Hotel in Costa d'Avorio

"La struttura è molto bella e ben posizionata, la vista è meravigliosa! Le camere sono grandi, molto pulite e dotate di tutto il necessario per un soggiorno confortevole. La colazione a buffet, inclusa con la camera, offre una vasta scelta di opzioni dolci e salate di ottima qualità. Il personale è fantastico, molto professionale e disponibile, tutti molto educati e sorridenti, un vero valore aggiunto! Ho avuto un imprevisto con il mio volo di ritorno (annullato il giorno prima dalla compagnia) e sono stati molto reattivi e disponibili nell'aiutarmi a trovare una soluzione. Assolutamente consigliato!"

Un po' distante dal centro a piedi, ma non è un problema perché facilmente raggiungibile in macchina o con moto taxi.

The food in the restaurant is ok but not the best and the waiters are slow. The breakfast is very poor and it is better to eat outside at 100% Natural. The reception did no tell us about the yoga which we missed. Also that did not tell us that we should book the whale trip in advance because now it was sold out and we had to book a private trip.

Colazione prettamente salata e non a buffet (il giorno prima indichi su un foglio cosa vuoi tra una serie di scelte), alcuni operatori non parlano bene inglese, stanza (bagno) un po’ sporca

Suggerirei di tagliare i rami delle piante che con il vento sbattono nel muro della camera . La notte era abbastanza fastidioso .

"The room is spacious and it is clean mostly, that's important. The AC & appliances works well, includes the bathroom and water pressure. Two good beaches are in walking distance from this hotel, as well as some good eateries."

The shower place is bit smaller, the mirror is made of wooden frame which the paint is dropping off. Not enough sand catching carpet at the lift lobby or corridor.

"The staff are wonderful and very consistent of disability. The restaurant is excellent with a large menu and reasonable prices. The Indian food is especially good. The surroundings are stunning. There is a farmers market there one Saturday a month"

The weakest part of the hotel is the restaurant catering for breakfasts and all meals: the place that looks like a canteen, is not welcoming. The prices for food are for too expensive. The food is good quality. Spiritless Hotel as it feels very empty.

"Excellent location. ALL the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Near to the American Memorial Park and if you want to book a tour of Saipan, I can recommend Walt at Discover Saipan. He gave me a superb tour of Saipan and Tinian and can collect from the hotel. Delicious dinner in the Terrace restaurant. Several pools and one of them is large enough to swim lengths and is open till late. I wish I could have stayed a bit longer!"

"The team were very friendly and a great support with questions we had. We were met at the airport terminal and driven to the hotel using the free shuttle service. The room was really spacious and clean and breakfast was a great selection. We had asked for help with something very specific which wasn't part of the hotel and the team said to leave it with them and they'd call the room when they had the answer and, they did that!"

"Struttura nuova e ben curata, una garanzia dal nome. Camera spaziosa e letto king size con: minibar molto fornito, acqua di benvenuto, bollitore con tisane e caffè, set di cortesia con ciabatte, prodotti beauty, pettine, spazzolini e dentifricio, set cucito, calzascarpe. Servizio lavanderia, doppi cuscini comodissimi, doccia grande con panchetta, scalda salviette elettrico. Essendo il mio compleanno mi hanno portato in camera una fetta di torta con candelina. La colazione era ottima e molto fornita con prodotti tipici sia dolci che salati e colazione continentale. La posizione è iper centrale e comoda anche all’aeroporto. Con 20€ a tratta puoi farti venire a prendere e portare in aeroporto da una macchina. Possibilità di fare il late check out fino alle 18, estremamente comodo se hai un volo in tarda serata. Presenza di spa e palestra. Ristorante interno molto valido con prodotti tipici e non"
