Appartamenti in Zambia

"La casa è molto ben attrezzata e ben pulita. La piscina è molto comoda e ottima per rinfrescarsi e stare in totale relax."

"L'appartamento è abbastanza spazioso con una bellissima vista. L'host molto reattivo e disponibile :ci ha concesso il check in anticipato e il check out posticipato senza sovrapprezzo. Avevamo a disposizione anche una bici. Buon rapporto qualità prezzo per i costi della Groenlandia (abbiamo pagato la metà di una soluzione analoga a kangerlussuaq)"

L'appartamento è decisamente trascurato nell'arredamento, vecchiotto e rovinato, necessita di una rivisitazione complessiva. . Poca e rovinata l'attrezzatura da cucina. Piuttosto sporco.

"L'host è molto gentile e disponibile. Ci ha accolto anche se era già tardi e ci ha dato ottimi consigli su cosa vedere in città / dove mangiare. L'appartamento è un po' defilato dal centro città (circa 10 min a piedi), dall'altra parte si trova in una zona molto tranquilla e silenziosa."

La cucina non era rifornita e la pulizia, in alcuni punti della casa, lasciava un po' a desiderare.

"La ubicación . muy buena en un punto importante de la ciudad, cerca de la Estación de trenes y Plaza céntrica, y cerca de Varios Mercados de Multiventas. El Departamento con varios ambientes y camas, y todo muy limpio y con ropa de cama muy completa- Ducha Eléctrica y amplio baño, con Papel higiénico y jabón. La Cocina con artefactos electricos en perfectas condiciones, alacena con Vajilla completa, té y Azúcar. Ventanas sólidas y rejas, Ventilador y aire acondicionado en las habitaciones: Tv plasma de grandes dimensiones."

Sin quejas. Todo me pareció muy acorde a la relación Precio - Calidad.

Non abbiamo da segnalare problemi o particolari mancanze.

"Llegamos con las indicaciones pero no teniamos red para pedir o avisar por las llaves. Justo vi los datos en el mail y en la puerta del dpto pude conectarme a wi fi y nos contactamos con el anfitrion. Todo excelente !!!"

Nos quedamos sin agua caliente, el 4to día. Esperabamos un resarcimiento. Si bien dijimos que no habia problemas, no era el servicio que habiamos contratado.

Manque un peu de lumière naturelle à l'intérieur de l'appartement

"The quietness, and it was warm, especially since it was raining all the time. The hosts are friendly and responsive."

Nothing to add, everything went smoothly.

"The garden is amazing! We stayed there in early October and the trees’ colors were stunning. Huge congrats to the gardeners! Also the breakfast was great with many tasty local products."

The houses are well equiped and designed, however in some cases design is over function f.ex.: living room area cannot be fully covered by blackout curtain and throught the non-covered part people can exactly see the ones stepping out from the bathroom. Light and odor extraction system is automatically switches on, even in the night and also when you pass by the toilet (no need to step in). There is no towel rack in the bathroom, no bedside table next to the bed. TV is literally cannot be used in the bedroom as there is only HDMI possibility or Austrian tv channels, not even Hungarian ones (DUNA Tv and M2 only). Netflix can be used only in the living room. There are too many small, but even more annoying, minor flaws, which is a real shame because the place itself is beautiful.

No good option to walk to beach as main road is busy and no bike lane. Small windows don’t let one feel/see the nice area/surrounding.

Only 1 bathroom on the main floor and bedrooms on a different floor (yes, I knew it when I booked it, but it deserves mentioned as this apperas to be a general problem everywhere in Norway). Wifi did not work, even after calling the owner. We had to call and then mess around to get the heating to work in one room. There was parking but the host suggested that we park down by the street -- DOWN the hill, in the pouring rain. There should be better organized and marked parking spots per apartment (There are 3 at the location, sharing parking).

The kitchen could use a microwave oven The curtains in the bedrooms should be washed.. they smelled musty please provide English instructions on how to use the laundry machine

We had some problems with the door that never worked for the whole stay but the reception staff was helpful

"l'appartamento era essenziale ma completo di tutto! Sembra di essere immersi in una presentazione ikea, fantastico! La posizione è ottima, poco distante da Bled e vicino a diversi supermercati."

Ci sarebbe piaciuto conoscere gli host ma non è stato possibile

"Hermoso loft bien equipado con buena ubicación, tranquilo, seguro y cerca de la playa, lo que permite ir caminando y disfrutar del entorno. Cerca de restaurant, heladería, supermercado, cafés."

"My sister & I stayed 4 nights here! 😍 We loved that… it was great value for money,… there’s a shop downstairs that opened 7 days till late… The location was awesome, right next to DMC, Vailoa, (the best fried chicken franchise on the island 😋)… the twin room was clean, and spacious with 2 x twin beds, sofa lounge, a balcony with clothes airer, a wardrobe, massive shower with hot water, toiletries & towels, kitchen sink with utilities, Tea/Coffee facilities, Aircon & free WiFi…and… The host, (Teresa), was very friendly & welcoming, always willing & present to help out when needed. 😃"

The only issue, was the accommodation is upstairs and carrying heavy luggage upstairs was a little challenging, otherwise, it was excellent value for money. 👍
