"Magic Reef is a beautiful resort, very relaxing. The bungalows are well equipped and the bed was very comfortable. It was also great to have our own comfortable lounge chairs on the deck to take in the views out over the reef, watching the waves crashing and the sun setting which was all simply breathtaking. There are a few really good restaurants within walking distance down the beach, making it a perfect spot for a relaxing time. We hired a car for a couple of days to explore around the island, enjoy some beach swimming, snorkeling and to eat at some different restaurants. The pool was great, lovely temperature and depth. Our hosts and all the staff were friendly, helpful and we enjoyed talking with them. Thanks for the beautiful platter in the fridge, the beers, juice etc which was so appreciated. We would highly recommend Magic Reef if you like a small boutique resort."

"direi tutto ottimo : contesto stupendo, spiaggia attrezzata con una laguna ricca di fauna ittica a portata di maschera, piscina grandissima, parcheggi ampi per le auto, palestra, area massaggi e benessere. Davvero un resort di alta qualità"

prezzi di bar, servizio buffet per la cena, ristorante, assolutamente sproporzionati. Cenato fuori quasi sempre e dopo il primo giorno all'arrivo, più preso niente al bar. La sera al ristorante a buffet si rischia come è successo a noi di fare la cosa di 20 minuti per potersi sedere

"Struttura bellissima con piscina e molto spazio per passeggiare. Cibo buono e scelte anche internazionali come pasta pizza o caprese. Nella struttura ci sono animali che rende l’esperienza indimenticabile."

En el gimnasio no funcionaban las maquinas. La habitación está bien es limpia y cómoda pero se podría actualizar un poco la decoración. Por ser un resort en el precio podría estar incluido el desayuno

Sicuramente la logistica per capire dove rivolgersi una volta arrivati, la struttura è talmente grande che si rischia di perdersi e perdere tempo per cercare aiuto da parte del personale. Bisogna dire che siamo arrivati di sera, quindi con il buio che ha complicato le cose, ma con un pò di buona volontà abbiamo aggirato l'ostacolo e una volta capito, tutto si è semplificato. Siamo stati bene, grazie.

Il cibo, praticamente tutto arabo. Non era stagione per gli italiani ma mi sarei aspettata un menu più internazionale. Direi che è stata l unica cosa negativa

"Struttura molto curata, elegante ed estremamente pulita, direttamente sul mare. Offre un’ottima cucina variata grazie ai numerosi ristoranti, tutti molto buoni. Lo staff è molto disponibile e gentile. Abbiamo apprezzato le molte attività proposte, adatte sia per i bambini che per gli adulti, il campo da golf integrato nella struttura, la piscina dei bambini con lo scivolo e le cascate e il magnifico mare con l’immensa spiaggia."

"The location is great, with direct access to the lakeside and lovely gardens. The rooms were spotlessly clean and the reception staff very helpful"

The food in the restaurant was very poor - surprisingly for a country like Kyrgyzstan where generally the food is excellent

The restaurant was dry cold and the dinner service should had been a lot better

"Loved this hotel! It's about a 25 minute golf cart ride from the centre of the island so it's a little way out but it's quiet and peaceful. Just dusty because the road is unpaved at the moment. The staff were incredible, everyone super friendly, professional and helpful. It was a windy few days for us so we couldn't get to use the beach much but another 20 minutes on is Secret Beach so we would go there instead. The pool here is great, plenty of loungers and space for everyone to relax. The rooms were clean, beds comfy and shower powerful!! Brilliant value for money and we even got a free upgrade. Would definitely stay here again but you definitely need to hire a golf cart to get around the island. Perfect for if you want to get out the real hum of the island but there are still plenty of food places nearby."

"I had never been to an all inclusive resort before and was sceptical and personally probably will never do it again but nothing to do with the Bareclo, simply my preference but the resort was totally amazing considering the price. I had one of the bungalows which has large vey well decorated and very comfortable likewise the bathroom. Considering the size of the resort the WiFi was excellent . I never used the pool which was huge but instead the beach and swam several times The beach is stunning and spotlessly clean as to the gardens they are stunning and so well kept. The staff were so friendly and helpful especially so the ones in the dining room I have never seen such a volume of food being served ( and consumed !) in such vast qualities and the staff there in my view were so patient considering what they were dealing with! Overall I cannot fault the resort in any major way you get amazing value for money … congratulations to Barcelo"

The checking in process is very unwieldy on arrival I joined a queue of at least 50 people I got there in the early afternoon and they simply would not let anyone in to their room before 3 pm And surely some of rooms were really and why allow check ins as was available . This is not the first time I have come across this attitude The resort is large and at first it was difficult to find your bungalow as it’s not overly well signposted The was an entertainment lady around the pool screaming down a microphone … why is that necessary ? Overall it was a great stay Well done Barcelo

"La piscina è top, soprattutto per la bimba che si è divertita tantissimo con gli scivoli. E' solo molto affollata. Colazione top, tanta scelta, tutto sommato anche per la nostra bimba celiaca. La cena a buffet aveva tanta scelta, un pò meno per i celiaci ma erano indicati in chiaro gli allergeni. Molto bella anche la zona un pò più per gli adulti, piscina con acqua termale, area esterna con acqua riscaldata e l'aera saune. Bongo kids club bellissimo. Belli anche gli spettacoli serali nel periodo ancora di festa. La struttura è molto bella e nuova."

Non ci è piaciuto il servizio di pulizia nelle stanze, trovavamo solo il letto rifatto ma il bagno non veniva pulito, mai nei tre giorni in cui abbiamo alloggiato.

Il cibo.. un po' per la difficoltà a reperire materie di buona qualità, un po per la scarsa fantasia degli chef... diventa monotono. L'animazione Italiana veramente penosa a confronto di quella portoghese solo la mattina e freccette, bocce, pallavolo, carte.. Paragonarle sarebbe come vedere una recita di 5 elementare contro il Circ Du Soleil.. Imbarazzante!

La pulizia generale della struttura può essere migliorata.

Only the lack of internet. There are no connexion even with data. So it can be frustrating when connexion is needed (to check flight for exemple)

Il personale è semplicemente eccezionale: sempre disponibile, cortese e pronto a farci sentire a casa. La spiaggia del resort è una delle più belle che abbia mai visto, con sabbia bianca finissima e acque cristalline, ideale per chi cerca relax e tranquillità. "Room was clean. Exellent envirment with maintoun and water view. I chose the location since it is close Tramway and Flume Gorge."

"Il residence è molto grande dotato di ogni comfort. All'arrivo ci hanno fatto l'upgrade gratuito e ci hanno assegnato un appartamento molto grande. Letti grandi e comodi. TV con canali satellitari. Cucina compresa di ogni comfort. Due balconi vista campagna. Abbiamo usufruito della piscina la coperto che dopo le 16 è aperta anche ai bambini. Spiaggia privata, spa e 3 ristoranti dove poter mangiare. Colazione ottima e abbondante sia quella dolce, sia quella salata. Personale molto cortese. Abbiamo lasciato la macchina nel parcheggio per un giorno al costo di 3 euro"

Nel bagno l'acqua non scendeva bene. Per una notte ok altrimenti avremmo chiamato per la sistemazione.
