"La piscina è top, soprattutto per la bimba che si è divertita tantissimo con gli scivoli. E' solo molto affollata. Colazione top, tanta scelta, tutto sommato anche per la nostra bimba celiaca. La cena a buffet aveva tanta scelta, un pò meno per i celiaci ma erano indicati in chiaro gli allergeni. Molto bella anche la zona un pò più per gli adulti, piscina con acqua termale, area esterna con acqua riscaldata e l'aera saune. Bongo kids club bellissimo. Belli anche gli spettacoli serali nel periodo ancora di festa. La struttura è molto bella e nuova."

Non ci è piaciuto il servizio di pulizia nelle stanze, trovavamo solo il letto rifatto ma il bagno non veniva pulito, mai nei tre giorni in cui abbiamo alloggiato.

"The location is ideal for a first-time traveler to Kokopo it is right in the center of the city. Staff is friendly and helpful. The food is good, and the restaurant well located for a good view to the now quiet volcano in Rabaul and the Duke of York islands during the day."

"The hospitality from the staff was incredible. The level of detail and service was at a very high standard. The accommodation was really good. That was a lot of space. The food was great with the breakfast buffet. The prices were really good as well."

"Tutto. È la prima volta che vorrei dare un punteggio oltre 10 per questa struttura. Se fate una sosta a Doha, questo è il miglior hotel che potete scegliere! Vicino all'aeroporto, molto bello, piscina e spiaggia inclusa, vista sulla skyline di Doha, staff molto gentile e super preparato (anche troppo), colazione eccezionale. Il rapporto qualità-prezzo è molto buono. Quest'hotel mi fa sognare un prossimo viaggio per fare una sosta a Doha."

Couldn’t find any ramp which could be wheel chair friendly. A ramp could be introduced for ease of moving luggage’s and for elderly people.

"The location is excellent, right on the beach with reef full of fish, turtles within easy reach. Staff was very helpfull dealing with our canceled flight and helping us find alternative way back to Noumea."

We visited in rainy season season so we got stuck in the room one whole day. Facilities are a bit tired and could do with refreshment.

Le camere le devono pulire di più però il resto è tutto ok basta che chiama la ragazza e ti risolve il problema.

non mi e piaciuto lo spreco alimentare che fanno le persone veramenete disgustoso solo perche non pagano il cibo si riempiono piattie vanzano cibo poi da buttare pero' la struttura non centra ci vorrebbe un reposnsabile che spiegasse a queste persone che il cibo non va sprecato che e sempre disponibile per tutti.

"The location is right in the heart of Georgetown, within walking distance of all the major tourist attractions. The accommodation is beautifully designed,easily the best I’ve seen in Penang. The staff were incredibly friendly and always made sure we were well taken care of."

If I were to nitpick, the dinner menu could be a bit more interesting. Other than that, everything was great.

"Well maintained, super friendly and helpful staff. Room was always well stocked with towels and cleaned. Nicola does a great job by the pool keeping everyone happy with towels, food and drinks. Front desk staff were very helpful and friendly and the bartender was always smiling and talkative. D Richard’s steakhouse was great - Steak Diane and Filet were both excellent. Sol de Mar had good Mediterranean style food with a relaxed atmosphere. My husband and I ate here on a few occasions- pasta with lobster, veal scallopini both great choices. Close location to a number of off property restaurants that are excellent."

The pads on the loungers are very old, worn thin and extremely uncomfortable to sit on. Chef’s Table wasn’t good- we ate only one dinner there and the lobster cake and fish were dried out. The pasta dish with Shrimp had the full shell on the shrimp still making eating very messy. Lobster Fest on the beach was disappointing. The lobster was dried out as it had been sitting under lamps for some time. We waited 30 minutes past our reservation time to finally get a table after speaking with the manager in charge. Very unorganized.

"Sicuramente la camera, la colazione al mattino ricca e in una sala molto grande con ogni cosa desiderabile, la posizione e la struttura particolare."

Sicuramente la logistica per capire dove rivolgersi una volta arrivati, la struttura è talmente grande che si rischia di perdersi e perdere tempo per cercare aiuto da parte del personale. Bisogna dire che siamo arrivati di sera, quindi con il buio che ha complicato le cose, ma con un pò di buona volontà abbiamo aggirato l'ostacolo e una volta capito, tutto si è semplificato. Siamo stati bene, grazie.

"I have never been to a Taj before, so I have nothing to compare it to. The lobby is impressive and the location with direct access to the beach is great. The staff is lovely and the housekeeping do so much for you, Saudtha I believe, checked on us regularly and brought us more water or towels."

When a twin is converted into a double room, one of the guests end up without space to put their things and the light switches are at the wrong place.

"A large resort, with a number of Pools and large beach area, with all sporting amenities. A number of eating options on site and we had two excellent meals at the two signature restaurants in the resort."

"Room was clean. Exellent envirment with maintoun and water view. I chose the location since it is close Tramway and Flume Gorge."

The shower I used was really small.

"Loved this hotel! It's about a 25 minute golf cart ride from the centre of the island so it's a little way out but it's quiet and peaceful. Just dusty because the road is unpaved at the moment. The staff were incredible, everyone super friendly, professional and helpful. It was a windy few days for us so we couldn't get to use the beach much but another 20 minutes on is Secret Beach so we would go there instead. The pool here is great, plenty of loungers and space for everyone to relax. The rooms were clean, beds comfy and shower powerful!! Brilliant value for money and we even got a free upgrade. Would definitely stay here again but you definitely need to hire a golf cart to get around the island. Perfect for if you want to get out the real hum of the island but there are still plenty of food places nearby."

If I had to mention one small area for improvement, it would be the layout — the bed is a bit close to the entrance door, which made the space feel slightly tight at times.
