Appartamenti a Granada

"Nice apartment, nice terrace overlooking the pool and with partial sea view. The ceiling fans were very good and enough to keep the apartmrent cool and we did not need the aircon. The owner had been very friendly and responsive. Just a few meters walk to a long stretch of beach with few people around. Free use of beach chairs and sunshades"

Air conditioning did not work in the living room but was not a problem because we did not need it. The only problem was after we checked out when we received a message from the owner saying that we had forced open a closet and damaged some beach towels. I have explained the owner how things really went and I believe that it was fiundamentally a misunderstanding and the problem was likely caused by the people in charge of the cleaning/maintenance of the apartment or some previous guests, since the owner lives in Europe. To be fair the owner did not ask us to pay anything it was just her complaining about us having done something that we did not do.

Le prix un petit peu élevé, des travaux de rafraîchissement sont à prevoir. La piscine partagée avec d'autres locataires moins agréable : On a eu des ados pas très discrets.

Some more information about laundry options. Hot water was not working in our unit. So pending repair this was accommodated with option of moving into another apartment or using the bathroom for showers in that one, which was your preference. It would be nice to have some bedside lights.

"Casa molto bella, sul mare, e ottimo punto di partenza per visitare tutte le Far Oer. Cucina attrezzata, parcheggio fuori dall'appartamento, pulizia e comfort."

Lavastoviglie sporca, lava male e andrebbe controllata ogni tanto.

"The unit was very very clean. We were close to the beach. Walking distance. Beach towels , chairs and umbrella were available. There was a beach bar right on the beach that we ate at. We did not rent a car. We used M&M taxi while we were there. Awesome service. We also ate at Miss B. Another spot on the beach front. We enjoyed our time. Thank you. We were a party of three. Wifi was able to handle all your streaming needs."

No complaints. All was well.

The bathrooms seem a bit outdated and upgrading them would greatly enhance the overall guest experience.

Pulito, luminoso e spaziono senza contare una buona dose di "stile" nel decorare l'interno dell'appartamento. Si trova inoltre al piano terra, rendendo facile l'accesso anche con grandi valigie. Le finestre credo siano insonorizzate, visto che siamo riusciti a dormire perfettamente senza il fastidio delle macchine. Inoltre, il chek-in in autonomia è stato facile e le indicazioni comunicate tramite Whatsapp in largo anticipo e con grande chiarezza. Super consigliato!"

Il circondario è un poco degradato ma la posizione resta ottima per visitare la città. Anche dal punto di vista della sicurezza la zona non presenta problemi

"I cannot recommend this place enough. It was exactly what we were looking for and 1000 times better than the hotel we stayed in the night before for a similar price. It was beautifully decorated, so clean and comfortable, had everything you could need and was in a good location. Don't stay anywhere else, this is the best place in Libreville!"

Walking around the neighborhood because too many dogs. Though most were chained but their threatening bucks and sometimes meeting unchained ones scared me off. I don’t like dogs!

La posizione ottima e centrale, leggermente defilata dalla via centrale quel tanto che basta per essere tranquilli, ma in due minuti sei nella piazza del municipio."

Il bagno è cieco, ma per una vacanza è comunque un'ottima soluzione

"Excellent no complains great value for the price the nightly rates do not do justice to te quality clean spacious room full size kitchen and bathroom. If you are traveling on a budget I highly recommend this place. I'll be staying there next time. Very quiet also. AC also available and good quality WIFI."

Por la mañana no hay tráfico, además de que son puntuales para traer el transporte que me llevó al aeropuerto, por lo que llegué en el tiempo esperado, sin mencionar que tienen desayuno incluído, fueron tan amables de ponermelo para llevar ya que quería desayunar luego."

"We are a family of 6 and we spent 20 days in this 3 bedroom spacious and comfortable house with excellent facilities and everything worked well starting from the air conditioning in all of the rooms, the standby generator, kitchen appliances ie: boiler, washing machine, fridge, kettle, microwave, cooker etc, big smart TV with Netflix amazon prime in the living room. Located in the city centre and close to the shops and restaurants with easy street parking. The house also have a well maintained private front garden where residents can relax.. The house has been recently refurbished."

Frequent power cuts in the city but with a standby generator on site we always have electricity in J Nova residential.
