"24hrs electricity. And you can buy things within the vicinity"

There is no wifi/internet upstairs.

"The apartment was stocked with many basic food items: Bread, butter, margarine, tea, instant coffee, salt, pepper, sugar, juice, milk, coke, and snacks, to the best of my memory. This was essential because we arrived at 3:00 AM and had to be ready for a tour at 6:00 AM. Also, some of that is expensive to buy when you must leave it behind if you are only there a few days. We liked that there was a security guard there and the building and area felt safe. Laundry facilities."

"Buona posizione, in un'area sicura e tranquilla. 1 ora circa da S.Juan e mezz'ora da Ceiba (ottimo per volo verso Culebra!) La villa era fornita di veramente tutto : cucina, lavastoviglie,lavanderia con asciugatrice. In dotazione saponi, shampoo, asciugamani, detersivi per la cucina, lavastoviglie e lavatrice, e anche un campione di caffè. Tutti gli accessori da cucina erano presenti (piatti, posate, bicchieri , pentole etc). Spazi molto grandi, molto apprezzato il terrazzo con sedie, tavolo e sdraio. Parcheggio gratuito a pochi passi. La nostra villa aveva la vista sul porticciolo degli yatch. Bello anche il complesso nel suo insieme, con la piscina (una era in ristrutturazione). A pochi passi una piazzetta con alcuni ristoranti e negozi."

Il checkin è stato un po' "freddo", ci è stato spiegato poco delle strutture disponibili. Le chiavi magnetiche si sono smagnetizzate due volte in una settimana. Problema risolto subito alla reception, ma comunque fastidioso. Il parcheggio era ampio ma secondo me meglio cospargerlo di ghiaia per evitare la fanghiglia e pareggiarlo meglio (alcune buche erano veramente notevoli!)

Mobilio ed attrezzature un po’ datate ed usurate , odore fastidioso in camera non si capiva di cosa

"Il proprietario é una persona fantastica, accogliente, disponibile e ti fa sentire a casa! Appena arrivati alla sera ci ha invitati a partecipare alla Jam session di percussioni in terrazzo con lui ed i suoi amici. Molto bello! Ci ha aiutati nell’organizzare la continuazione della vacanza dandoci suggerimenti riguardo mezzi di trasporto per raggiungere Ile de Saloum. Colazione abbondante e molto buona, in terrazzo con vista sul quartiere Yoff. Esperienza consigliatissima!"

"Large rooms, pristine condition. Well appointed with good facilities. Common area also superb, with cooking facilities, dining area, living room and TV. Two shower/toilet rooms shared between 4 rooms. Impeccably clean. Free wi-fi. 2x supermarkets and a fast-food place are within walking distance, closing around 22:00."

The location isn't really within walking distance of Nuuk centre, but buses and taxis are available. Not much to see and do in immediate area.

Le store dans la chambre ne permet pas d’avoir un noir total, il y avait de la lumière dans la chambre la nuit.

"Il monolocale era molto spazioso nei suoi ambienti. Il riscaldamento si gestisce dalla camera, come le luci, ad accensione dal letto. Gli armadi capienti, come i comodini. L'angolo cucina è a scomparsa, il che rende l'ambiente più da camera, con il difetto che c'è poco posto d'appoggio. Il tavolino compensa. Praticamente nessun rumore proveniente dall'esterno, infissi molto buoni."

All'arrivo nel lavello erano presenti piatti e stoviglie sporchi, non ottimo per il voto pulizia. La ventola del riscaldamento è rumorosa e tende ad attivarsi nel mezzo della notte. Non sono chiari gli orari per comunicare al telefono per esigenze, un paio di volte non ho ottenuto risposta.

"Ottima posizione, vicino alla metro e al Bund. Appartamento confortevole e spazioso, pieno di armadi con servizio di pulizia giornaliero, dotato di tutto il necessario per cucinare e dotato di lavatrice. Lo consiglio e ci ritornerei di sicuro"

Mancava solo il sapone per i piatti e una spugnetta

Free Wi-Fi connection was sometimes unstable, especially during the evening.

Kigali is a city which is really spread out so therefore there is no central part as such. It is with an easy reach of the airport and the city centre by Taxi. I would make this a destination Hotel. Extremely good value for money and you need to try the Rwandan breakfast

"Struttura adeguata per passare qualche giornata a Dili. Staff estremamente gentile, stanza ampia con ottimi letti, bagno e cucina da sistemare. Buona colazione con varietà di dolce e salato. Efficientissimo servizio di lavanderia quotidiano e gratuito, perfetto il servizio di navetta all'aeroporto (gratuito)"

La parte attorno alla piscina era poco attrezzata ed i due lettini presenti un po' troppo datati

"Nice setting, clean and comfortable room. Liked seeing the wildlife and walking the trails. In addition to the pool there's also table tennis, a football table and other games you can play which is a nice touch."

There was no tea or coffee in the room. Instead coffee was changed at an excessive rate. The same applies to the resturant: I always expect to pay over the odds in a place like this but this really was excessive! The final thing I thought was harsh is the 10 am check out time especially at low season.

"La struttura si trova a pochi passi dalla spiaggia e di fronte all’ ingresso del marina walk. C’è anche la fermata del tram (sebbene non sia molto utile per gli spostamenti a Dubai). La struttura è un po datata e questo si nota negli arredi e nella cura dei dettagli, ma se non ricercate lusso, va più che bene per qualche giorno, anche per l’ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.la colazione non è eccelsa, ma ho trovato tutto quello che serviva ( pane, cereali, yogurt, croissant, cappuccino, pancake…)staff molto gentile e disponibile e camere-appartamenti molto ampie e spaziose. Siamo arrivati alle 2 di notte e ci hanno comunque messo a disposizione la camera! Piscina piccolina con 15 lettini, ma siamo stati un’oretta ed è andata più che bene!"

I letti matrimoniali sono davvero piccoli!

Woke up every morning around 6 from the dogs barking.

Le wifi qui ne fonctionnait pas sur mon téléphone.

"It is a self-contained island of greenery (nice big garden) and quiet, with lots of things for a 5-person family to do and a lovely atmosphere. The team running the Villa were super friendly and supportive - our daughter needs to eat gluten free food and they helped us by ensuring fresh gluten free bread every day in the morning for her and once even baked a special cake. Our energetic two year old could run in the garden, play with the toys from the toy collection and enjoy the sandbox, which kept him busy and us as relaxed as possible... The fully equipped kitchen gave us the freedom to cook as we needed to. And the option to use the bicycles with a baby seat was just great. Would gladly go back for another stay."

"The balcony view across the river to the mountains was fantastic. The room was very large, bed was comfortable and the location was close to the town centre."

We are seniors, so walking up to the hotel was hard. The internet was not up to scratch, but all in all, I actually liked the place.

"Hotel ben organizzato, con diverse soluzioni , appartamenti per famiglie, molto spaziosi, ben organizzati, un piccolo market, piscina per tutta la famiglia, bar sempre aperto, ottima colazione e servizi forniti ben organizzati."

Materassi un pò duri.

Había leña y otros objetos en lso parqueos que lo hacían mas difícil de utilizar.

Nulla. Però nel palazzo è richiesto silenzio quindi forse non ideale per giovani esuberanti .

"Perfect place! Attentive staff, clean apartment with kitchen and comfy bed. Generator supplies energy to the whole hotel and the restaurant during cut offs. Cleaning ladies were very helpful. Thank you!"

"The safe, secured location is right on the beach. This place was clean. This place was close to all amenities."

The power went out while we were there during the day. The staff don't speak any English but they are quick to translate with their phones!
