"Spacious rooms. Great living area. Staff were responsive"

Not enough equipment to use kitchen. Had to ask for glasses. lower floor quite noisy from the bar downstairs. Also had to ask for a quilt as there was only a sheet on the bed and we were cold.

The Spa could have been a little bigger, but it’s good the way it is.

"The room is spacious and it is clean mostly, that's important. The AC & appliances works well, includes the bathroom and water pressure. Two good beaches are in walking distance from this hotel, as well as some good eateries."

The shower place is bit smaller, the mirror is made of wooden frame which the paint is dropping off. Not enough sand catching carpet at the lift lobby or corridor.

Il quartiere di käpyla è bellissimo.immersonnelnvetde e tutto composto per lo più da abitazioni in legno, tutte basse e attrezzate con molto verde intorno."

"Ringrazio la reception per averci dato una stanza alle 11.00 quando il check-in è previsto alle 15.00. La posizione è ottima con la fermata dei bus proprio davanti e a pochi passi della metropolitana. Altro punto, un hotel smoking free cioè c'è una zona alla fermata dei bus dove si può fumare. Letto comodo."

Colazione prettamente salata e non a buffet (il giorno prima indichi su un foglio cosa vuoi tra una serie di scelte), alcuni operatori non parlano bene inglese, stanza (bagno) un po’ sporca

Televisore con programmi che si bloccavano continuamente. Camera con rumori di “motori/condizionatori” continui anche di notte.

Host molto gentili, camera enorme, nuova ed estremamente spaziosa. C'erano phon, ciabatte da bagno, ciabattine da camera, abbondante set da doccia e tutto veramente nuovo e ben curato. Letto comodissimo ed aria condizionata funzionante"

Leggero odore di fogna che veniva su dal water ma bastava chiudere la tavola e non si sentiva più. La porta del bagno non si chiudeva perfettamente ma non era importante. Qualche pelo sulle coperte purtroppo, ma il soggiorno è stato veramente gradevole!

"È il secondo anno che prenoto per la mia compagnia questa struttura, corrisponde molto alle nostre esigenze. Colazione ottima e stanze molto pulite! Peccato che ci sia una netta distinzione tra le camere dei piani alti e quelle del 2 e 3"

Palestra poco attrezzata. Piscina malcurata. Non tutto lo staff della reception parla inglese.

L’unica cosa negativa che non mi ha permesso di dare 10 sono i Masai insistenti sulla spiaggia.

No hot shower, which was inconvenient. Noisy installations that affected comfort (water pump, no well isolated for insects) The check-in process was a bit complicated, but since it's a family-run business, we were understanding.

"The staff are wonderful and very consistent of disability. The restaurant is excellent with a large menu and reasonable prices. The Indian food is especially good. The surroundings are stunning. There is a farmers market there one Saturday a month"

The WiFi does not work!

La colazione era ottima e molto fornita con prodotti tipici sia dolci che salati e colazione continentale. La posizione è iper centrale e comoda anche all’aeroporto. Con 20€ a tratta puoi farti venire a prendere e portare in aeroporto da una macchina. Possibilità di fare il late check out fino alle 18, estremamente comodo se hai un volo in tarda serata. Presenza di spa e palestra. Ristorante interno molto valido con prodotti tipici e non"
