It is slight expensive and the restaurant don't have paper menu. Please tell them to have menu on the table or present it when asked.

"Exceptional staff that turn this hotel into an unforgettable getaway. The whole place truly transports you somewhere else. The staff, coming from all over the Caribbean, were incredibly warm and friendly, making our stay feel genuinely special. The owner was fantastic—always present, talking with us, sharing stories, and really bringing them to life. It has been a delightful trip and a wonderful stay. We travelled with kids and it was the perfect set up. There are no real windows (only blinds and mosquito nets), so when the kids got loud, the neighbors could hear us. However room ventilation is really good, as there is a nice breeze at night. The location is also very convenient, well connected to both the north and the south. The food was surprisingly very good for a 4 night stay, breakfast was delicious. The pool and surroundings are wonderful. Would stay here every time I go back to Dominica."

The beach sand was a bit uncomfortable with lots of rocks and twigs.

We visited in rainy season season so we got stuck in the room one whole day. Facilities are a bit tired and could do with refreshment.

non mi e piaciuto lo spreco alimentare che fanno le persone veramenete disgustoso solo perche non pagano il cibo si riempiono piattie vanzano cibo poi da buttare pero' la struttura non centra ci vorrebbe un reposnsabile che spiegasse a queste persone che il cibo non va sprecato che e sempre disponibile per tutti.

"The location is right in the heart of Georgetown, within walking distance of all the major tourist attractions. The accommodation is beautifully designed,easily the best I’ve seen in Penang. The staff were incredibly friendly and always made sure we were well taken care of."

If I were to nitpick, the dinner menu could be a bit more interesting. Other than that, everything was great.

L’unica cosa che si potrebbe migliorare (ma penso sia un problema di qualsiasi posto così vicino al mare) I cattivi odori di umidità e delle fogne provenienti dal bagno.

"I bungalow fronte mare sono molto belli. La natura è rigogliosa. Lo staff gentile e premuroso. Il ristorante è sufficientemente vario. La piscina comoda (c'è stato qualche problema di filtro quando ci siamo stati noi). L'animazione non è soffocante. La spiaggia di fronte è stupenda. Frequentato soprattutto da australiani e asiatici."

Restaurant waiters are useless, slow, just talking to each other. . Even if you are a guest at hotel they want you to pay for the huts. Hotel guests should get at least a free hour daily. There is no real beach seating for hotel guests to relax.

"Loved this hotel! It's about a 25 minute golf cart ride from the centre of the island so it's a little way out but it's quiet and peaceful. Just dusty because the road is unpaved at the moment. The staff were incredible, everyone super friendly, professional and helpful. It was a windy few days for us so we couldn't get to use the beach much but another 20 minutes on is Secret Beach so we would go there instead. The pool here is great, plenty of loungers and space for everyone to relax. The rooms were clean, beds comfy and shower powerful!! Brilliant value for money and we even got a free upgrade. Would definitely stay here again but you definitely need to hire a golf cart to get around the island. Perfect for if you want to get out the real hum of the island but there are still plenty of food places nearby."

Il cibo.. un po' per la difficoltà a reperire materie di buona qualità, un po per la scarsa fantasia degli chef... diventa monotono. L'animazione Italiana veramente penosa a confronto di quella portoghese solo la mattina e freccette, bocce, pallavolo, carte.. Paragonarle sarebbe come vedere una recita di 5 elementare contro il Circ Du Soleil.. Imbarazzante!

Le prix reste un peu cher pour le Myanmar dans le contexte politique actuel même si il se comprend. Le confort du lit, matelas, était mauvais. Les coupures d'électricité durant tout un après-midi sont aussi à prendre en compte. Enfin les matelas et les serviettes autour de la piscine semblent une option.

"This apartment is well kept, very clean, comfortable, with all facilities at high level and abundancy. Interior very nice and cozy. SPECTACULAR views from the terrace, definitely that makes this apartment special. The hosts very nice people, very attentive and helpful. Even helped me to take off flat tire and fix it the nearest garage. Communication excellent. If you are in Morgan's Bay, this is would an excellent choice."

Property is managed so well that there is nothing to say negative.

The fact that, despite the heat, rooms were not supplied with drinking water & this had to be ordered from room service at $5 a small bottle. We had just arrived from staying at the Hamilton Princess hotel in Bermuda &, as is normal for luxury hotels of this standard, that had no problem in supplying drinking water to guests free of charge.
