"C’è piaciuto molto l’appartamento con una bella vista sulle montagne. Il luogo rilassante con pochi turisti e una bella posizione per raggiungere spiagge a sud di Creta o per andare verso Heraklion. L’accoglienza di Dimitri ci ha fatti sentire ospiti graditi e abbiamo apprezzato le colazioni che ci offriva tutte le mattine ."

The AC in the bedroom was too noisy. And i hope they will fix the elevator soon.

"We love the area, close to the ocean, the view is fantastic. We lived in Trou deau Douce 25 years ago at Valmarin. It was wonderful to be back and these apartments has so much potential, but unfortunately it’s not taking care of. The cleaning lady was very kind."

The apartments weren’t cleaned when we arrived. The underfloor apartment was full of black mold. The pool is not taking care of. No sunbeds. You could easily do a quick renovation, do some painting and take care of these apartments and it would be wonderful. Now we love this area and has lot of friends in Trou deau Douce so we wanted to stay there. We had no contact with the owners, they didn’t answer us, but the housekeeper/cleaning lady was nice and answered, she come and clean when we asked for it.

"Location was fabulous, just down the road from the Presidential Palace although the road is a little unkempt. An easy walk into the town for restaurants and the main market centre. Staff were friendly and helpful. Great outside relaxing bar / restaurant."

Taxis do not like to drive to the Hotel as the road is not great and has some big ruts at the town end, leaving you with the choice of a short walk or paying more. It's about a 400 yard walk and not hard or dangerous.

"Posizione ottima, vicinissima al centro ma immersa nella natura, posto molto rilassante Staff molto cordiale e disponibile Nonostante la stagione invernale la temperatura della stanza era molto confortevole"

More kitchen stuff would be great and a more cleaner bathroom.

A proper shower would be nice. And a garden tap would be useful.

"Ottima posizione, si trova vicino alla metro Oktogon ma vicino ci sono molte fermate bus/tram. Situata vicino a molti ristoranti e supermarket. Zona molto tranquilla. L’appartamento scelto era quello con 6 letti. Il quale è molto grande, con due bagni e appartamento ben riscaldato. Appartamento pulito, con cucina spaziosa e fornita di pentole se eventualmente si vuole cucinare. I bagni uno con doccia e uno con vasca, non grandi ma comunque attrezzati."

Nonostante ci sia la doppia finestra non è ben insonorizzato, quindi si sentono i rumori esterni. Per un soggiorno di 4 gg sono stati forniti 1 asciugamano grande ed uno piccolo. un altro paio sarebbe stato utili

"Posizione ottima, accesso diretto alla spiaggia, staff molto gentile e sempre disponibile. Eravamo in 3 persone, l’appartamento era adatto alle nostre necessità. Presente l’aria condizionata in camera."

Appartamento buono, ma un po’ vecchio. Camera pulita dopo 3 giorni, ma lo staff subito disponibile per eventuali richieste.

"La camera spaziosa, la cucina attrezzata ( magari lascerei il detersivo per i piatti), l'acqua per la doccia bella calda."

Il rumore degli ospiti del piano superiore! Suggerirei di mettere i gommini alle sedie.

"Appartamento nuovo, con ottimi spazi per 2 persone. Ben arredato, ben illuminato grazie anche a delle bellissime vetrate (abbiamo alloggiato al piano terra quindi non avevamo la vista lago, ma privacy e luce non sono mancati), e con tutto ciò che può servire. La posizione è ottima, in 5 minuti si arriva al lago e tutti i servizi sono piuttosto vicini."

"Beautiful territory, nice stuff, excellent location, proximity to the beach. Absolutely beautiful place to stay close to the old port, very convenient for the kids to swim. A bit outside of the city and I loved it! Walking distance to the kite beach or shell cemetery. Enjoyed to be surrounded by so many flowers on the territory. Definitely good value for the money. Book in advance!"

The kids bed wasn’t really comfortable and was somehow uneven.

"La struttura è molto carina, caraibica e piccola (solo 7 appartamenti di cui uno del proprietario) con una bella piscina. Tutto molto ben curato e pulito. L' appartamento è molto confortevole anche per tre persone: ampia cucina/soggiorno con smart TV, camera da letto con queen bed a baldacchino e bagno grande con doccia comoda. La gestione è affidata a Bocabay che risponde per ogni problema o richiesta H24, 7 giorni su 7 e sono molto reattivi."

Nulla da migliorare per la struttura. Purtroppo è un po' distante dalla spiaggia (15 minuti a piedi) e sotto al sole è un problema.

"Tutto. La struttura è basilare ma non le manca niente. Una menzione particolare va fatta alla manager Kartini… ha svoltato la mia vacanza facendomi scoprire la città con la sua cortesia e disponibilità. Yogyakarta non è solo Prambanan e Borobudur. Ci tornerò sicuramente è stavolta per più tempo. A presto ❤️"

"la posizione è senz'altro nel cuore di miraflores quartiere turistico. Colazione buona. Wifi ottima. Vista dall'alto piacevole. La stanza molto grande, tipo loft. Cambio asciugamani quotidiano. Staff cordiale e disponibile. Valido anche il deposito bagagli. Letto enorme."

La vasca grande ma un po' datata. Un po' di rumore pur essendo al 14 piano non c'è molto insonorizzazione con l'esterno.

"Molto accogliente,tranquillo, pulito, vicino alla stazione, anche in cucina si può fare il tè oppure caffè, cioccolatini,volendo cucinare devi solo avere i propri prodotti."

"Struttura funzionale, ed ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Molto gentile il personale. Sistemazione tipica qui in Oman, con cucinino (rigorosamente senza pentole) e stanza spaziosa. Nel complesso una soluzione buona!"

"Posizione del Premier Suite perfetta per arrivare nel centro di Dublino in veramente poco tempo. Zona nuova con appartamenti ed uffici, quindi molto tranquilla. Casa perfetta con tutti i comfort."
