"I bungalow fronte mare sono molto belli. La natura è rigogliosa. Lo staff gentile e premuroso. Il ristorante è sufficientemente vario. La piscina comoda (c'è stato qualche problema di filtro quando ci siamo stati noi). L'animazione non è soffocante. La spiaggia di fronte è stupenda. Frequentato soprattutto da australiani e asiatici."

"Magic Reef is a beautiful resort, very relaxing. The bungalows are well equipped and the bed was very comfortable. It was also great to have our own comfortable lounge chairs on the deck to take in the views out over the reef, watching the waves crashing and the sun setting which was all simply breathtaking. There are a few really good restaurants within walking distance down the beach, making it a perfect spot for a relaxing time. We hired a car for a couple of days to explore around the island, enjoy some beach swimming, snorkeling and to eat at some different restaurants. The pool was great, lovely temperature and depth. Our hosts and all the staff were friendly, helpful and we enjoyed talking with them. Thanks for the beautiful platter in the fridge, the beers, juice etc which was so appreciated. We would highly recommend Magic Reef if you like a small boutique resort."

"Das Zimmer war überraschend groß und modern eingerichtet – man merkt sofort, dass alles neu ist. Besonders schön: die tolle Ausstattung mit Espresso-Maschine und kostenlosem Kaffee. Auch das Bad war sehr geräumig und hochwertig gestaltet. Über die Terrasse mit eigenem Strandkorb hatte man einen wunderbaren Blick Richtung Bodden – perfekt, um abends den Tag ausklingen zu lassen"

Das Zimmer ließ sich trotz der Verdunkelungsmöglichkeiten nur bedingt abdunkeln, da durch die Milchglastür früh Tageslicht hereinkam. Bei der Ankunft war es zudem recht staubig, was etwas den ersten Eindruck trübte. Außerdem war der Kaffeeweißer aufgrund der hohen Luftfeuchtigkeit auf der Insel hart geworden.

"Huge, beautiful and clean room (better than the photos), so many things to do (game room, animation, water park) beautiful landscape and views. Especially loved the forest next to the beach."

The water in the swimming pools/water slides was a little bit too cold

"La camera è ampia, dotata di spazio cottura per la colazione (troppo costosa quella fornita in struttura), ben illuminata. Posizione ottima, vicinissima ad un'ampia e meravigliosa spiaggia (attrezzata) nonchè al villaggio di Oistins. Giardini ben curati e varie piscine a disposizione."

La struttura è un po' vecchiotta anche se funzionale. A mio parere potrebbero esserci maggiori piccole attenzioni, visto il costo delle camere, ad esempio: il kit del bagno terminato dopo un paio di giorni non è stato sostituito, la luce del mio comodino non funzionava, l'acqua del lavandino del bagno nono scorreva (e ho dovuto dopo una paio di giorni segnalarlo), lo zucchero in cucina è terminato e non è stato integrato.

non mi e piaciuto lo spreco alimentare che fanno le persone veramenete disgustoso solo perche non pagano il cibo si riempiono piattie vanzano cibo poi da buttare pero' la struttura non centra ci vorrebbe un reposnsabile che spiegasse a queste persone che il cibo non va sprecato che e sempre disponibile per tutti.

"From arriving up to leaving, it was perfect! The rooms are comfortable and clean. Stuff is always doing the best service, from the reception over the cleaning staff to the restaurant! Even there was a animation for kids at the pool what our son really enjoyed. The Chef cooking delicious meals and sharing some special tip to make your food better! The waiters have done always a great job , Jonathan was always having some jokes to made us laugh. Cleaning staff always was respecting your privacy and when told them come back at time they was at the point! At the point a perfect stay what I can just recommend."

"La posizione è ottima proprio di fronte il visitors centre. Colazione molto buona. Personale concierge e ristorante molto gentile."

L’ho prenotato perché pensavo di poter usufruire della spa dopo una giornata intera nel sito archeologico ma è tutto a pagamento compreso il bagno turco (mai visto in un hotel 5 stelle). In più la spa è quasi inesistente. Non funzionava il riscaldamento nella nostra stanza (cosa non piacevole a Febbraio) e dopo varie discussioni e diverse versioni sui fatti con il personale al telefono ci è stata consegnata una stufetta elettrica in stanza che chiaramente non abbiamo potuto usare durante la notte. Ci è stato proposto di cambiare stanza ma ormai erano le 11 di sera.

"The kids loved the pool facilities. Miss Tandin and Me Shyam on the desk were particularly helpful. They arranged to meet our needs with a pleasant smile. The room service was excellent and well trained. Thank you all"

The location was a little to the edge of the city but that may be a good thing for some looking for peace & quiet. The decor is a bit dated

"The hotel is great and in an amazing location which is right inside the airport. Staff were polite and amazing, great buffet breakfast, there is mini zoo which had wildlife such as monkeys, crocodile, tortoise, parrot, ostriches, peacocks etc. The rooms and facilities was great and it was a great stay. They provided free shuttle to the airport which is a bonus."

The pool could do with a bit of cleaning.

The food in the restaurant was very poor - surprisingly for a country like Kyrgyzstan where generally the food is excellent

"The location is ideal for a first-time traveler to Kokopo it is right in the center of the city. Staff is friendly and helpful. The food is good, and the restaurant well located for a good view to the now quiet volcano in Rabaul and the Duke of York islands during the day."

"Bella struttura posizionata sul più bel tratto di spiaggia di Grace Bay, a sud la spiaggia si restringe molto e risulta affollata. La stanza è un appartamento molto ampio con due stanze e due bagni con tutte le stanze che vedono il mare, anche se non sono beach front."

Da migliorare l’offerta del cibo, non la qualità, che risulta molto ripetitivo soprattutto a pranzo; la chiusura alternata dei ristoranti la sera non favorisce gli ospiti nella scelta dei pasti.

"Sicuramente la camera, la colazione al mattino ricca e in una sala molto grande con ogni cosa desiderabile, la posizione e la struttura particolare."

Sicuramente la logistica per capire dove rivolgersi una volta arrivati, la struttura è talmente grande che si rischia di perdersi e perdere tempo per cercare aiuto da parte del personale. Bisogna dire che siamo arrivati di sera, quindi con il buio che ha complicato le cose, ma con un pò di buona volontà abbiamo aggirato l'ostacolo e una volta capito, tutto si è semplificato. Siamo stati bene, grazie.

Le camere le devono pulire di più però il resto è tutto ok basta che chiama la ragazza e ti risolve il problema.
