"Appartamento fantastico, fornito di tutto, pulitissimo, comodo, TV grande, connessione Wi-Fi perfetta, letti comodissimi, ben riscaldato e veramente accogliente. Accoglienza ed assistenza dello staff eccezionale. Attenti ai bisogni ed esigenze dei clienti. Colazione da re e venendo incontro a necessità alimentari di ciascuno con opzioni senza glutine, senza lattosio o altre esigenze. Posizione centralissima e fantastica. Parcheggio a disposizione. Sconti convenzionati per wellcenter. Consigliatissimo."

"I've stayed at this place for over 20 years and it has always been reliable. It is clean, quiet, and safe. This is not luxury of course and the furniture might be from a few generations ago but it is practical and very very clean. There is a small kitchen to allow you to make coffee and other small dishes. For the price it is an excellent choice and the location is superb."

It would be nice if it would be able to heat the room a little bit more. Traditional places in Lima tend to not bother much with heating or air conditioning because the temperature usually stays the same at around the 60s

فقط هناك شيء واحد لم يعجبني واتمنى ان يعملو على تحسينه.. المفروض يضعوا كارت على الباب الذي يحتوي على عبارة ( عدم الازعاج او الرجاء تنظيف غرفتي) لاننا نضطر كل يوم لابلاغ الارسيبشن ان يقوموا بتنظيف الغرفة واذا نسينا فأنهم لا يقوموا بتنظيفها الا بطلب من الزبون

"El hotel en general es muy bonito, y la piscina está muy Bien: Mis chamos no querían salir de la piscina, en especial por el pequeño "Parque" acuático que tienen en las instalaciones de la piscina. Las piscinas las mantienen muy Bien limpias, incluso fuimos testigos de la limpieza exhaustiva que realizaron a la piscina de niños. El personal de mantenimiento le damos un buen "pulgar arriba". Se nos daño la cerradura y la cambiaron Al mismo momento en el que lo reportamos, a pesar de que tenían "various casos de emergencia" que necesitaban atender. Muy bien por El líder de mantenimiento."

El desayuno fue un desastre. Cuando llegamos nos asignaron una muchacha para hacerle seguimiento a nuestra "experiencia" en El hotel y nos dijo: "El desayuno es a la Carta, así que no hay que preocuparse". La verdad es que solo habían 3 tipos de desayuno y eran sumamente estrictos (no se podía cambiar pan por arepa por ejemplo). La Carta decía "huevos Al gusto", sin embargo no había huevos hervidos. A la final nos lo prepararon (porque Les explicamos que eran para Los niños) no sin antes mostrar una cara de desacuerdo y "volteada de ojos" no muy agradable. Por otro lado, El hotel estaba casi full (hecho corroborado por Los mismos administradores / trabajadores del hotel), y la disponibilidad de mesas era escasa, en incluso se hacían colas, especialmente, cerca de la hora de cierre del restaurant (10a.m.). Como especialistas en Gerencia e Ingeniería de costos, entendemos claramente que el objetivo de servir "desayunos a la Carta", es tratar de bajar costos (no toman en consideración que bajar costos en la situación de ocupación en la que se encontraban significa incrementar estrés a su personal y al turista), sin embargo eso se puede hacer con El hotel a poca ocupación (quizas igual o menor Al 30-40%) no con el hotel a 80% de ocupación. La mejor manera de manejar la comida con dicha ocupación, es preparar desayunos tipo Buffett. Se lo hicimos saber a la Gerente encargada del restaurant, sin embargo la misma no recibió la sugerencia de buenas maneras.

Oversimplified decor. Access to mobile showerhead restricted, watermarks above skirting board outside shower in the hallway.

Il riscaldamento con convettore (dí fonte al letto) che ha soffiato tutta la notte per riscaldare (sebbene ci fossero dei termosifoni, ma spenti)

"L'Host è molto simpatico e disponibile a dare consigli su cosa vedere e come visitare l'isola. La guesthouse è si trova in cima a una collina dalla quale si ha una visuale panoramica su tutta Rodney Bay"

"We loved this place. Any questions and concerns were answered in few minutes. The cleaning staff very friendly and professional. Location is 2 min from the beach."

The only downside in our opinion is no grocery stores in walking distance. You do need a car to move around.

"Posizione centrale con vista mozzafiato del tramonto con pale eoliche sullo sfondo. Giusto compromesso per visitare le più importanti città dell'Olanda o il Parco dei tulipani, veramente stupendo. Consiglio a tutti di fermarsi a cena almeno una volta nel ristorante che si trova praticamente sotto, il Visrestaurant ottimi prodotti dall'aringa nel panino all'anguilla affumicata e tantissime altre prelibatezze. La stanza è graziosa e spaziosa, altra cosa che abbiamo apprezzato molto è il parcheggio sotto le dune a 100mt dalla struttura. Consigliatissimo"

Unico neo, la scala per arrivare nella stanza leggermente ripida ma alla fine ci abbiamo preso la mano ;-)

"Struttura accogliente, staff eccezionale, colazione molto buona anche per noi occidentali, posizione tranquilla. Per il centro e le attrazioni bisogna prendere un taxi , ma questo non è assolutamente un problema, ci sono comunque ristoranti e bar a pochi passi ."

Non gradisco per una questione di igiene gli asciugamani marroni nelle strutture ricettive. In tre giorni non ci sono stati cambiati gli asciugamani, se avessimo voluto il cambio avremmo dovuto pagare una cifra extra, onestamente per quel che abbiamo pagato non è un gran servizio. Le docce erano aperte quindi durante il lavaggio l'acqua cadeva sul pavimento del bagno.
