"The house was very clean, staffs were extremely friendly and hospitable. Really enjoyed my stay here and will come back again. Accessible location to get to many other places in Beijing as well"

"La struttura è molto carina, caraibica e piccola (solo 7 appartamenti di cui uno del proprietario) con una bella piscina. Tutto molto ben curato e pulito. L' appartamento è molto confortevole anche per tre persone: ampia cucina/soggiorno con smart TV, camera da letto con queen bed a baldacchino e bagno grande con doccia comoda. La gestione è affidata a Bocabay che risponde per ogni problema o richiesta H24, 7 giorni su 7 e sono molto reattivi."

Nulla da migliorare per la struttura. Purtroppo è un po' distante dalla spiaggia (15 minuti a piedi) e sotto al sole è un problema.

Set in a very pleasant square with a number of good restaurants, well-located for the historic centre and the destinations up the valley. 30 minute pleasant walk to the cable car."

"Appartamento nuovo, con ottimi spazi per 2 persone. Ben arredato, ben illuminato grazie anche a delle bellissime vetrate (abbiamo alloggiato al piano terra quindi non avevamo la vista lago, ma privacy e luce non sono mancati), e con tutto ciò che può servire. La posizione è ottima, in 5 minuti si arriva al lago e tutti i servizi sono piuttosto vicini."

"la posizione è senz'altro nel cuore di miraflores quartiere turistico. Colazione buona. Wifi ottima. Vista dall'alto piacevole. La stanza molto grande, tipo loft. Cambio asciugamani quotidiano. Staff cordiale e disponibile. Valido anche il deposito bagagli. Letto enorme."

La vasca grande ma un po' datata. Un po' di rumore pur essendo al 14 piano non c'è molto insonorizzazione con l'esterno.

"Residence un po' decentrato, ma fornito di parcheggio interno, con pochi euro possibile ottenere un taxi. Colazione buona salata, camere un po' datate ma pulite. Personale alla reception molto gentile"

The only negative for me was the shower was a little small.

"Bel complesso di casette attorno ad un'area comune ben attrezzata e piccola piscina. Molto confortevole se ami un turismo rurale e a contatto con le persone."

"Mi experiencia en este hotel fue maravillosa. Está ubicado justo frente a la playa, lo que me permitió disfrutar de amaneceres y atardeceres espectaculares sin tener que moverme demasiado. La zona es muy tranquila, perfecta para descansar y desconectar. La habitación me sorprendió gratamente: además de ser muy bonita y luminosa, resultó muy cómoda y estaba equipada con una cocina que tenía todo lo necesario para preparar mis comidas. La piscina es amplia y agradable, ideal para relajarme después de pasar el día en la playa. Sin duda, lo que más destaco son las vistas increíbles que hicieron mi estancia aún más especial. Recomiendo totalmente este lugar y volvería sin pensarlo."

"Beautiful territory, nice stuff, excellent location, proximity to the beach. Absolutely beautiful place to stay close to the old port, very convenient for the kids to swim. A bit outside of the city and I loved it! Walking distance to the kite beach or shell cemetery. Enjoyed to be surrounded by so many flowers on the territory. Definitely good value for the money. Book in advance!"

The kids bed wasn’t really comfortable and was somehow uneven.

Se dovessi trovare un difetto direi un po di rumore serale che arriva dai pub sottostanti.

"Posizione ottima, accesso diretto alla spiaggia, staff molto gentile e sempre disponibile. Eravamo in 3 persone, l’appartamento era adatto alle nostre necessità. Presente l’aria condizionata in camera."

Appartamento buono, ma un po’ vecchio. Camera pulita dopo 3 giorni, ma lo staff subito disponibile per eventuali richieste.

"The apartment was stocked with many basic food items: Bread, butter, margarine, tea, instant coffee, salt, pepper, sugar, juice, milk, coke, and snacks, to the best of my memory. This was essential because we arrived at 3:00 AM and had to be ready for a tour at 6:00 AM. Also, some of that is expensive to buy when you must leave it behind if you are only there a few days. We liked that there was a security guard there and the building and area felt safe. Laundry facilities."
