"Laid back, pretty isolated location."

Living room floor was oily.

"Very large comfortable room, clean and nice, kitchen available. Proprietor was very kind and helped me when I didn't manage to open the door."

Entrance is hard to find, I first thought I was in the wrong place.

"It felt like a little haven to come home to, somewhere quiet away from the city! The owners (Raquel and her father Jorge) are truly lovely and the staff are always happy to help with anything. I felt very safe staying here especially with the gated entrances. The garden was beautifully kept, consisting of tropical plants and flowers. The food was fresh and the staff made lunch and dinner if requested too. AC worked well, shower was hot, bed was comfy! I unfortunately got struck down with food poisoning on my last day, so we needed to check out later than expected so I could rest - they didn’t bat an eyelid when we asked and even provided me with some fresh watermelon/bread upon request. I sadly left a pair of my special earrings in my room too, and when Whatsapping Raquel, she confirmed her staff had found them and very honestly kept them safe so I could arrange shipping to the UK!"

Nothing we didn’t like, bear in mind it’s a B&B so make sure you get water bottles for the room etc which you can buy there for $1, there isn’t a safe in the room either if you’re considering bringing valuables (not that I didn’t feel safe with my belongings there).

"Simples e aconchegante, quarto tamanho médio, frigorífico em ótimas condições, jarra elétrica no quarto, há 6 chás 2 águas, a cama era confortável, macia, lençóis brancos, macio e pareciam bem limpos, toalhas brancas limpas e cheirosas, o quarto parecia limpo, TV em ótimo funcionamento, fácil acesso, fácil contato com administradores, 1km do centro mais ou menos. Casa de banho em bom estado, parecia limpo, com sabonete e tapete a água quente boa."

O chuveiro, pode melhorar a ducha.

"Great breakfast and I like that it was a la carte. I can't say enough about it nor about the staff. Everyone was very courteous, professional, helpful, and accommodating. I also loved the location, only a few minutes from Palais Sans-Souci and Citadelle."

The air conditioning was rationed a bit much

"Location was amazing, the food you can have at the izakaya was amazing. They could speak english and one of the person working there translated the whole menu for us. They have a great system in place for the shared showers so don’t be worried about that. Hateruma is a gorgeous place to explore, highly recommend! Also booking system was super easy."

"L’intera struttura in legno conferiva all’ambiente un certo calore che la rendeva molto casa e meno albergo La camera spaziosa con un bel terrazzo a disposizione I gestori molto gentili che fanno un cappuccino eccezionale e sono sempre a disposizione . I consigli dei gestori sul ritornare dove mangiare : una chicca nascosta nella città . Ottima esperienza La posizione : un po’ defilata dal traffico del centro e molto tranquilla . ( il centro lo si raggiunge comunque in 5 minuti a piedi )"

Consiglio : piantare delle nuove piante sulle terrazze. Quelle che c’erano erano morte da un po’ 😊

Comoda anche con un centro commerciale. Personale molto gentile e sorridente. Disponibili ad ogni cosa gli venga richiesta. Noi ad esempio siamo riusciti a fare check-in alle dieci anziché alle 15 come scritto ovunque. Arredi un pochino datati ma valutando stanza e prezzo pagato vanno benissimo. Colazione nella norma."

Alcuni accorgimenti erano migliorabili

"In questo ranch ci siamo sentiti a casa, accolti e trattati come fossimo dei parenti dalle tre proprietarie che hanno cucinato per noi una colazione fantastica e con le quali abbiamo scambiato delle piacevolissime chiacchiere. Il ranch davvero carino e ben curato. Tutto molto bello davvero!"

"Used as a base as we were visiting family , so a good location for that. Fairly quiet location & only 15 minutes stroll to Front St . Owner wasn’t seen but was easily contactable by mobile. Basic accommodation but clean and tidy."

"We got our room on the ground floor with a nice garden view. There are chairs in front of the room that we can use to enjoy afternoon sun and the garden. Good breakfast, sufficient choices, fresh and tasty. About 10 minutes drive to the nearby beaches, supermarket"

"If I were the Michelin commissioner, I would award Happy Villa with three stars: Worth for an independent tour. This place has everything, plus your host will make you feel at home. Our stay was simply too short to enjoy all the options this accommodation offers. It is also positioned well for island exploration. Oh, and not mentioning superb breakfast starting with a healthy shot. You will be in good hands and with a full stack of options for every day of exploration of charming Dominica."

