Resort in Finlandia

"The location is ideal for a first-time traveler to Kokopo it is right in the center of the city. Staff is friendly and helpful. The food is good, and the restaurant well located for a good view to the now quiet volcano in Rabaul and the Duke of York islands during the day."

"I have never been to a Taj before, so I have nothing to compare it to. The lobby is impressive and the location with direct access to the beach is great. The staff is lovely and the housekeeping do so much for you, Saudtha I believe, checked on us regularly and brought us more water or towels."

When a twin is converted into a double room, one of the guests end up without space to put their things and the light switches are at the wrong place.

A little tired in places - could do with a bit of a spruce up such as a lick of paint on all the walls, new carpets in the common areas (stairs) etc. Seemed to be a lot of staff but not a lot of guests (although the staff were lovely).

Restaurant waiters are useless, slow, just talking to each other. . Even if you are a guest at hotel they want you to pay for the huts. Hotel guests should get at least a free hour daily. There is no real beach seating for hotel guests to relax.

"PROPERTY WAS GOOD AND THE STAFF WAS VERY HELPFUL. ONLY CONCERN WAS THER VERY LESS OPTION FOR VEGITEARIAN PEOPLE. THEY ONLY PROVIDE BREADS, ONE OR TWO CERALS, FRUITS AND SOME RICE ITEMS, WHICH IS NOT ENOUGH ."

"The hotel is great and in an amazing location which is right inside the airport. Staff were polite and amazing, great buffet breakfast, there is mini zoo which had wildlife such as monkeys, crocodile, tortoise, parrot, ostriches, peacocks etc. The rooms and facilities was great and it was a great stay. They provided free shuttle to the airport which is a bonus."

The pool could do with a bit of cleaning.

Cucina compresa di ogni comfort. Due balconi vista campagna. Abbiamo usufruito della piscina la coperto che dopo le 16 è aperta anche ai bambini. Spiaggia privata, spa e 3 ristoranti dove poter mangiare. Colazione ottima e abbondante sia quella dolce, sia quella salata. Personale molto cortese. Abbiamo lasciato la macchina nel parcheggio per un giorno al costo di 3 euro"

Nel bagno l'acqua non scendeva bene. Per una notte ok altrimenti avremmo chiamato per la sistemazione.

Le prix reste un peu cher pour le Myanmar dans le contexte politique actuel même si il se comprend. Le confort du lit, matelas, était mauvais. Les coupures d'électricité durant tout un après-midi sont aussi à prendre en compte. Enfin les matelas et les serviettes autour de la piscine semblent une option.

L’unica cosa che si potrebbe migliorare (ma penso sia un problema di qualsiasi posto così vicino al mare) I cattivi odori di umidità e delle fogne provenienti dal bagno.

Sicuramente la logistica per capire dove rivolgersi una volta arrivati, la struttura è talmente grande che si rischia di perdersi e perdere tempo per cercare aiuto da parte del personale. Bisogna dire che siamo arrivati di sera, quindi con il buio che ha complicato le cose, ma con un pò di buona volontà abbiamo aggirato l'ostacolo e una volta capito, tutto si è semplificato. Siamo stati bene, grazie.
