Resort in Moldavia

"direi tutto ottimo : contesto stupendo, spiaggia attrezzata con una laguna ricca di fauna ittica a portata di maschera, piscina grandissima, parcheggi ampi per le auto, palestra, area massaggi e benessere. Davvero un resort di alta qualità"

prezzi di bar, servizio buffet per la cena, ristorante, assolutamente sproporzionati. Cenato fuori quasi sempre e dopo il primo giorno all'arrivo, più preso niente al bar. La sera al ristorante a buffet si rischia come è successo a noi di fare la cosa di 20 minuti per potersi sedere

"The breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of food. The tropical gardens around the hotel were beautiful and larger than any hotel gardens I have seen elsewhere in Asia and very well maintained. In particular we would like to mention Mr Tony Tong the Hospitality Manager who was very helpful advising us on excursions and sorting out a serious travel problem (0ne railway ticket booked instead of two!)"

"The customer service, friendliness of all the staff, and welcoming were superb. We have never met people who are all friendly, with no exception and all the staff always greeted everyone with a smile"

Having to get taxis but the cheap so not to bad.

Sicuramente la logistica per capire dove rivolgersi una volta arrivati, la struttura è talmente grande che si rischia di perdersi e perdere tempo per cercare aiuto da parte del personale. Bisogna dire che siamo arrivati di sera, quindi con il buio che ha complicato le cose, ma con un pò di buona volontà abbiamo aggirato l'ostacolo e una volta capito, tutto si è semplificato. Siamo stati bene, grazie.

Extremely helpful, kind and hospitable. The path at the front of the hotel is perfect for a sunset or sunrise run/walk. The blend with nature is truly top! I loved it"

"The property is very welcoming, with professional and helpful staff. Upon arrival, I was pleasantly surprised with a room upgrade, which I really appreciated. The swimming pool was closed for two days, but the hotel kindly removed the related charges. At breakfast, I would suggest adding kiwi and avocado, which I personally missed. The beach, gym, leisure facilities, and overall atmosphere are beautiful and relaxing. The sea is simply stunning! 🌊"

"Das Zimmer war überraschend groß und modern eingerichtet – man merkt sofort, dass alles neu ist. Besonders schön: die tolle Ausstattung mit Espresso-Maschine und kostenlosem Kaffee. Auch das Bad war sehr geräumig und hochwertig gestaltet. Über die Terrasse mit eigenem Strandkorb hatte man einen wunderbaren Blick Richtung Bodden – perfekt, um abends den Tag ausklingen zu lassen"

Das Zimmer ließ sich trotz der Verdunkelungsmöglichkeiten nur bedingt abdunkeln, da durch die Milchglastür früh Tageslicht hereinkam. Bei der Ankunft war es zudem recht staubig, was etwas den ersten Eindruck trübte. Außerdem war der Kaffeeweißer aufgrund der hohen Luftfeuchtigkeit auf der Insel hart geworden.

I liked everything, the only recommendation is more variety of food for breakfast. 4 days in a raw all dishes for breakfast were the same.

"Le ville in legno sono semplici, belle e pulite e tutto è in legno. Il cibo è buono, costa poco e le porzioni sono grandi. Il personale è molto disponibile, accogliente e ti sembra di stare con degli amici. Dalle ville si può vedere la catena montuosa di Karanfil e accanto alle ville scorre il fiume."

A bit convoluted to get around the property until you get used to it

"Staff are friendly and helpful, and our room was good. The environment is beautiful, and we love the Rossmund golf estate."

There seems to be a lack of management oversight, with some areas for improvement. For example, one of the bath mats which was in place in front of the shower had holes in it - which really shouldn't happen. And there is a need for a "refresh" of the the rooms.

"Ottima posizione per stare leggermente fuori da P.E. ma godere dell accesso (a pochi metri) della recife natural reserve. Comodissimo anche per visitare il centro di ricerca dei penguin, xhe abbiamo raggiunto a piedi dalla spiaggia e continuato poi a piedi fino al faro. Ottimo il parco giochi per I bambini."

Essendo inverno alcune cose erano chiuse ( ad esenpio la caffetteria)
