"A személyzet, mind a recepción, mind az étteremben nagyon nagyon kedves, segítőkèsz, barátságos volt. A hotel csodálatosan szép helyen van, a kertben játszótér, teniszpálya, röplabdapálya is megtalálható. A szobák nagyon tiszták, elegánsak, jól felszereltek. Az ételek isteniek, bőségesek, változatosak. Minden fantasztikus volt."

La camera era molto grande e ben tenuta con tutte le comodità, tv in soggiorno e in camera da letto, aria condizionata. I prezzi del ristorante dell'hotel sono in linea con i ristoranti che si trovano fuori e il cibo non è male."

"After a busy day of driving from Hokitika, we decided to split our drive to Kaikoura by staying at this hotel for one evening. Upon check-in the young woman clearly explained the restaurant hours, breakfast plan and how to use the outdoor jacuzzi which we definitely utilized for star-gazing later that evening. Since the hotel is literally in the middle of mountains and valleys and rivers, the views from the hotel/restaurant/villa were fantastic. We spent a few hours star-gazing the Milky Way which is our passion and one of the objectives for staying here for the evening. Given the hotel's location, the restaurant menu was quite limited which is a shame but understood given its remoteness. Lovely stay and would definitely recommend this hotel for those considering....."

Nella descrizione appare scritto che si ha a disposizione una piscina idromassaggio e una sauna ma questo non è vero perché bisogna pagare un supplemento di 20 euro a persona per ora

"We know Zahara very well and this is the second time that we have stayed at the Playa de la Plata. We loved our apartment, which was bright , modern and well furnished . The staff are friendly and welcoming, and the whole complex is kept spotlessly clean. A very enjoyable stay - thank you!"

"The staff was courteous and helpful. Location is good, at the sea side. Very well presentation of food dishes and good breakfast. Rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable."

Lot of stairs to bring down the luggage and carry it back. The train track adjoining the hotel is very annoying and extremely noisy when the train passes through.

the shower needs to be updated it was not a good quality either from the hand held shower or the overhead one and the rooms by the road are noisy even though they said they are insulated, they are not and you can hear the cars very well

The room have unpleasant smell from the toilet initially. But overall room was clean and seems to be maintained well.

"Breakfast was great. Location was excellent. Office staff were helpful especially the lady in charge. She was very helpful, efficient and very polite. Her approach was superb. Unfortunately didn't get her name but she is from Lomolomo village ."

"Posto splendido! Abbiamo soggiornato nella camera #6. Semplice, pulita e con una vista meravigliosa sul mare che dista solo qualche metro. Sembra di alloggiare in una casa albero tra le palme!! Il servizio è eccezionale, gli host gentilissimi. La struttura mette a disposizione degli ospiti la cucina (in comune) e kayak, attrezzatura per snorkelling e sedie da spiaggia per chi volesse farne utilizzo. Consiglio a chiunque ami i paradisi tropicali e non voglia soggiornare in albergoni senz'anima! Spero di poter tornare presto :)"

"posizione nel verde e vicino a tutto quello da vedere, palestra e casette molto carine"

colazione dalle 9 è un pò troppo tardi e un po’ lenti anche nel darla, piatto unico e da vegetariana è stato complicato con bacon e uova con prosciutto

La struttura potrebbe essere più curata, ad esempio il lavandino del bagno crepato e che non faceva scendere bene l’acqua

"Accoglienza favolosa da parte della famiglia che gestisce gli appartamenti e cibo preparato da loro squisito. La struttura è anche molto vicina al Monastero e alla Chiesa di Santa Maria sulla Laguna di Narta."
