"The staff was very professional and help us a lot, the place was clean and meet our expectation, the pool was clean and breakfast was great"

The breakfest is great, they have also a private beach the pool was clean and all the area was clean the room was good too

non mi e piaciuto lo spreco alimentare che fanno le persone veramenete disgustoso solo perche non pagano il cibo si riempiono piattie vanzano cibo poi da buttare pero' la struttura non centra ci vorrebbe un reposnsabile che spiegasse a queste persone che il cibo non va sprecato che e sempre disponibile per tutti.

"From arriving up to leaving, it was perfect! The rooms are comfortable and clean. Stuff is always doing the best service, from the reception over the cleaning staff to the restaurant! Even there was a animation for kids at the pool what our son really enjoyed. The Chef cooking delicious meals and sharing some special tip to make your food better! The waiters have done always a great job , Jonathan was always having some jokes to made us laugh. Cleaning staff always was respecting your privacy and when told them come back at time they was at the point! At the point a perfect stay what I can just recommend."

"The hotel is great and in an amazing location which is right inside the airport. Staff were polite and amazing, great buffet breakfast, there is mini zoo which had wildlife such as monkeys, crocodile, tortoise, parrot, ostriches, peacocks etc. The rooms and facilities was great and it was a great stay. They provided free shuttle to the airport which is a bonus."

Organised tours available for guests from tourist agencies, for self organised guests rent-a-car is the only option for sightseeing. Some facilities require better maintenance.

Couldn’t find any ramp which could be wheel chair friendly. A ramp could be introduced for ease of moving luggage’s and for elderly people.

"I bungalow fronte mare sono molto belli. La natura è rigogliosa. Lo staff gentile e premuroso. Il ristorante è sufficientemente vario. La piscina comoda (c'è stato qualche problema di filtro quando ci siamo stati noi). L'animazione non è soffocante. La spiaggia di fronte è stupenda. Frequentato soprattutto da australiani e asiatici."

Direi tutto bene, solo il wi-fi è da migliorare

En el gimnasio no funcionaban las maquinas. La habitación está bien es limpia y cómoda pero se podría actualizar un poco la decoración. Por ser un resort en el precio podría estar incluido el desayuno

Only the lack of internet. There are no connexion even with data. So it can be frustrating when connexion is needed (to check flight for exemple)

"Ho soggiornato per 5 notti con tre prenotazioni diverse. Prime due notti in una camera e le altre tre in villa. Sicuramente la villa è stupenda. 169mq su tre piani. Con ogni confort per toglierti la voglia di uscire al di fuori dal resort. Il servizio shuttle per scendere alla reception e ai servizi primari. la cortesia del personale, gentilissimi ed educati. Una colazione veramente ottima. Servizi in spaiggia ottimi. Buona, in generale, la cucina per quanto riguarda la qualità, a pranzo e cena."

La camera per i primi due giorni non era il massimo. Le porzioni proposte a pranzo e cena piccole e non in linea con i prezzi. Ristorante italiano decisamente da evitare. La spiaggia, con servizi ottimi, non era all'altezza, nè di Santa Lucia, nè di questo splendido resort.

"Durante il nostro soggiorno al Bucuti & Tara Beach Resort ad Aruba, abbiamo vissuto un'esperienza che ha superato ogni nostra aspettativa. Il personale è semplicemente eccezionale: sempre disponibile, cortese e pronto a farci sentire a casa. La spiaggia del resort è una delle più belle che abbia mai visto, con sabbia bianca finissima e acque cristalline, ideale per chi cerca relax e tranquillità. La colazione è stata un vero piacere, con un buffet ricco e variegato che soddisfa ogni palato, il tutto accompagnato da una vista mozzafiato sulla spiaggia. I servizi del resort sono impeccabili, dalla piscina alle attività organizzate, fino ai trattamenti spa. Ogni dettaglio è curato con attenzione, rendendo il soggiorno davvero indimenticabile. Purtroppo possono entrare i bambini, la piscina non era molto silenziosa (poco rispetto) e non mi é piciuato il trattamento al ristorante la sera

"La piscina è top, soprattutto per la bimba che si è divertita tantissimo con gli scivoli. E' solo molto affollata. Colazione top, tanta scelta, tutto sommato anche per la nostra bimba celiaca. La cena a buffet aveva tanta scelta, un pò meno per i celiaci ma erano indicati in chiaro gli allergeni. Molto bella anche la zona un pò più per gli adulti, piscina con acqua termale, area esterna con acqua riscaldata e l'aera saune. Bongo kids club bellissimo. Belli anche gli spettacoli serali nel periodo ancora di festa. La struttura è molto bella e nuova."

Non ci è piaciuto il servizio di pulizia nelle stanze, trovavamo solo il letto rifatto ma il bagno non veniva pulito, mai nei tre giorni in cui abbiamo alloggiato.