Nothing really. Except that the stay here was too short to enjoy all the options. Our mistake afterall. And I said that already anyway.

"Good location near the main street with bus stop and supermarkets and restaurants. Room is clean and bathroom is newly renovated. Although the room is next to a main street there was no traffic noise. Great with parking included and breakfast included. Good with some cookies and dried wasa bread and coffee is available all day."

The wardrobe in the room was broken, the door cannot be opened. A towel for the floor in the bathroom was missing. The breakfast is a simple business breakfast and not a holiday breakfast buffet. Stairs to come to your room. So if you have luggage it is a bit trouble.

"La mia terza volta in questa struttura, la camera non era ai livelli delle ultime volte, il wifi prendeva poco, e il bagno lasciava un po' a desiderare, ma la proprietà si è subito offerta di cambiarmi alloggio, anche se non ne ho approfittato perché alla fine sono stato bene comunque."

"la posizione è comoda,a 10 minuti a piedi dal centro,la camera era carina e accogliente,sul pianerottolo era presente un bollitore con tè e tisane e una macchinetta del caffè."

la pulizia lasciava un po’ a desiderare,il bagno non veniva pulito a dovere e dopo le pulizie si sono dimenticati di rimettere un asciugamano piccolo.

"Struttura praticamente in piazza a Sal Rei, a cinque minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia e a sette dai principali beach bar più conosciuti. L’ambiente è molto conviviale animato dal padrone di casa che vi aiuterà in ogni singolo aspetto della vostra vacanza!!!"

"The place is nicely decorated, very tidy and in a quiet safe area but little far from the sea. For people which like waliking like me is ok. Also can rent bike for free. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was ok and you could also order some food for lunch at a good price. Manja is an excellent cook and prepares local specialties. Internet was mostly ok. The pool was clean and a very relaxing place to spend time."

Sometimes a problem with taxis. Some of them don't know this place. You have to negotiate the price which can be very diffrent. (from 100 to 500 dalasies).

"I bungalow sono molto particolari, posizionati in una spiaggia bellissima di Exuma. La struttura è essenziale, ma abbastanza curata, in linea con il loro prezzo (più basso rispetto agli standard dell’isola). L’hotel mette a disposizione degli ospiti teli mare (non serve, quindi, che portiate i vostri), sdraio ed ombrelloni (gratuitamente). Sono inoltre presenti un phon, shampoo e bagnoschiuma. Il bungalow è climatizzato, anche se il climatizzatore è un po’ datato."

Probabilmente una pecca è la posizione, la struttura si trova leggermente isolata rispetto ai servizi essenziali, che si trovano principalmente a George Town. Il climatizzatore presentava un po’ di muffa all’interno.

"Essa foi a melhor estadia q ja fiquei em São Paulo, a marli é um amor, seu esposo tbm é super receptivo, o quarto é bem confortável e muito limpo, o banheiro tbm é muito limpo, a casa é aconchegante e familiar, sem falar na localização q é ótima, próximo ao mercado e ao metrô. Fiquei a vontade e me sentindo em casa mesmo,a marli tbm prepara um café da manhã com muito carinho ,eu e meu esposo com certeza voltaremos em outras oportunidades."

"Posizione, pulizia e cortesia dello staff. La struttura si trova praticamente a meno di 10 minuti da qualsiasi luogo di Fujairah in auto o taxi, pur essendo fuori dalle strade del centro."

Il wifi è la cosa peggiore…. Ti colleghi, velocità non alta ma appena il dispositivo va in standby devi ricollegarti, se cambi piano devi ricollegarti, se rientri dopo un escursione devi ricollegarti. Il secondo aspetto negativo è l’acqua GELIDA della piscina, veramente ghiacciata, e non siamo riusciti a capire il perché. Altri amici erano in altre strutture con piscina e grazie al sole bello caldo l’acqua delle loro vasche era perfetta.

I got a room in rhe endcof the corridor very few guests so the hot water didn't come before I stopped showering. But no big deal.
