"I've stayed at this place for over 20 years and it has always been reliable. It is clean, quiet, and safe. This is not luxury of course and the furniture might be from a few generations ago but it is practical and very very clean. There is a small kitchen to allow you to make coffee and other small dishes. For the price it is an excellent choice and the location is superb."

It would be nice if it would be able to heat the room a little bit more. Traditional places in Lima tend to not bother much with heating or air conditioning because the temperature usually stays the same at around the 60s

"Soggiorno perfetto. Resort molto carino immerso nel verde fronte spiaggia. L'appartamento era dotato di camera da letto grande, bagno con doccia grande e soggiorno con divano e cucina a vista. Fuori terrazza con tavolo e 2 sedie che dava sul giardino. Personale gentilissimo. L'ombrellone con 2 lettini era compreso nel prezzo. Teli da mare cambiati giornalmente e pulizia appartamento ogni 2 giorni. Siamo stati benissimo e ritorneremo sicuramente"

Accoglienza ed assistenza dello staff eccezionale. Attenti ai bisogni ed esigenze dei clienti. Colazione da re e venendo incontro a necessità alimentari di ciascuno con opzioni senza glutine, senza lattosio o altre esigenze. Posizione centralissima e fantastica. Parcheggio a disposizione. "The accommodations are wonderful. The view from the back balcony is breathtaking as it overlooks the ocean. It is very comfortable, clean, spacious and inviting. Renalda greeted us when we arrived and was a great contact in the Dominica."

It is about a 30-45 minute walk into the town of Roseau. It is a short walk uphill to accommodations if you do not have vehicle.

"Tutto impeccabile. L’hotel è un piccolo angolo di paradiso: vicinissimo al centro città ma senza il caos che ne deriva. Struttura pulitissima e con ogni servizio e comfort, il personale eccezionale siamo stati anche accolti in un italiano perfetto. Colazione salata o dolce davvero buona e fatta in casa. Camera pulita e letto comodo."

L’unico difetto sono gli infissi, avendo avuto la camera che si affaccia al giardino eravamo direttamente esposti alla strada principale che è davvero molto trafficata. Gli infissi non ci sono, solo zanzariera e oscuranti quindi il rumore era molto vistoso.

The beds and pillows were too soft for our liking.

"Bellissimo e ampio monolocale con vista favolosa e terrazzone con tavolino e due sedie. Il portone è vino all'entrata del centro commerciale, bisogna fare attenzione se no non ci si accorge. Posizione comoda vicino citta vecchia ma ottima posizione per visitare anche la parte nuova. Letti ampi e comodi ma cuscini bassi. Asciugamani e phon ma consiglio di portare l'accappatoio. Cucina attrezzata. Di fronte c'è un piccolo supermercato Remi ma molto fornito."

Tutto bene ma la prima volta con le indicazioni non siamo riusciti ad aprire il portone e abbiamo aspettato una persona che uscisse. Poi arrivati al 9. piano abbiamo telefonato all'host che ci ha dato le tutte le indicazioni per reperire e come usare le chiavi. E' meglio usare quella elettronica per il portone. Servivano più indicazioni anche per micronde e cucina a induzione.

"Abbiamo soggiornato nella Log Cabin, un'esperienza molto suggestiva. Ampia, riservata, caratteristica e la chicca della sauna privata! La colazione a buffet nel locale principale offre tutto quello che si può desiderare."

Nulla, sarebbe 10/10 se disponesse di una vera e propria spa con piscine riscaldate e vasche idromassaggio.

"El hotel en general es muy bonito, y la piscina está muy Bien: Mis chamos no querían salir de la piscina, en especial por el pequeño "Parque" acuático que tienen en las instalaciones de la piscina. Las piscinas las mantienen muy Bien limpias, incluso fuimos testigos de la limpieza exhaustiva que realizaron a la piscina de niños. El personal de mantenimiento le damos un buen "pulgar arriba". Se nos daño la cerradura y la cambiaron Al mismo momento en el que lo reportamos, a pesar de que tenían "various casos de emergencia" que necesitaban atender. Muy bien por El líder de mantenimiento."

El desayuno fue un desastre. Cuando llegamos nos asignaron una muchacha para hacerle seguimiento a nuestra "experiencia" en El hotel y nos dijo: "El desayuno es a la Carta, así que no hay que preocuparse". La verdad es que solo habían 3 tipos de desayuno y eran sumamente estrictos (no se podía cambiar pan por arepa por ejemplo). La Carta decía "huevos Al gusto", sin embargo no había huevos hervidos. A la final nos lo prepararon (porque Les explicamos que eran para Los niños) no sin antes mostrar una cara de desacuerdo y "volteada de ojos" no muy agradable. Por otro lado, El hotel estaba casi full (hecho corroborado por Los mismos administradores / trabajadores del hotel), y la disponibilidad de mesas era escasa, en incluso se hacían colas, especialmente, cerca de la hora de cierre del restaurant (10a.m.). Como especialistas en Gerencia e Ingeniería de costos, entendemos claramente que el objetivo de servir "desayunos a la Carta", es tratar de bajar costos (no toman en consideración que bajar costos en la situación de ocupación en la que se encontraban significa incrementar estrés a su personal y al turista), sin embargo eso se puede hacer con El hotel a poca ocupación (quizas igual o menor Al 30-40%) no con el hotel a 80% de ocupación. La mejor manera de manejar la comida con dicha ocupación, es preparar desayunos tipo Buffett. Se lo hicimos saber a la Gerente encargada del restaurant, sin embargo la misma no recibió la sugerencia de buenas maneras.

"It is a self-contained island of greenery (nice big garden) and quiet, with lots of things for a 5-person family to do and a lovely atmosphere. The team running the Villa were super friendly and supportive - our daughter needs to eat gluten free food and they helped us by ensuring fresh gluten free bread every day in the morning for her and once even baked a special cake. Our energetic two year old could run in the garden, play with the toys from the toy collection and enjoy the sandbox, which kept him busy and us as relaxed as possible... The fully equipped kitchen gave us the freedom to cook as we needed to. And the option to use the bicycles with a baby seat was just great. Would gladly go back for another stay."

Kigali is a city which is really spread out so therefore there is no central part as such. It is with an easy reach of the airport and the city centre by Taxi. I would make this a destination Hotel. Extremely good value for money and you need to try the Rwandan breakfast

"The safe, secured location is right on the beach. This place was clean. This place was close to all amenities."

The power went out while we were there during the day. The staff don't speak any English but they are quick to translate with their phones!

"È un aparthotel molto funzionale e pulito. Negli appartamenti non manca proprio nulla e c'è caldo, si sta bene quando si rientra da una giornata in centro. I letti sono super comodi e nella cucina c'è tutto quello che serve per cucinare. Il bagno è molto grande e pulito. Io e mio marito sono anni che andiamo qua e ci troviamo molto molto bene. C'è anche la possibiltà di fare colazione in hotel che ê super!"

"The hotel grounds are beautiful and well kept. The apartments are comfortable and clean. Owners very friendly and attentive and easy to reach via Whatsapp should you need anything. Supermarket 5 min walk away."

The only thing with the place is that if you don't drive (like me), it's quite far away from everything (which I kind of knew from researching when I booked so that was my choice) There are no buses but if you're driving, I would say it's perfect for a quiet, chilled stay in beautiful surroundings. I would probably still go back just for a few days if I re visit Aruba.
