Camera spaziosa e letto king size con: minibar molto fornito, acqua di benvenuto, bollitore con tisane e caffè, set di cortesia con ciabatte, prodotti beauty, pettine, spazzolini e dentifricio, set cucito, calzascarpe. Servizio lavanderia, doppi cuscini comodissimi, doccia grande con panchetta, scalda salviette elettrico. Essendo il mio compleanno mi hanno portato in camera una fetta di torta con candelina. La colazione era ottima e molto fornita con prodotti tipici sia dolci che salati e colazione continentale. La posizione è iper centrale e comoda anche all’aeroporto. "Camera 103, vista a 180° su Saint Denis. Balcone in camera, e bagno con finestra. Piscina bellissima, staff assolutamente impeccabile: al mattino prima di uscire per lavoro, chiedo di pulire il filtro del climatizzatore (spia rossa accesa). Al rientro, fatto. Chiedo informazioni varie, sempre ricevute con gentilezza e precisione. Ristorante con adattamenti italiani da me richiesti, non previsti dal menù: ad esempio carne senza salse e cose creole, solo olio di oliva e limone. Fatto. Parcheggio interno, ampio e gratuito. Camere silenziose perchè si trova su una collina che domani la città ed è lontano dal traffico urbano. Centro fitness interno gratuito"

In dem Zimmer befand sich eine kleine Küchenzeile, die aber keinen Gegenstand enthielt (also insb. keinen Becher oder Glas). Außerdem ist das Hotel sehr hellhörig.

"The staff and managers were very kind and polite. The rooms and lobby is very clean. The WiFi was full free, but sometimes in some pleases signal was weak. The 24 hours drinking coffee , tea, cakes in lobby if very fantastic. U can use them free during 24 hours."

The lobby doesn't have any view to out ( I mean avenue and street ).

Not enough equipment to use kitchen. Had to ask for glasses. lower floor quite noisy from the bar downstairs. Also had to ask for a quilt as there was only a sheet on the bed and we were cold.

Prices are very high, but the normal for French Guyana. Kourou is not a city for pedestrians. So, there is no good location - everything is far for a walk. By car, it is really close to the space center.

I think the beds need to upgrade, comparing with other hotels where I recent stayed.

L’unica cosa negativa che non mi ha permesso di dare 10 sono i Masai insistenti sulla spiaggia.

The food in the restaurant is ok but not the best and the waiters are slow. The breakfast is very poor and it is better to eat outside at 100% Natural. The reception did no tell us about the yoga which we missed. Also that did not tell us that we should book the whale trip in advance because now it was sold out and we had to book a private trip.

Palestra poco attrezzata. Piscina malcurata. Non tutto lo staff della reception parla inglese.

Niente da ridire, solo un consiglio. Poiche' alcune camere sono al terzo piano e non c'e' ascensore, fatelo presente se avete difficolta' fisiche.
