"Magic Reef is a beautiful resort, very relaxing. The bungalows are well equipped and the bed was very comfortable. It was also great to have our own comfortable lounge chairs on the deck to take in the views out over the reef, watching the waves crashing and the sun setting which was all simply breathtaking. There are a few really good restaurants within walking distance down the beach, making it a perfect spot for a relaxing time. We hired a car for a couple of days to explore around the island, enjoy some beach swimming, snorkeling and to eat at some different restaurants. The pool was great, lovely temperature and depth. Our hosts and all the staff were friendly, helpful and we enjoyed talking with them. Thanks for the beautiful platter in the fridge, the beers, juice etc which was so appreciated. We would highly recommend Magic Reef if you like a small boutique resort."

"This motel was a wonderful surprise! The location is excellent, and the entire place is exceptionally clean. The room design is elegant and tasteful, creating a calm and comfortable atmosphere. Everything felt very well cared for, and the cleanliness really stood out. Highly recommended!"

If I had to mention one small area for improvement, it would be the layout — the bed is a bit close to the entrance door, which made the space feel slightly tight at times.

"I had never been to an all inclusive resort before and was sceptical and personally probably will never do it again but nothing to do with the Bareclo, simply my preference but the resort was totally amazing considering the price. I had one of the bungalows which has large vey well decorated and very comfortable likewise the bathroom. Considering the size of the resort the WiFi was excellent . I never used the pool which was huge but instead the beach and swam several times The beach is stunning and spotlessly clean as to the gardens they are stunning and so well kept. The staff were so friendly and helpful especially so the ones in the dining room I have never seen such a volume of food being served ( and consumed !) in such vast qualities and the staff there in my view were so patient considering what they were dealing with! Overall I cannot fault the resort in any major way you get amazing value for money … congratulations to Barcelo"

The checking in process is very unwieldy on arrival I joined a queue of at least 50 people I got there in the early afternoon and they simply would not let anyone in to their room before 3 pm And surely some of rooms were really and why allow check ins as was available . This is not the first time I have come across this attitude The resort is large and at first it was difficult to find your bungalow as it’s not overly well signposted The was an entertainment lady around the pool screaming down a microphone … why is that necessary ? Overall it was a great stay Well done Barcelo

"È stato tutto bello e consigliabile sopratutto per le famiglie che hanno bambini piccoli. Staff gentilissimo"

Le camere le devono pulire di più però il resto è tutto ok basta che chiama la ragazza e ti risolve il problema.

"La camera è ampia, dotata di spazio cottura per la colazione (troppo costosa quella fornita in struttura), ben illuminata. Posizione ottima, vicinissima ad un'ampia e meravigliosa spiaggia (attrezzata) nonchè al villaggio di Oistins. Giardini ben curati e varie piscine a disposizione."

La struttura è un po' vecchiotta anche se funzionale. A mio parere potrebbero esserci maggiori piccole attenzioni, visto il costo delle camere, ad esempio: il kit del bagno terminato dopo un paio di giorni non è stato sostituito, la luce del mio comodino non funzionava, l'acqua del lavandino del bagno nono scorreva (e ho dovuto dopo una paio di giorni segnalarlo), lo zucchero in cucina è terminato e non è stato integrato.

"Well maintained, super friendly and helpful staff. Room was always well stocked with towels and cleaned. Nicola does a great job by the pool keeping everyone happy with towels, food and drinks. Front desk staff were very helpful and friendly and the bartender was always smiling and talkative. D Richard’s steakhouse was great - Steak Diane and Filet were both excellent. Sol de Mar had good Mediterranean style food with a relaxed atmosphere. My husband and I ate here on a few occasions- pasta with lobster, veal scallopini both great choices. Close location to a number of off property restaurants that are excellent."

The pads on the loungers are very old, worn thin and extremely uncomfortable to sit on. Chef’s Table wasn’t good- we ate only one dinner there and the lobster cake and fish were dried out. The pasta dish with Shrimp had the full shell on the shrimp still making eating very messy. Lobster Fest on the beach was disappointing. The lobster was dried out as it had been sitting under lamps for some time. We waited 30 minutes past our reservation time to finally get a table after speaking with the manager in charge. Very unorganized.

"The hospitality from the staff was incredible. The level of detail and service was at a very high standard. The accommodation was really good. That was a lot of space. The food was great with the breakfast buffet. The prices were really good as well."

"Nice and spaceous property just a 5-10 min drive from Tahko Ski Resort. 3 of the rooms out of 4 had private bathrooms, which was very convinient. Also the sauna was very specious. Would come back again!"

주변에 식당이없다보니 골드카드로 갔는데 식사를 그나마 괜찮은건 마젤란이었는데 3박동안 가려니 너무 질리더라구요 사이판pic처럼 좀더 다양한 레스토랑이 있었으면 좋겠어요

Restaurant waiters are useless, slow, just talking to each other. . Even if you are a guest at hotel they want you to pay for the huts. Hotel guests should get at least a free hour daily. There is no real beach seating for hotel guests to relax.

"Bella struttura posizionata sul più bel tratto di spiaggia di Grace Bay, a sud la spiaggia si restringe molto e risulta affollata. La stanza è un appartamento molto ampio con due stanze e due bagni con tutte le stanze che vedono il mare, anche se non sono beach front."

Da migliorare l’offerta del cibo, non la qualità, che risulta molto ripetitivo soprattutto a pranzo; la chiusura alternata dei ristoranti la sera non favorisce gli ospiti nella scelta dei pasti.

The shower I used was really small.

"Ho soggiornato per 5 notti con tre prenotazioni diverse. Prime due notti in una camera e le altre tre in villa. Sicuramente la villa è stupenda. 169mq su tre piani. Con ogni confort per toglierti la voglia di uscire al di fuori dal resort. Il servizio shuttle per scendere alla reception e ai servizi primari. la cortesia del personale, gentilissimi ed educati. Una colazione veramente ottima. Servizi in spaiggia ottimi. Buona, in generale, la cucina per quanto riguarda la qualità, a pranzo e cena."

La camera per i primi due giorni non era il massimo. Le porzioni proposte a pranzo e cena piccole e non in linea con i prezzi. Ristorante italiano decisamente da evitare. La spiaggia, con servizi ottimi, non era all'altezza, nè di Santa Lucia, nè di questo splendido resort.

It is slight expensive and the restaurant don't have paper menu. Please tell them to have menu on the table or present it when asked.

"Struttura molto curata, elegante ed estremamente pulita, direttamente sul mare. Offre un’ottima cucina variata grazie ai numerosi ristoranti, tutti molto buoni. Lo staff è molto disponibile e gentile. Abbiamo apprezzato le molte attività proposte, adatte sia per i bambini che per gli adulti, il campo da golf integrato nella struttura, la piscina dei bambini con lo scivolo e le cascate e il magnifico mare con l’immensa spiaggia."

Only the lack of internet. There are no connexion even with data. So it can be frustrating when connexion is needed (to check flight for exemple)

Sicuramente la logistica per capire dove rivolgersi una volta arrivati, la struttura è talmente grande che si rischia di perdersi e perdere tempo per cercare aiuto da parte del personale. Bisogna dire che siamo arrivati di sera, quindi con il buio che ha complicato le cose, ma con un pò di buona volontà abbiamo aggirato l'ostacolo e una volta capito, tutto si è semplificato. Siamo stati bene, grazie.

Un po’ scomodo da girare a piedi in quanto pieno di sali e scendi. Servizi un po’ lenti.
