"Il personale è gentile e disponibile. L'albergo si trova non proprio in centro, ma con una passaggiata si può raggiungere facilemente, e godendo quindi di una maggiore tranquillità durante il soggiorno. La camera King è spaziosissima e dotata di ogni comfort, anche se con uno standard che non è quello dei 5 stelle occidentali. Buona colazione e ristorante aperto praticamente tutto il giorno, con piatti buoni. Ho soggiornato per 3 volte in un mese in questo albergo e ne sono soddisfatto."

"Tutto. 5 minuti a piedi dalla stazione dei bus, si raggiungono a piedi le principali attrazioni, colazione ottima, pulizia della camera tutti i giorni."

"Ottima posizione a 5 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia di Orient Bay e possibilità di avere lettini e hotel gratis in 5 strutture di Orient Bay. Camera molto grande, pulita, letto comodo, personale molto gentile. Colazione abbondante (ma non molto varia) con insalata di frutta preparata al momento. Parcheggio accanto alla camera. Soluzione perfetta per una vacanza a Orient Bay."

Come detto la colazione senza variazioni (anche se di buona qualità). Le zanzare (e la zanzariera sul letto bucata).

"The staff were beyond helpful! Very lovely location and has everything you need. Couldn't ask for more. I will definitely be staying here again in the future."

Construction/renovations going on (some days loud). There was a huge cockroach in my room. These were both minor inconveniences for me, the rest of the stay was phenomenal.

Prices are very high, but the normal for French Guyana. Kourou is not a city for pedestrians. So, there is no good location - everything is far for a walk. By car, it is really close to the space center.

"Breakfast was good and most of the time it has variety. Staff are fantastic.The omelette bar was the best as the other hot food is in bain-marie and is not as good."

Great room and fabulous views of the bay. I loved waking up in the morning and watching the boats going up and down the bay.

"Stayed in the deluxe Junior Suite. They have renovated the place and now rooms look nice. We were leaving early and they packed us quite a good breakfast. Staff were friendly and responsive."

L’unica cosa negativa che non mi ha permesso di dare 10 sono i Masai insistenti sulla spiaggia.

"Simply I can fully trust them. We forgot our backpack in the shuttle bus and moved to San Pedro Island. Hotel staffs were so kind to arrange sending it to San Pedro, and we received it including all valuable goods like mobile phone! Thanks to all involved staff and appreciate their integrity."

The area is absolutely manic, the actual car park entrance was difficult to find, bar very limited, staff on bar seemed disinterested until we paid the bill and gave a tip which cheered her up.

Letto comodissimo ed aria condizionata funzionante"

Leggero odore di fogna che veniva su dal water ma bastava chiudere la tavola e non si sentiva più. La porta del bagno non si chiudeva perfettamente ma non era importante. Qualche pelo sulle coperte purtroppo, ma il soggiorno è stato veramente gradevole!

"Excellent location just above a lovely secluded beach. Quiet area. Well equipped kitchen facilities. Quirky small reception area with helpful staff. Some rooms w balconies with seaview. Excellent small restaurants close by. Polite unobtrusive cats."

"The bed was amazing, i slept well and that was the best part especially being jet lagged. The kids loved the breakfast spread so that was a plus. They really enjoyed their stay, im glad to have booked it and wouls definitely come again and recommend to friends."

That the restaurant isn't closed and no one helped me with my huge case to my room ( iwas on my own and kinda just pointed in the right direction even though I had three bags.

"l'hotel è strepitoso, immerso nel verde con tanti ristoranti di cui 2 stellati michelin. inoltre perfetto per i bambini perchè ha 2 kids room enormi con gonfiabili, tappeti elastici, piscina di palline, scivoli e moltissimo altro. molto elegante per essere un family resort, veramente consigliato se si hanno bambini piccoli."

Camere da modernizzare. Alcune si sono rivelate rumorose per la presenza di un locale dove c era musica. Meglio scegliere le camere ai piani più alti
