Zimmer und Spielplatz sehr veraltet Dusche Renovierungsbedürftig leider keine Kochmöglichkeit die Sitzgelegenheiten vor dem Zimmer den ganzen Tag im Schatten es gibt Ruhe Zeiten

"The people were so friendly and helpful. They gave us a free lift into town and back and answered all of our questions. The setting is beautiful next to the water with a lovely log cabin. I'd definitely stay again, especially in summer as it's a great alternative to Ciudad del Este."

La combinazione perfetta tra la tranquillità delle alture e la bellezza del panorama è semplicemente incredibile. I proprietari sono geniali e disponibilissimi, pronti a rendere il soggiorno il più piacevole possibile. La loro ospitalità, la loro attenzione ai dettagli e la loro cucina hanno reso la mia esperienza ancora più speciale. Questo luogo è davvero una bellissima scoperta e non vedo l’ora di tornarci. "Simple and wonderfully personal. Great little cottage with stunning views of the Atiu forests and genuinely friendly help from the proprietor. Everything worked like it should. Great stay, sad to leave."

"This place is magical. It is suited in the beautiful nature, when you wake up in the morning you only hear the birds singing. But the same time you are the city center in a few muinutes. I love the community style. You are allowed to use the drinks and snackbar anytime and on the base of trust you pay at the check out. I arrived from germany, and without any more costs, a late check in was possible. The owners were very nice and helped out with any questions. I definitly comming back and I warmly recommend this place!! ;-) Thank you."

"Absolutely beautiful peaceful serene location. We were there Oct and it was cold. It must be amazing in the summer. Some issues with check-in. I guess it was off-season, because there were no staff. We needed to call and there was a small delay getting things organised. The room is huge, aircon/heater works well. Kitchen has most things you need. Fridge, microwave, utensils, etc Ensuite bathroom is large and shower is hot. It suited us perfectly."

10am check out is a bit early. We would have liked to stay around another few hours.

"We just had a 3 night stay here. The cottage is very unique - little rustic with a lot of character . We enjoyed the full kitchen and were able to cook great meals and enjoyed eating outside on the large wrap around deck. You feel like you’re in a treehouse and very secluded. Yet you’re very close to the beach and town. We loved the big spacious bathroom and having hot water was a bonus! Jac-Luc was a great host and communicated well ensuring we were comfortable and had what we needed. We felt it was great value for money and would recommend and we’d stay again."

"Breakfast was fine - just remember to inform the owner the day before if you require breakfast. Ingrid, the co-owner, is a lovely woman and a fine, traditional cook. You will never leave the table hungry! Whilst she can offer beer at an extra cost, we tended to buy our own along with wine to drink at dinner. Again, you will need to inform Ingrid on the day if you require dinner later. There is no choice; me and my wife are both omnivores with no allergies or intollerances, and always liked what she prepared! Our lodge was spacious with a generous deck overlooking the beautiful gardens, and the sea in the background."

A small fridge in our lodge would have been a great bonus - however, we were free to use Ingrid's fridge. The shower was also a little on the dribbly side!

"La colazione era abbondante, anche se quasi prevalentemente salato. Le camere confortevoli , la piscina molto carina e ben tenuta. Ma la cosa che fa davvero la differenza è il personale. E' gentilissimo, pronto ad aiutarti in ogni esigenza o richiesta. Da consigliare a chi vuole fare una vacanza all'insegna del puro relax."

"Very welcoming and happy staff. They were so kind and caring. The place was warm and the fire place in the common area was a nice touch (we visited in winter). Everything was explained so well. We loved the pool and onsen! Truly a spa resort! Thanks."

"La camera era molto spaziosa e pulita, e il letto comodo! La posizione molto vicina alla spiaggia e ai ristoranti Novi e Sinbat sono stati incredibilmente gentili e disponibili, abbiamo passato dei giorni meravigliosi Ci hanno aiutato ad organizzare le attività e ci han portato a fare un giro di esplorazione dell’isola! Torneremo!"

"The position. I was very skeptical due to bad reviews on booking.com but I found a well maintained and peaceful place. I was staying in a superior room, so can’t comment on the standard ones."

Restaurant choice was very limited but food was good

"Very close to the beach was clean but shower curtain was always in a way it’s a bit small leaking Bedding was clean however mattresses very well used couldn’t wait to go home tv very small not enough to put clothes space like wardrobe too small could be improved not much to do for small kids outside however good points staff very nice administrative staff kind lady thank you to her also it’s brilliant location near the beach if i need to stay there again I would because of location however please improve your showers tv and mattresses thank you Laura"

"Hotel molto accogliente!!😍 Nella tranquillità della jungla beliziana, con uccellini che cinguettavano ogni mattina, una bellissima piscina e spazio per rilassarsi su amache e lettini. La stanza è piccola ma ben organizzata con la doccia esterna. Il personale è davvero molto gentile e disponibile, ci siamo trovati benissimo con Marcela la proprietaria che ci ha anche accompagnato alla fermata del bus l'ultimo giorno. Ha preparato per noi ottime cene e colazioni fatte in casa ❤️ C'è il wifii, il minifrigo e la possibilità di prepararsi il caffè in camera. La posizione è ottima per visitare Caracol, Rio on pools e ATM cave."

La doccia era leggermente fredda, non arrivava l'acqua calda, fortunatamente era una giornata di sole.

"This magical place in the hills is owned and run by Thierry who puts a great deal of care, detail and consideration into his guest's stay. His love of the land, plants and animals is evident. Thierry gave us a tour of the property plus an amazing breakfast which included a whole tasting activity with different jams and chocolate / cheese spreads ! The bed was very comfortable. We loved the jucazzi at night whilst stargazing We enjoyed relaxing in the morning looking out over the view."

Please note if you are walking it is a steep climb back up the hill.

"L'appartamento è delizioso, dotato di tutto il necessario e anche oltre il necessario. Arredato divinamente, molto confortevole. Non è sul mare (e lo sapevamo) ma sinceramente abbiamo molto apprezzato la tranquillità ed il silenzio. In macchina comunque si arriva ovunque in poco tempo. Se dovessimo tornare ad Aruba certamente non avremmo dubbi a riprenotare qui. Grazie di tutto!!!"

"Accoglienza buona.Siccome avevano appena finito di costruire la nostra stanza ci hanno invitati al banchetto di inaugurazione con tanto cibo.La.stabza era accogliente e pulita."

Mancavano alcune cose nella stanza tipo un attaccapanni ma essendo i primi ad esserci stati probabilmente dovevano finire le ultime cose.

"It was like staying at someone’s home. V good, helpful staff and bed was v comfortable. The food was surprisingly decent for such a small place. Picturesque location even though snow was sparse at the time"

Only gripe might be that the air was quite dry, making sleep quality not so good: might be because of it being a wooden bldg
