Lodge in Costa d'Avorio

"Un servizio TOP. Il personale era molto professionale e gentile. Le tende erano comode ed accoglienti. Il Camp è ben posizionato lungo il fiume con ampi spazi verdi. Possibilità di fare 3 safari al giorno. Raccomandiamo in particolare quella della mattina con il Bush Breakfast. La nostra fantastica guida Dominic era molto competente e disponibile. Inoltre c’era la possibilità di attendere interessanti lezioni a fine giornata condotte da un giovane Masai sulla Fauna, Flora e Tradizioni locali."

"Bella struttura sulla spiaggia di Ampongorinana, staff molto gentile e premuroso: camera ampia e ben ventilata con un bel balcone e bagno. Armadio con cassaforte, ventilatore. Possibilità di servizi extra (lavanderia) e escursioni direttamente prenotabili in struttura, ottima colazione."

"L’accueil était formidable ! Attendez bien qu’elle vous envoie les bonnes directions par ce que sur booking ce n’est pas clair ! La maison est super mignon , très bien placé ( au calme ) et bien décorée. Moi je suis hollandaise donc je n’avais pas de problème avec l’escalier hyper pentu et les marches très étroite !"

"Beautiful place next to a river and the mangrove bushes. The lady at the service desk speaks very good English. That’s was very helpful. The excursion to the monkeys was very fun and the boat tour was beautiful!"

"Absolutely beautiful peaceful serene location. We were there Oct and it was cold. It must be amazing in the summer. Some issues with check-in. I guess it was off-season, because there were no staff. We needed to call and there was a small delay getting things organised. The room is huge, aircon/heater works well. Kitchen has most things you need. Fridge, microwave, utensils, etc Ensuite bathroom is large and shower is hot. It suited us perfectly."

10am check out is a bit early. We would have liked to stay around another few hours.

It may be a bit challenging to find the right road leading to the house, but we managed. Go past the road leading to the two storey apartment houses, and turn to the left of the warehouse-like structure which is further on the road.

"Location was ideal for any work close to the university. The food given for breakfast was delicious and dinner was great at a great price."

"Check-in flessibile e autonomo. Possibilità di lasciare i bagagli in struttura dopo il check-out. Letto comodo, bagno pulito e spazioso. Vicino a fermata del pullman e ad un'ottima pastizzeria. Presenza di frigo, macchina del caffè, bollitore e tostapane per prepararsi la colazione. Tè, caffè e zucchero a disposizione."

Non c'è il bidet. Aria condizionata a pagamento (il prezzo almeno è basso).

L’unico suggerimento riguarda la colazione: sarebbe utile poter indicare le proprie preferenze in anticipo, così da evitare sprechi. Per il resto, tutto impeccabile: ottima qualità-prezzo e un soggiorno che consiglio vivamente a chi cerca relax e contatto con la natura.

La guida é eccezionale, con professionalità ti porta laddove sarebbe impossibile arrivare da soli. Segue i tuoi tempi e sempre con estrema cortesia. Abbiamo scalato le dune a piedi e con il fuoristrada, abbiamo fatto il bagno nelle acque sulfuree, ascoltato la notte intorno al fuoco nel nulla… i miei complimenti e ringraziamenti allo staff. Tornerò presto."

La posizione molto vicina alla spiaggia e ai ristoranti Novi e Sinbat sono stati incredibilmente gentili e disponibili, abbiamo passato dei giorni meravigliosi Ci hanno aiutato ad organizzare le attività e ci han portato a fare un giro di esplorazione dell’isola! "This property was tucked away in the rain forest. Alejandro was exceptional, his knowledge of nature and the beneficial properties of plants from his garden which he had specifically grown was like having a professor with us all the time. He and His wife Christiana also incorporated some of the fruit and vegetables into our stunning breakfasts which were freshly prepared each morning.. Alejandro was incredibly helpful booking restaurants. He always greeted us with a smile and was a perfect host. We felt perfectly relaxed by the end of the stay."

Would have liked more light, and water pressure but to be honest we didn’t mention it to him so he could fix it.

"The huts are amazing, great location max. 3 minutes from the slope if you stay in the furthest one. They’re clean and warm, have all the things you need to cook a pretty decent dinner for a couple of people and there’s even sponges and dish soap at the property. The huts are very warm and they stay that way during the night so you won’t be cold. The owner is great and is quick to offer whatever help you need. It’s a quiet place without many people going through and you can’t hear anything going on in the other houses. The WiFi is very good and each hut has its own router."

The towels provided are every small (basically hand towels) - that’s not bad really but it’d be nice if that information was provided. Kind of no place to put your skis and snowboards except on the small terrace - unless you’d like them in your bedroom - but that’s not a big problem.

"Comfortable stay in a Vintage house, outback-Australia style. Has all things in the kitchen to use if self catering.Hot shower .Central, close to a lovely beach and restaurants. But 2 km from main supermarket. Recommended"

"Tende e struttura principale meravigliosamente arredate, personale super accogliente (un encomio speciale a Zied, grande professionista e gran bella persona), workshop e attività organizzate molto interessanti, a contatto con la natura, cibo servito eccezionale. Attenzione particolare a fare sentire gli ospiti in un ambiente protetto, senza orari prestabiliti per la cena e per la colazione... Un luogo dove prendersi del tempo, dove ascoltare i propri ritmi e staccare dalla frenesia della città."

La piscina era chiusa per manutenzione e non era segnalato da nessuna parte. Il prezzo è davvero molto molto alto, anche per lo standard europeo e nonostante il personale ci abbia omaggiati di alcuni workshop e un massaggio non so se vale veramente quanto costa.

"Perfect location, next to ski slope. Amazing place for skiers/ snowboarders, however you can reach it only directly from slope (but it makes stay even better) we could leave backpakcs at reception, and ski until checking. Stuff is very friendly and helpful."

"Beautiful views of Apia. We literally had the whole place to ourselves. It provided a calm quiet space that we didn't expect."

Unfortunately there were a few minor issues when we arrived, that eventually got sorted. Given the circumstances of the week prior & sending our condolences to the family, I'm not surprised things were a little off the mark. A broom in the unit be great to keep the floors free of bugs & dirt. We still loved our stay regardless.

Malheureusement été déçus par le jacuzzi qui ne fonctionnait pas. C'est le point qui nous a le plus dérangés et qui a gâché le séjour car j'ai payé un supplément pour profiter de cette option avec mes enfants cela devait être une surprise. Je tiens tout de même à remercier le membre du personnel qui a tenté de faire une réparation. Malgré ses efforts et sa bonne volonté, le problème n'a pas pu être résolu. C'est dommage de ne pas avoir pu en profiter durant notre séjour.
