"Posizione, piscina, staff disponibilissimo e professionale, stanza vista mare."

La colazione poteva essere più varia ma è comunque tutto buono.

"Il monolocale era molto spazioso nei suoi ambienti. Il riscaldamento si gestisce dalla camera, come le luci, ad accensione dal letto. Gli armadi capienti, come i comodini. L'angolo cucina è a scomparsa, il che rende l'ambiente più da camera, con il difetto che c'è poco posto d'appoggio. Il tavolino compensa. Praticamente nessun rumore proveniente dall'esterno, infissi molto buoni."

All'arrivo nel lavello erano presenti piatti e stoviglie sporchi, non ottimo per il voto pulizia. La ventola del riscaldamento è rumorosa e tende ad attivarsi nel mezzo della notte. Non sono chiari gli orari per comunicare al telefono per esigenze, un paio di volte non ho ottenuto risposta.

"El hotel en general es muy bonito, y la piscina está muy Bien: Mis chamos no querían salir de la piscina, en especial por el pequeño "Parque" acuático que tienen en las instalaciones de la piscina. Las piscinas las mantienen muy Bien limpias, incluso fuimos testigos de la limpieza exhaustiva que realizaron a la piscina de niños. El personal de mantenimiento le damos un buen "pulgar arriba". Se nos daño la cerradura y la cambiaron Al mismo momento en el que lo reportamos, a pesar de que tenían "various casos de emergencia" que necesitaban atender. Muy bien por El líder de mantenimiento."

El desayuno fue un desastre. Cuando llegamos nos asignaron una muchacha para hacerle seguimiento a nuestra "experiencia" en El hotel y nos dijo: "El desayuno es a la Carta, así que no hay que preocuparse". La verdad es que solo habían 3 tipos de desayuno y eran sumamente estrictos (no se podía cambiar pan por arepa por ejemplo). La Carta decía "huevos Al gusto", sin embargo no había huevos hervidos. A la final nos lo prepararon (porque Les explicamos que eran para Los niños) no sin antes mostrar una cara de desacuerdo y "volteada de ojos" no muy agradable. Por otro lado, El hotel estaba casi full (hecho corroborado por Los mismos administradores / trabajadores del hotel), y la disponibilidad de mesas era escasa, en incluso se hacían colas, especialmente, cerca de la hora de cierre del restaurant (10a.m.). Como especialistas en Gerencia e Ingeniería de costos, entendemos claramente que el objetivo de servir "desayunos a la Carta", es tratar de bajar costos (no toman en consideración que bajar costos en la situación de ocupación en la que se encontraban significa incrementar estrés a su personal y al turista), sin embargo eso se puede hacer con El hotel a poca ocupación (quizas igual o menor Al 30-40%) no con el hotel a 80% de ocupación. La mejor manera de manejar la comida con dicha ocupación, es preparar desayunos tipo Buffett. Se lo hicimos saber a la Gerente encargada del restaurant, sin embargo la misma no recibió la sugerencia de buenas maneras.

"Soggiorno perfetto. Resort molto carino immerso nel verde fronte spiaggia. L'appartamento era dotato di camera da letto grande, bagno con doccia grande e soggiorno con divano e cucina a vista. Fuori terrazza con tavolo e 2 sedie che dava sul giardino. Personale gentilissimo. L'ombrellone con 2 lettini era compreso nel prezzo. Teli da mare cambiati giornalmente e pulizia appartamento ogni 2 giorni. Siamo stati benissimo e ritorneremo sicuramente"

"Lo staff ci ha aiutato in tutto ciò che necessitavamo durante la nostra permanenza in Mongolia, ci ha consigliato come muoverci e ci ha dato supporto quando abbiamo avuto problemi durante il viaggio. Anche quando non soggiornavamo in quel momento nella struttura, contattavamo lo staff per aiutarci e sono sempre stati disponibilissimi! Consigliatissimo!"

l'accoglienza del personale, siamo arrivati in nicaragua il giorno stesso dopo un viaggio aereo di due giorni con ritardo non previsto, arrivo in struttura stanco e sudato verso le ore 11,30 circa e mi viene detto che posso entrare dopo le 14,00., e vero che era previsto cosi ma un pò più di elasticità poteva esserci.

"Buona posizione, in un'area sicura e tranquilla. 1 ora circa da S.Juan e mezz'ora da Ceiba (ottimo per volo verso Culebra!) La villa era fornita di veramente tutto : cucina, lavastoviglie,lavanderia con asciugatrice. In dotazione saponi, shampoo, asciugamani, detersivi per la cucina, lavastoviglie e lavatrice, e anche un campione di caffè. Tutti gli accessori da cucina erano presenti (piatti, posate, bicchieri , pentole etc). Spazi molto grandi, molto apprezzato il terrazzo con sedie, tavolo e sdraio. Parcheggio gratuito a pochi passi. La nostra villa aveva la vista sul porticciolo degli yatch. Bello anche il complesso nel suo insieme, con la piscina (una era in ristrutturazione). A pochi passi una piazzetta con alcuni ristoranti e negozi."

