Aparthotel in Belize

"Posizione ottima, accesso diretto alla spiaggia, staff molto gentile e sempre disponibile. Eravamo in 3 persone, l’appartamento era adatto alle nostre necessità. Presente l’aria condizionata in camera."

Appartamento buono, ma un po’ vecchio. Camera pulita dopo 3 giorni, ma lo staff subito disponibile per eventuali richieste.

"La camera, il luogo comune, la cucina e il bagno erano ben forniti e puliti. Con la prenotazione ho ricevuto anche un coupon per la colazione gratuita in un ristorante in centro e uno sconto su un pranzo! Ho soggiornato molto bene"

"La posizione è molto comoda anche per riuscire a parcheggiare la macchina. Inoltre è vicinissimo al centro ma lontana dal caos della parte più centrale. Struttura pulita, letto comodo e aria condizionata."

Il bagno è davvero troppo piccolo e la doccia praticamente non esiste. Inevitabile quindi bagnare tutto quando ci si lava, dal pavimento al wc. La stanza è scura.

"Nos gustó lo espacioso, nuevo y limpio que era el apartamento.Vistas desde dormitorio a la Pagoda Shwedagon. Estuvimos 4 noches cómo en casa, limpieza diaria además con gimnasio en el edificio y destacar la amabilidad de la chica de recepción, nos dejó salir más tarde al tener bus nocturno. Es una pena que no vayan los turistas !!!"

"Host was extremely helpful in helping me find a place to park my bike and navigate around the city. Room was clean and as described."

"The hotel across the road where you check in and where breakfast is served is gorgeous with antiques all around you. The apartment was also beautifully decorated, spacious, clean and comfortable. It had a washing machine and the heating dried everything really quickly. The staff were lovely, they stored our luggage before check-in and ordered us a taxi to the train station when we were leaving. The breakfast was delicious and had a wide selection of foods. Yoghurts and juices were in glass containers, no plastic anywhere. Fantastic and really thoughtfully done. The location in Gamla Stan, just a few steps from the royal palace and Storkyrkan was ideal. I'd recommend getting a cab from the train station in winter if you have heavy luggage. The walk from the metro station is a challenge with the cobbles and snow. But the location is truly worth the effort."

"Bella struttura a pochi passi dal mare. Centrale e silenziosa. Il nostro appartamento aveva anche uno spazio esterno molto carino."

Purtroppo non c’erano piastre e padelle per cucinare solo microonde, abbiamo colto l’occasione e siamo usciti a cena.

"St John is a beautiful Island. This condo was clean, comfortable and enjoyed the balcony out back."

We chose not to rent a car and found it difficult to get taxi drivers who wanted to bring us to the end of the street. We tipped well, people would give us their number and then not answer. Was not the condos fault but surprised at the taxi drivers

"We were warmly welcomed by the owner of the property - we felt right at home. He was very keen to host and you could really tell this in the way he interacted with us. Communication prior to our arrival was also very informative and friendly. The room was spacious and had everything we needed. The bed was amazing. So comfortable. The room and bathroom were clean and small touches around the room were cozy and well thought out. The surroundings are peaceful and our night stay was exactly what we needed after a big hike that day. Great for relaxation."

The hot water doesn’t last for very long but the water pressure is super good!

Se dovessi trovare un difetto direi un po di rumore serale che arriva dai pub sottostanti.

"É un ottima soluzione per chi viaggia in moto in quanto ha un parcheggio interno. La struttura è molto accogliente, la nostra camera era pulitissima e super attrezzata, l’accoglienza è stata calorosa. Lo consiglio a chi ha un mezzo proprio per raggiungere Dubrovnik"

Nella mia camera di notte si sentiva il rumore della strada, qualche spiffero dal lucernaio.

"We love the area, close to the ocean, the view is fantastic. We lived in Trou deau Douce 25 years ago at Valmarin. It was wonderful to be back and these apartments has so much potential, but unfortunately it’s not taking care of. The cleaning lady was very kind."

The apartments weren’t cleaned when we arrived. The underfloor apartment was full of black mold. The pool is not taking care of. No sunbeds. You could easily do a quick renovation, do some painting and take care of these apartments and it would be wonderful. Now we love this area and has lot of friends in Trou deau Douce so we wanted to stay there. We had no contact with the owners, they didn’t answer us, but the housekeeper/cleaning lady was nice and answered, she come and clean when we asked for it.

"The rooms were spacious booked a family room had one double and one single. Was on ground floor first room as you enter building. The a/c was nice and cool it was on a fixed temp as no remote. TV was good with reception. Outside plenty of shops and restaurants. Dera and Gourmet and supermarket/bakery, fast food and other shops along the way. Rickshaws always available across the road. The big malls like ammana mall just a few minutes ride."

The only problem was that the toilet was the flat hole in ground the other rooms upstairs had the siting version but they were double rooms staff said we could change rooms and they will give us extra mattress but we liked the location of first room others had to go past reception.

"Location was fabulous, just down the road from the Presidential Palace although the road is a little unkempt. An easy walk into the town for restaurants and the main market centre. Staff were friendly and helpful. Great outside relaxing bar / restaurant."

Taxis do not like to drive to the Hotel as the road is not great and has some big ruts at the town end, leaving you with the choice of a short walk or paying more. It's about a 400 yard walk and not hard or dangerous.
