Aparthotel a Guam

"The lounge room. This is cool, couple of gaming zoon like table tennis, Foosball table, PSP and many more."

The air-conditioning system was not working properly but it was running. They should have provided drinking water bottles.

"We were warmly welcomed by the owner of the property - we felt right at home. He was very keen to host and you could really tell this in the way he interacted with us. Communication prior to our arrival was also very informative and friendly. The room was spacious and had everything we needed. The bed was amazing. So comfortable. The room and bathroom were clean and small touches around the room were cozy and well thought out. The surroundings are peaceful and our night stay was exactly what we needed after a big hike that day. Great for relaxation."

The hot water doesn’t last for very long but the water pressure is super good!

"Fuori dal centro abitato, in posizione panoramica, silenzioso. Dotato di parcheggio privato. Host molto cortese e disponibile a fornire indicazioni utili per il soggiorno."

Appartamento di nuova costruzione, arredamento non ancora completato, mancavano alcuni elementi ma per un breve soggiorno (siamo stati solamente due notti) non ci ha causato disagio.

"The bed was comfortable. The studio room. was spacious and clean.. The kitchen had everything.Staff were friendly. But the view was more beautiful overlooking the sea."

There was no hot water in the studio apartment..at least they should have installed a hot water heater in the shower would be better. the WiFi keeps going on and off.The TV had only 4 to 5 channels.Well, it's Solomon Islands. Everything there is yet to be upgraded.

"The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful with directions to/from the property and allowing me to stay in the bar area until I went to the bus station in the evening."

The room was basic (ie basic bathroom, wardrobe, tv, no desk) and was in the process of being cleaned when I arrived, but then this could be reflected in the 'budget' cost I paid for the accommodation.

It would have been handy to have a microwave.

"Ottima posizione, si trova vicino alla metro Oktogon ma vicino ci sono molte fermate bus/tram. Situata vicino a molti ristoranti e supermarket. Zona molto tranquilla. L’appartamento scelto era quello con 6 letti. Il quale è molto grande, con due bagni e appartamento ben riscaldato. Appartamento pulito, con cucina spaziosa e fornita di pentole se eventualmente si vuole cucinare. I bagni uno con doccia e uno con vasca, non grandi ma comunque attrezzati."

Nonostante ci sia la doppia finestra non è ben insonorizzato, quindi si sentono i rumori esterni. Per un soggiorno di 4 gg sono stati forniti 1 asciugamano grande ed uno piccolo. un altro paio sarebbe stato utili

Efficientissimo servizio di lavanderia quotidiano e gratuito, perfetto il servizio di navetta all'aeroporto (gratuito)"

La parte attorno alla piscina era poco attrezzata ed i due lettini presenti un po' troppo datati

"The rooms were spacious booked a family room had one double and one single. Was on ground floor first room as you enter building. The a/c was nice and cool it was on a fixed temp as no remote. TV was good with reception. Outside plenty of shops and restaurants. Dera and Gourmet and supermarket/bakery, fast food and other shops along the way. Rickshaws always available across the road. The big malls like ammana mall just a few minutes ride."

The only problem was that the toilet was the flat hole in ground the other rooms upstairs had the siting version but they were double rooms staff said we could change rooms and they will give us extra mattress but we liked the location of first room others had to go past reception.

"Struttura funzionale, ed ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Molto gentile il personale. Sistemazione tipica qui in Oman, con cucinino (rigorosamente senza pentole) e stanza spaziosa. Nel complesso una soluzione buona!"

"Un appoggio economico e veloce essendo arrivati la sera tardi in aeroporto. Appartamentino in cui poi ti portano porridge, latte e uova per la colazione da cucinarti tu ai fornelli. Personale cordiale."

The only negative for me was the shower was a little small.

"Posizione centrale con vista mozzafiato del tramonto con pale eoliche sullo sfondo. Giusto compromesso per visitare le più importanti città dell'Olanda o il Parco dei tulipani, veramente stupendo. Consiglio a tutti di fermarsi a cena almeno una volta nel ristorante che si trova praticamente sotto, il Visrestaurant ottimi prodotti dall'aringa nel panino all'anguilla affumicata e tantissime altre prelibatezze. La stanza è graziosa e spaziosa, altra cosa che abbiamo apprezzato molto è il parcheggio sotto le dune a 100mt dalla struttura. Consigliatissimo"

Unico neo, la scala per arrivare nella stanza leggermente ripida ma alla fine ci abbiamo preso la mano ;-)

"The place was very, very quiet (you only heard the rustling of th sea) and the view on the sea was extremely beautiful, one of the best sea views I ever saw (and I travelled a lot!). When I was there I also saw very many butterflies. The room was well equipped with fridge and tea facilities. The lady can make good meals. The village of Sauteurs is only half an hour walking from the place over a quiet road. Sauteurs is a little dull but has a certain Caribbean charm."

There is no airco. The cottages are on a slope, so sometimes you have to climb from your cottage to th reception and restaurant.

"Buona posizione, in un'area sicura e tranquilla. 1 ora circa da S.Juan e mezz'ora da Ceiba (ottimo per volo verso Culebra!) La villa era fornita di veramente tutto : cucina, lavastoviglie,lavanderia con asciugatrice. In dotazione saponi, shampoo, asciugamani, detersivi per la cucina, lavastoviglie e lavatrice, e anche un campione di caffè. Tutti gli accessori da cucina erano presenti (piatti, posate, bicchieri , pentole etc). Spazi molto grandi, molto apprezzato il terrazzo con sedie, tavolo e sdraio. Parcheggio gratuito a pochi passi. La nostra villa aveva la vista sul porticciolo degli yatch. Bello anche il complesso nel suo insieme, con la piscina (una era in ristrutturazione). A pochi passi una piazzetta con alcuni ristoranti e negozi."

Il checkin è stato un po' "freddo", ci è stato spiegato poco delle strutture disponibili. Le chiavi magnetiche si sono smagnetizzate due volte in una settimana. Problema risolto subito alla reception, ma comunque fastidioso. Il parcheggio era ampio ma secondo me meglio cospargerlo di ghiaia per evitare la fanghiglia e pareggiarlo meglio (alcune buche erano veramente notevoli!)

Il campanello della porta d'ingresso . Veniva suonato erroneamente dai vicini perche si confondevano. I fornelli ad induzione che inizialmente ci hanno creato qualche problema...

"Tranquillo posto con un tocco storico. Parco ben curato. Camera piccola ma accogliente. Buona colazione, possibile godere anche fuori con vista sul lago. Silenzio e bellezza"

Avvicinarsi all' acqua e pericoloso. C'è da fare ancora. Ma si può trovare in vicinanza anche le attrazioni acquatici.

Il rumore degli ospiti del piano superiore! Suggerirei di mettere i gommini alle sedie.
