Struttura da pulire meglio ( non le camere ma corridoio, ascensore, atrio).

"The property is as super clean, modern and beautifully designed. All fittings are of good quality and very comfortable beds. The flat is of good size, with large bedrooms and good sized well equipped kitchen. We felt very welcome and really enjoyed our stay. Check in was smooth and easy and there is plenty of room of store all of your belongings. We will most definitely be staying here again."

"My sister & I stayed 4 nights here! 😍 We loved that… it was great value for money,… there’s a shop downstairs that opened 7 days till late… The location was awesome, right next to DMC, Vailoa, (the best fried chicken franchise on the island 😋)… the twin room was clean, and spacious with 2 x twin beds, sofa lounge, a balcony with clothes airer, a wardrobe, massive shower with hot water, toiletries & towels, kitchen sink with utilities, Tea/Coffee facilities, Aircon & free WiFi…and… The host, (Teresa), was very friendly & welcoming, always willing & present to help out when needed. 😃"

The only issue, was the accommodation is upstairs and carrying heavy luggage upstairs was a little challenging, otherwise, it was excellent value for money. 👍

"Location near the sea and grocery store. Found also a home bakery nearby. Beautiful, a bit rustic town under pine trees. Sandy beach and lot of quiet streets to discover. Appartment was warm, nice, and had all the basic things. Lovely yard."

There was no bed sheet for the second bed (sofa), and when we opened the sofa, there was sand from the previous visitors. The hosts reacted to our request and it was cleaned. Some other tiny issues - only 2 mugs in the cupboard (4 glasses), and the 3rd cup was found on the floor of shower room. We missed washing up liquid and kitchen towels too.

"The accommodation was in the flat, which was on the first Floor. It was a private room with AC and TV. You could cook in the kitchen. McDonald's was a one-minute walk away. The public beach is 5 minutes by car. Qidfa beach. The beach is very clean. The landlord is a very friendly and nice person. The flat had no small kids, and it was very calm. Close to Fujairah and Khor Fakkan. You would stay here 1 or more nights."

"Appartamento graziosissimo a due minuti a piedi dal centro città, su due piani, con ampi spazi e luminosissimo. Zona vivacissima di giorno e di notte. Comunicazione ottima con la proprietaria che ci ha anche organizzato i trasporti in taxi nonostante la prenotazione all'ultimo momento."

Palazzo senza ascensore abbastanza fatiscente, zona rumorosa (ma ci sta essendo in centro), attenzione alla scala che non ha balaustre.

"What a great surprise this find is, staying with a local community and eating the traditional food ,only 25mins walk to a private beach and 10min walk to the ash fields . Here the rumble of the mountain like its a distant thunder storm. The kids will show you around with great enthusiasm. And all being close to the volcano and hot springs and the hosts will arrange any other activities and transports needed , This is the real deal don't miss out . Ps look after Max well we will return ."

"The apartment welcomes us in a sparkling clean condition with all the home equipment that we need. It has a private car park with security, we felt safe around the neighbourhood. It is worth mentioning that the apartment is located in a very convenient neighbourhood. Will surely recommend!"

"Struttura pulita, l'appartamento è grande e spazioso; il gestore molto gentile e disponibile ci ha preparato anche un'ottima cena e mi ha permesso di usare la cucina per fare da mangiare alla mia bimba di un anno. Abbiamo conosciuto anche Aymen, un ragazzo del posto che la mattina ci ha fatto da guida per la città vecchia."

Purtroppo essendo gennaio l'appartamento era freddo e non è abbastanza riscaldato ma con temperature più miti è perfetto!

"Appartamento moderno, ben arredato e pulito. La zona è molto tranquilla ma a 10 minuti a piedi dal centro. In cucina c'erano dei piccoli assaggi delle aziende del posto che abbiamo molto apprezzato. Anche grazie a questo, abbiamo trovato i negozi dove prendere i nostri souvenir. Segnalo che dopo la prenotazione verrà richiesta una caparra (più che legittimo, ma non avevo trovato la info su booking al momento della prenotazione). Caparra restituita in brevissimo tempo."

Dreadful road with huge potholes in the road to the units. Not Access fault.

Seul petit bémol, pas du tout de commerce à proximité. Et si en plus vous n'êtes pas véhiculé sachez qu'il n'y a pas de bus en bas de la résidence où même quelques pas plus loin. Pour le premier jour, le papa du propriétaire qui était véhiculé nous a emmener jusqu'à une supérette. Un grand merci pour ce Monsieur. Qu'Allah le récompense pour son aide si précieuse. Le deuxième jour, pour le pain et viennoiseries, j'ai pris mon courage à deux mains. Heureusement, je suis une bonne randonneuse ce qui.n'est pas le cas de ma fille qui est restée bien tranquillement à m'attendre. La veinarde !! Malgré ce petit inconvénient, j'ai passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement que je RECOMMANDE VIVEMENT pour les marcheurs.
