There seems to be a lack of management oversight, with some areas for improvement. For example, one of the bath mats which was in place in front of the shower had holes in it - which really shouldn't happen. And there is a need for a "refresh" of the the rooms.

"Ottima posizione per stare leggermente fuori da P.E. ma godere dell accesso (a pochi metri) della recife natural reserve. Comodissimo anche per visitare il centro di ricerca dei penguin, xhe abbiamo raggiunto a piedi dalla spiaggia e continuato poi a piedi fino al faro. Ottimo il parco giochi per I bambini."

Essendo inverno alcune cose erano chiuse ( ad esenpio la caffetteria)

"Il più bel resort nei dintorni. La gentilezza e flessibilità di tutto il personale Sempre pronti ad accogliere le richieste . Non sapevamo che non ci fosse il traghetto e senza addebitarci nulla ci han permesso di andar via un giorno prima! Il cibo era buonissimo. L’atmosfera felice e familiare. Mi piacerebbe tornare."

"The hotel ambience was very cosy and welcoming. Staying in a room facing the mountains was breath-taking and created a sense of calmness. The breakfast was lovely giving us a delightful taste of Uzbekistani food. Easy access to Amirsoy mountains Charvac Reservoir, Chimgan and also eateries including grocery store in the surroundings of Chorvoq. Having your own transport will give the needed access for these quaint places and meeting the kindhearted locals."

Non mi è piaciuto il fatto che potevano avvisare che non si sarebbero potute fare attività acquatiche per emergenza squali, proporre uno sconto o dire almeno che se volevamo potevamo spostare, inoltre, secondo me, sottovalutano la presenza di serpenti Marini. A parte non segnalarlo nel modo opportuno, dichiarano che siano innocui ma in realtà purché è vero che non attaccano ma sono velenosissimi e si trovano in acqua e noi personalmente davanti alla porta della nostra palafitta!

"年数は感じるもののオシャレな外観。 １室が中で２部屋に分かれており、更にそれぞれ２つずつベッドがありました。部屋同士もトイレや浴室のある通路をドアで挟んでおり行き来できます。それぞれの部屋も広い。エアコンもしっかり効くし、wi-fiやワイヤレス充電器もある。 朝食はゴルフ場のレストランで、サラダ、トースト、スクランブルエッグ＆ベーコン、スープ、ヨーグルト、飲み物をいただきました。美味しかったですが、ヨーグルトは大人向けの味です。甘くないので、子供達はトーストの苺ジャムを混ぜました。 スタッフはみんな丁寧な方ばかりでした。"

室内の鍵がかからない所がある。バルコニーへの鍵も壊れてて開かない。外スリッパも準備されているのに。時期的なものもあるかも知れないけど、窓が虫ついてて汚れている。 近くにコンビニ等ないので、夕食はよく考えてから施設に向かいましょう。

"Due to another group booking received a free upgrade to an entire private bungalow. Staff and service was professional and friendly throughout. Rooms were spacious, exceptionally clean (cleaning staff deserve a bonus!), and beds comfortable. Included riding tour was a pleasant surprise and really enjoyable, highly recommended. The whole setup as a non-profit for the benefit of the community is commendable. I strongly recommend staying here!"

Restaurant waiters are useless, slow, just talking to each other. . Even if you are a guest at hotel they want you to pay for the huts. Hotel guests should get at least a free hour daily. There is no real beach seating for hotel guests to relax.

"A very nice and clean room. It's newly renovated. It was -8°C outside during our vacation, so we didn't even always turn on the heating because the apartment was so warm. The room has all the necessary kitchen utensils (cutlery, dishes, scissors, a corkscrew) and bathroom essentials (combs, a hairdryer, and even feminine hygiene products). Location is good, it takes about 10-15 minutes to get to ski elevator No.1. The hotel proposes 20% discount at Zjaj. It was the cheapest one. Also the can wax and sharpen the renting board 👍🏻 The apartment complex is connected with spa center Mamababa, so you even don’t need to go outside"

The location is different with booking address. We were trying to find it about 1 hour. You have to put in maps “National restaurant”, the reception is located in the same building, but the left door. The room doesn’t have mountain view, you have the view to the main road and roof from the downstairs restaurant. Since the restaurant is downstairs it was noise some nights Spa complex is a little bit expensive - 5000 dinares per person, the hotel in 200 m propose prise 3000 dinares

