"Personale non disponibile. Ho chiamato 2 volte per avere informazioni per il Wi-Fi e nessuno si è presentato. Una sera non andava l’acqua della doccia, il mio compagno ha chiamato per avvisare e ci è stato riferito che sarebbe arrivato qualcuno ma non è arrivato nessuno. Dentro hotel e nel ristorante molto freddo quasi impossibile stare per l’aria condizionata molto esagerata."

"The hotel is new and located in a good neighbourhood. The staff are wonderful, always courteous. The breakfast is varied with delicious bakery. I will be back."

"I booked this hotel because the rooms looked spacious and comfortable and they really were. The room was big, clean, and well-maintained, which made our stay pleasant. The pool area looks beautiful, though unfortunately we didn’t get to use it because it closes at 5 PM. The buffet breakfast was very good, with a nice variety of options, although the coffee wasn’t great. The waiters were friendly and provided excellent service, and the reception staff were polite and welcoming, which gave a great first impression. There’s a malls and a few restaurants nearby, the hotel is currently surrounded by construction. Overall, it’s a nice place with good service and clean rooms, but the early pool closing time and a few unnecessary restrictions make it less convenient for tourists visiting Abidjan."

"The pool closes at 5 PM, which doesn’t make sense for tourists who spend the day exploring the city by the time we return, it’s already closed. It feels like the hotel focuses more on the restaurant next to the pool than on guest experience. Also, I asked for pool towels to take to the beach, but they didn’t allow it. This policy is confusing, since I could have just taken the room towels instead. For visitors coming to enjoy Abidjan, these small restrictions make the stay less convenient and welcoming."