Il checkin è stato un po' "freddo", ci è stato spiegato poco delle strutture disponibili. Le chiavi magnetiche si sono smagnetizzate due volte in una settimana. Problema risolto subito alla reception, ma comunque fastidioso. Il parcheggio era ampio ma secondo me meglio cospargerlo di ghiaia per evitare la fanghiglia e pareggiarlo meglio (alcune buche erano veramente notevoli!)

فقط هناك شيء واحد لم يعجبني واتمنى ان يعملو على تحسينه.. المفروض يضعوا كارت على الباب الذي يحتوي على عبارة ( عدم الازعاج او الرجاء تنظيف غرفتي) لاننا نضطر كل يوم لابلاغ الارسيبشن ان يقوموا بتنظيف الغرفة واذا نسينا فأنهم لا يقوموا بتنظيفها الا بطلب من الزبون

"Great staff on reception - very friendly and helpful, especially since I was the only guest in the hotel during the low season. The room was at an excellent rate and was very comfortable, clean and had everything I needed. The reception staff got me a kettle when I asked and I slept well."

Construction works are going on in the area and at the hotel in winter. Theh hamman, spa and bar and restaurant are all closed in winter too - all understandable and no huge deal and there's plenty in the area open all the time.

"Everything, from the location to the very nice staff. If you are coming to Yangon definitely this place is highly recommended. I will stay here on every visit to Yangon."

"The accommodations are wonderful. The view from the back balcony is breathtaking as it overlooks the ocean. It is very comfortable, clean, spacious and inviting. Renalda greeted us when we arrived and was a great contact in the Dominica."

It is about a 30-45 minute walk into the town of Roseau. It is a short walk uphill to accommodations if you do not have vehicle.

"A fantastic experience! The guesthouse is in a great location in the heart of Brazzaville, surrounded by quiet residential areas. Most importantly, the rooms were very clean. Special mention goes to the owners, Mia and her family, who were incredibly helpful and patient during our stay, even assisting us with arranging gorilla and Blue Lagoon tours. An even bigger surprise was the authentic Sichuan cuisine at the guesthouse – the best I've had in Brazzaville! I highly recommend the grilled fish and hot pot."

"Posizione centrale con vista mozzafiato del tramonto con pale eoliche sullo sfondo. Giusto compromesso per visitare le più importanti città dell'Olanda o il Parco dei tulipani, veramente stupendo. Consiglio a tutti di fermarsi a cena almeno una volta nel ristorante che si trova praticamente sotto, il Visrestaurant ottimi prodotti dall'aringa nel panino all'anguilla affumicata e tantissime altre prelibatezze. La stanza è graziosa e spaziosa, altra cosa che abbiamo apprezzato molto è il parcheggio sotto le dune a 100mt dalla struttura. Consigliatissimo"

Unico neo, la scala per arrivare nella stanza leggermente ripida ma alla fine ci abbiamo preso la mano ;-)

"Good location with eateries nearby and ZhongShan MRT Station not too far away. Staff were especially helpful and thoughtful."

The beds and pillows were too soft for our liking.

Cuscini troppo morbidi. TV con soli canali polacchi.

"Location was fabulous, just down the road from the Presidential Palace although the road is a little unkempt. An easy walk into the town for restaurants and the main market centre. Staff were friendly and helpful. Great outside relaxing bar / restaurant."

Taxis do not like to drive to the Hotel as the road is not great and has some big ruts at the town end, leaving you with the choice of a short walk or paying more. It's about a 400 yard walk and not hard or dangerous.

Accoglienza ed assistenza dello staff eccezionale. Attenti ai bisogni ed esigenze dei clienti. Colazione da re e venendo incontro a necessità alimentari di ciascuno con opzioni senza glutine, senza lattosio o altre esigenze. Posizione centralissima e fantastica. Parcheggio a disposizione. Sconti convenzionati per wellcenter. Consigliatissimo."

"Ho trovato le camere accoglienti. Molto attenti ai dettagli e la pulizia è stata ottima. Nella mia camera “familiare” ho trovato un microonde molto utile. La stanza era grande abbastanza da contenere un passeggino e stare all’Interno con naturalezza. Ottime le luci soffuse."

Nel nord Europa e in molti alberghi l’utilizzo della moquette non è proprio il massimo. Io non la preferisco. La tv non è Smart.

"Very quiet area and very clean. The man who works in the office is very helpful."

Not really suitable without a car, it’s quite a steep walk up from Camp’s Bay and then have to walk through the basement car park to access the apartments. I found it quite expensive just for a studio compared to other accommodation I have used but Camps Bay is a more expensive area.

Sofa bed could be better.

"La posizione è molto comoda anche per riuscire a parcheggiare la macchina. Inoltre è vicinissimo al centro ma lontana dal caos della parte più centrale. Struttura pulita, letto comodo e aria condizionata."

Il bagno è davvero troppo piccolo e la doccia praticamente non esiste. Inevitabile quindi bagnare tutto quando ci si lava, dal pavimento al wc. La stanza è scura.
