"È il secondo anno che prenoto per la mia compagnia questa struttura, corrisponde molto alle nostre esigenze. Colazione ottima e stanze molto pulite! Peccato che ci sia una netta distinzione tra le camere dei piani alti e quelle del 2 e 3"

Palestra poco attrezzata. Piscina malcurata. Non tutto lo staff della reception parla inglese.

Rispetto ad altri paesi, un hotel di pari livello costerebbe un po' meno. Ma in Islanda, si sa, è tutto mediamente più caro.

"Stayed in the deluxe Junior Suite. They have renovated the place and now rooms look nice. We were leaving early and they packed us quite a good breakfast. Staff were friendly and responsive."

Not enough equipment to use kitchen. Had to ask for glasses. lower floor quite noisy from the bar downstairs. Also had to ask for a quilt as there was only a sheet on the bed and we were cold.

Construction/renovations going on (some days loud). There was a huge cockroach in my room. These were both minor inconveniences for me, the rest of the stay was phenomenal.

The food in the restaurant is ok but not the best and the waiters are slow. The breakfast is very poor and it is better to eat outside at 100% Natural. The reception did no tell us about the yoga which we missed. Also that did not tell us that we should book the whale trip in advance because now it was sold out and we had to book a private trip.

"I was able to book a room just before midnight of the same night (in the app it says 24 hours front desk). When I arrived, the doors were closed. I was able to call and they were able to open the doors after I woke them up and accommodated me but it's quite a surprise if it says 24 hours front desk and then it actually isn't..."

Host molto gentili, camera enorme, nuova ed estremamente spaziosa. C'erano phon, ciabatte da bagno, ciabattine da camera, abbondante set da doccia e tutto veramente nuovo e ben curato. Letto comodissimo ed aria condizionata funzionante"

Leggero odore di fogna che veniva su dal water ma bastava chiudere la tavola e non si sentiva più. La porta del bagno non si chiudeva perfettamente ma non era importante. Qualche pelo sulle coperte purtroppo, ma il soggiorno è stato veramente gradevole!

Colazione continentale con scelte molto ampie e qualità più che buona dei prodotti. Il personale di sala a volte sembrava un po' impacciato nel comprendere anche in lingua inglese le nostre scelte. C'è stata un po' di comprensibile difficoltà nel gestire il servizio una mattina che tra le 6 e le 8 si sono presentati moltissimi turisti a colazione subito prima della partenza dei tour. In questo senso, forse converrebbe offrire un programma orientativo di prenotazione dell'orario di accesso dalla sera prima, in modo tale che il servizio ai tavoli e le dotazioni del buffet non siano mai carenti

"Tutto dal 2016 prenoto sempre al guaraní quando vado ad Asuncion, ho dormito in molti hotel della città ma il guaraní è storico, bellissima piscina, spazi ampli, posizione unica al centro della città, forse alcune stanze non sono modernissime ma il Guaraní vale l’esperienza, staff divino!"

Se devo trovare un difetto a quest’hotel che adoro per atmosfera, posizione, staff, piscina, storia andrebbero rifatti i bagni di alcune camere un po’ datati …

In dem Zimmer befand sich eine kleine Küchenzeile, die aber keinen Gegenstand enthielt (also insb. keinen Becher oder Glas). Außerdem ist das Hotel sehr hellhörig.

"The staff were extremely helpful and nice. They accommodated us in all of the ways that we needed them to. The rooms were extremely clean and comfortable and the amenities provided with the resort were even better. Delicious food, amazing staff, and an awesome room/view."
