La camera su strada molto trafficata e rumorosa, il bagno datato e non rendeva il momento della doccia rilassante visto che ci voleva tempo ad uscire l’acqua calda per lo scarso flusso dell’acqua. La pulizia mancata per i primi quattro giorni su sette di permanenza.

"Warm welcome from the staff, very comfortable room and home-like feeling. Designated room for smoking so we did not have to feel the smell at all. Kids loved the chess available to play."

"Ottima posizione a poca distanza dei servizi essenziali (digicel, market, ristoranti) e posizione centrale comoda per raggiungere in breve tempo tutte le spiagge. Kurtz, il proprietario dell'alloggio, molto disponibile a rispondere a qualsiasi richiesta ancora prima di iniziare il soggiorno. Molto cordiale e gentile. Ci ha noleggiato auto e ci è venuto a prendere direttamente al porto. Bel ti plas è un ottima struttura, pulita accogliente e dotata di tutto il necessario. Consigliatissima. "Cozy little town, quiet and pitoresk. Gasthaus Emmi is located central in the town, but still has a beautiful location with an open field behind. Great garden with swimmingpool, playground for kids, rabbits and hens. Breakfast very good, local products and fresh eggs. Clean rooms."

I think the aesthetics could be improved. A bit of love into gardening and the outdoor settings for the guests.

"Our group of 20 had an absolutely wonderful stay at Stellas in Ziemupe. The holiday home exceeded our expectations, with 10 spacious bedrooms that perfectly accommodated each couple. The jacuzzi was a fantastic addition, and having a private beach just 400 meters away was a dream! We spent a beautiful day and night enjoying the peaceful surroundings and watching a stunning sunset by the sea. The two kitchens, one large and one smaller, made meal preparations easy and seamless for our group. The host was incredibly responsive, ensuring our check-in was smooth and that we had everything we needed. The thoughtful amenities provided made our weekend stay feel effortless and relaxing. We couldn’t have asked for a better location or experience! Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway with a large group."

Everything was perfect.

"We had such a lovely time at Nena House with Francoise as a welcoming hostess for our travel group of 4 adults and 6 kids (9-16). Being in touch with Francoise while planning the trip was very pleasant and professional. It was very nice she checked out dinner plans on the day we arrived before hand. The traditional houses are a delight, clean and with mosquito nets. The facilities are basic, and fine. The neighbor bar is nice for some festive vibes and a drink. The food is delicious. Eating breakfast in the garden with the beautiful view on the Rwandan hills is like paradise. Francoise is very kind in informing about local walks and in our case we where lucky enough to be there while there was a yearly harvest festival. She offered to go with us. We will never forget the experience of seeing the ceremony and traditional dancing and meeting some people in the village. If you plan a visit or are traveling through Ruhashia (near Kings Palace) we can highly recommend Nenas house!"

The road towards the accommodation may be a challenge for light weight cars, but -definitely with 4 wheel drives- if you take it easy it is doable and worth it!
