the airport.

"I had the most wonderful stay! The island was so incredibly picturesque, my chalet dreamy, the food phenomenal and Annarine and Rodney were absolutely gems! I felt so very safe and well minded. The wifi in the restaurant was top notch. Will definitely be back again soon! 🩷"

"È una struttura immersa nel verde, molto tranquilla e gestita da persone molto disponibili e cordiali."

Il primo centro per fare spesa o anche solo colazione è lontano circa 15-20 min di auto. Bisogna organizzarsi.

"Firstly, the staff - they were exceptional. The location was great with snorkelling on a reef just off the beach. We were there for 5 nights and the food was very good (except for one meal which was just average). Rooms were spacious and not too close together."

The beach for swimming could be better.

Il bar potrebbe rimanere sempre aperto perché l’isola non offre molte possibilità e sarebbe molto comodo poter pranzare e cenare sempre lì

"direi tutto ottimo : contesto stupendo, spiaggia attrezzata con una laguna ricca di fauna ittica a portata di maschera, piscina grandissima, parcheggi ampi per le auto, palestra, area massaggi e benessere. Davvero un resort di alta qualità"

prezzi di bar, servizio buffet per la cena, ristorante, assolutamente sproporzionati. Cenato fuori quasi sempre e dopo il primo giorno all'arrivo, più preso niente al bar. La sera al ristorante a buffet si rischia come è successo a noi di fare la cosa di 20 minuti per potersi sedere

"Благодарим за избора на стая в Royal Castle, най- луксозния хотел. Гледката беше отлична. Тъмна и тиха стая. Просторна стая и голяма баня от мрамор. Храната беше на ниво.Персоналът наистина дават всичко от себе си за да се чувства всеки добре. Леглата и възглавниците са много удобни, като за блажен царствен сън от какъвто се нуждаехме за нашата почивка. Плажът беше достатъчен за всички. Водата беше спокойна и бистра. Съчетанието с дива гора 🐺 и море е невероятно за почивка."

"È stato tutto perfetto. Grazie a Jonathan e China per la loro professionalità , anche a tutto lo staff, dalla cucina alla pulizia, animazione e altri servizi."

"The hotel is great and in an amazing location which is right inside the airport. Staff were polite and amazing, great buffet breakfast, there is mini zoo which had wildlife such as monkeys, crocodile, tortoise, parrot, ostriches, peacocks etc. The rooms and facilities was great and it was a great stay. They provided free shuttle to the airport which is a bonus."

The pool could do with a bit of cleaning.

Le prix reste un peu cher pour le Myanmar dans le contexte politique actuel même si il se comprend. Le confort du lit, matelas, était mauvais. Les coupures d'électricité durant tout un après-midi sont aussi à prendre en compte. Enfin les matelas et les serviettes autour de la piscine semblent une option.

L’unica cosa che si potrebbe migliorare (ma penso sia un problema di qualsiasi posto così vicino al mare) I cattivi odori di umidità e delle fogne provenienti dal bagno.

"The hotel ambience was very cosy and welcoming. Staying in a room facing the mountains was breath-taking and created a sense of calmness. The breakfast was lovely giving us a delightful taste of Uzbekistani food. Easy access to Amirsoy mountains Charvac Reservoir, Chimgan and also eateries including grocery store in the surroundings of Chorvoq. Having your own transport will give the needed access for these quaint places and meeting the kindhearted locals."

"I truly loved it! It was the perfect getaway on the island. Feels secluded away from the high rise hotel area. The view is breathtaking. The staff is simply the loveliest group of people. Extremely helpful, kind and hospitable. The path at the front of the hotel is perfect for a sunset or sunrise run/walk. The blend with nature is truly top! I loved it"

"Il resort é immerso in un’oasi paradisiaca, con alle spalle le dune del deserto e stanze che affacciano direttamente sulla spiaggia; il mare è limpido e cristallino, si vive un’atmosfera di privacy e completo relax, ben diverso dal caos soffocante tipico di altre location turistiche. Ideale per disconnettersi dal mondo. La stanza ha una grande vetrata che offre una vista spettacolare, da sogno, sulla spiaggia antistante. Lo staff è stato sempre disponibile e pronto a soddisfare e prevenire le tue esigenze, ancora prima che venisse gli chiesto. Tutta l’area esterna del resort é tenuta benissimo con tantissimo personale a disposizione. Siamo stati davvero bene, lo staff ci ha accolto calorosamente e fatto sentire a nostro agio e la location è meravigliosa."

Ci sarebbe piaciuto vivere maggiormente l’experience nel deserto: all’interno del resort, infatti, non si percepiva di essere in mezzo al deserto, che invece si trovava alle spalle delle camere. Sarebbe stato carino avere un dehor anche dal lato esterno, immerso pienamente tra le dune. In termini di attività, la struttura è un po’ carente, ci aspettavamo di poter fare escursioni e attività ogni ora, invece era possibile solo fare un’unica gita “safari” o un breve giro in quod (con prezzi abbastanza elevati); non erano disponibili, ad esempio, giri in cammello, per i quali era necessario andare in una station uscendo dal deserto, oppure passeggiate all’alba o tramonto. Anche nel resort sarebbe stato carino avere servizi quali massaggi, yoga, spettacoli serali o altre attività. Infine, la reception non è sempre stata proattiva. In questa stagione, c’erano, nel deserto in generale, tantissime mosche davvero fastidiose, ma lo staff ci ha aiutato fornendo spray e altri strumenti per scacciarle .

Un problema al casinò, avevo vinto ma ho dovuto chiedere 2 volte la verifica delle telecamere perché mi veniva negata la vincita .

"Ottima posizione per stare leggermente fuori da P.E. ma godere dell accesso (a pochi metri) della recife natural reserve. Comodissimo anche per visitare il centro di ricerca dei penguin, xhe abbiamo raggiunto a piedi dalla spiaggia e continuato poi a piedi fino al faro. Ottimo il parco giochi per I bambini."

Essendo inverno alcune cose erano chiuse ( ad esenpio la caffetteria)

"L’emplacement et les équipements du logement ainsi que du centre Pierre et Vacances. La terrasse bec vue sur le parc et la mer! L’hôte a été compréhensive et arrangeante avec nous pour s’adapter à nos horaires d’avion."

Le seul bémol réside dans l’humidité ambiante dans l’appartement, mais l’hôte a mis à disposition un déshumidificateur efficace et la climatisation pour diminuer les effets.

"Everything. It is in a fantastic location, is immaculately maintained, has a well equipped gym and indoor and outdoor pools and a great layout. The staff cannot do enough to make your stay exceptional."

Nothing, it was as close to being perfect as it is possible to be.

"Exceptional staff that turn this hotel into an unforgettable getaway. The whole place truly transports you somewhere else. The staff, coming from all over the Caribbean, were incredibly warm and friendly, making our stay feel genuinely special. The owner was fantastic—always present, talking with us, sharing stories, and really bringing them to life. It has been a delightful trip and a wonderful stay. We travelled with kids and it was the perfect set up. There are no real windows (only blinds and mosquito nets), so when the kids got loud, the neighbors could hear us. However room ventilation is really good, as there is a nice breeze at night. The location is also very convenient, well connected to both the north and the south. The food was surprisingly very good for a 4 night stay, breakfast was delicious. The pool and surroundings are wonderful. Would stay here every time I go back to Dominica."

The beach sand was a bit uncomfortable with lots of rocks and twigs.
