Quite niusy at times with roosters making there things at 5am and i did have problem with noisy guests ( which isn’t hotes fault) but noisy cleaning is. Personell is very nice dough

"One word .....Fabulous !The apartments were spotless.The location was great and only a 15 minute walk to the shopping mall.The accommodation was well equipped and good sized.All the staff were very friendly and helpful.Will definitely stay here again when I visit Zambia again."

Un bel balconcino completa la location. Si trova in un bel contesto della città di santiago. Zona nuova e accogliente. Bei localini e ristoranti nella immediata vicinanza"

La colazione è stata buona.solo la sala della colazione è troppo piccola. Ci si articola davvero con difficoltà Unico inconveniente e stato il servizio lavanderia....non pervenuto

"Everything! The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful and go out their way to never say no! Management was very accommodating and visible. The room looked much better than the pictures and was very clean. All the amenities necessary was provided in the room with a bonus plate of chocolates. The bed was comfortable! Overall, the Anne guest house was outstanding! There is honestly not enough space for me to write all the compliments I have for this guest house."

The tv in the room is small and the tv options are limited in the room but it is not something that makes me not want to come back. I will definitely return.

"Everything was perfect. We got a big room with a view on the Tatras from the window. The staff was very nice, we had a great time at the bar as well. Breakfast was very very good. So all in all 10/10. Definitely recommended."

"The balcony view across the river to the mountains was fantastic. The room was very large, bed was comfortable and the location was close to the town centre."

"Posizione perfetta per il centro e il porto, a due passi da negozi e mezzi di trasporto. Camera silenziosa con panorama sulla città."

Struttura un po' datata, in camera sarebbe utile almeno una sedia e un tavolino.

"La stanza è in zona centralissima! Partendo dal check-in, al checkout, la stanza per prendere i prodotti di cui si ha bisogno, la lag room sono self service e quindi comodità è la parola d'ordine. La cucina è attrezzata per poter cucinare (manca l'olio)."

Unica pecca manca un armadio e dei comodini. C'è solo un appendiabiti e un divano

Il riscaldamento con convettore (dí fonte al letto) che ha soffiato tutta la notte per riscaldare (sebbene ci fossero dei termosifoni, ma spenti)

"Il personale cordiale e disponibile. Posizione centrale e possibilità di parcheggiare la moto in un box chiuso ( anche se non proprio vicinissimo). Buona la colazione che, con il bel tempo, si può fare nel cortile interno quasi sotto al castello."

La camera ed il bagno forse un po’ piccoli.