"The property is very welcoming, with professional and helpful staff. Upon arrival, I was pleasantly surprised with a room upgrade, which I really appreciated. The swimming pool was closed for two days, but the hotel kindly removed the related charges. At breakfast, I would suggest adding kiwi and avocado, which I personally missed. The beach, gym, leisure facilities, and overall atmosphere are beautiful and relaxing. The sea is simply stunning! 🌊"

"direi tutto ottimo : contesto stupendo, spiaggia attrezzata con una laguna ricca di fauna ittica a portata di maschera, piscina grandissima, parcheggi ampi per le auto, palestra, area massaggi e benessere. Davvero un resort di alta qualità"

prezzi di bar, servizio buffet per la cena, ristorante, assolutamente sproporzionati. Cenato fuori quasi sempre e dopo il primo giorno all'arrivo, più preso niente al bar. La sera al ristorante a buffet si rischia come è successo a noi di fare la cosa di 20 minuti per potersi sedere

il servizio bar/ristorante. In una struttura dedicata al relax e al benessere , il servizio ristorazione dovrebbe essere disponibile H24. Non è particolarmente veloce ed ha orari di "uffico"

La stanza che avevamo prenotato al secondo piano praticamente non aveva acqua e la poca che c'era era fredda. Nonostante l'avessimo comunicato non è stato fatto nulla e ci è stata cambiata la stanza soltanto dopo 3 giorni di lamentele,sebbene ce ne fossero di disponibili

"Everything was amazing! The owners take great pride in their new property and hospitality. We felt super welcomed and honestly spoilt! The room was beautiful with proper linens, thick towels and a hot shower!! The food was delicious - we tried pretty much everything in the menu. Great variety and portions. Lovely place to hang and relax by the pool or take a kayak to the nearby village and mangroves. This was our favourite stay on a 6 week trip and recommend to anyone staying in the area!! All the best to these wonderful hosts!! Xo"

"La struttura ha soddisfatto a pieno le nostre aspettative. Il cibo era davvero buono, sia quello servito a buffet sia quello dei due ristoranti Senerata e Navigator (bellissimo anche per pranzo, affacciato sul mare). La camera rispettava le aspettative e il livello di pulizia era ottimo. Il resort è in generale ben curato e mantenuto. Con il servizio all inclusive era possibile mangiare e bere a qualsiasi ora della giornata, l'organizzazione era ottima. Abbiamo apprezzato la possibilità di fare colazione anche prima dell'orario di apertura ufficiale, visto che una mattina siamo dovuti partire presto per un'escursione. Inoltre è molto buona la possibilità di avere un lunch box se si vuole trascorrere la giornata altrove."

Unica pecca del Resort è la spiaggia in cui si trova. Nonostane si possano vedere splendidi tramonti, non è purtroppo paragonabile alle bellissime spiagge dell'isola. L'accesso in mare è difficoltoso in quanto pieno di rocce e alghe, servono necessariamente le scarpe apposite. Anche come colori, non ha nulla a che vedere con l'azzurro cristallino che si trova nelle più famose Troux au Biches, le Morne o Flic En Flac.

"I truly loved it! It was the perfect getaway on the island. Feels secluded away from the high rise hotel area. The view is breathtaking. The staff is simply the loveliest group of people. Extremely helpful, kind and hospitable. The path at the front of the hotel is perfect for a sunset or sunrise run/walk. The blend with nature is truly top! I loved it"

"Das Zimmer war überraschend groß und modern eingerichtet – man merkt sofort, dass alles neu ist. Besonders schön: die tolle Ausstattung mit Espresso-Maschine und kostenlosem Kaffee. Auch das Bad war sehr geräumig und hochwertig gestaltet. Über die Terrasse mit eigenem Strandkorb hatte man einen wunderbaren Blick Richtung Bodden – perfekt, um abends den Tag ausklingen zu lassen"

Das Zimmer ließ sich trotz der Verdunkelungsmöglichkeiten nur bedingt abdunkeln, da durch die Milchglastür früh Tageslicht hereinkam. Bei der Ankunft war es zudem recht staubig, was etwas den ersten Eindruck trübte. Außerdem war der Kaffeeweißer aufgrund der hohen Luftfeuchtigkeit auf der Insel hart geworden.
