"E’ un buon Hotel , di livello.. all’ interno ci sono ottimi ristoranti . Ambiente luxury , ma il giusto. Si sta bene. Nei miei viaggi a Sofia questo Hotel è tappa fissa.. Lo consiglio."

"Personale cordiale e gentilissima, disponibile per qualsiasi esigenza. Posto nel cuore della città con i mezzi pubblici a due passi e la moschea blu praticamente attaccata all' Hotel . Ottimo prezzo . La colazione buona con prodotti locali e, inoltre , le torte fatte direttamente dal personale in loco. La vista è spettacolare. Lo consiglio a tutti"

"First of all, the Lodge is absolutely beautiful. We loved the architecture and attention to detail in every corner. The service was excellent, and the staff were very warm and welcoming, especially Allan who made us feel truly cared for. La colazione a buffet, inclusa con la camera, offre una vasta scelta di opzioni dolci e salate di ottima qualità. Il personale è fantastico, molto professionale e disponibile, tutti molto educati e sorridenti, un vero valore aggiunto! Ho avuto un imprevisto con il mio volo di ritorno (annullato il giorno prima dalla compagnia) e sono stati molto reattivi e disponibili nell'aiutarmi a trovare una soluzione. Assolutamente consigliato!"

Un po' distante dal centro a piedi, ma non è un problema perché facilmente raggiungibile in macchina o con moto taxi.

The weakest part of the hotel is the restaurant catering for breakfasts and all meals: the place that looks like a canteen, is not welcoming. The prices for food are for too expensive. The food is good quality. Spiritless Hotel as it feels very empty.

"The hotel was well located and equipped, the staff were very helpful and polite especially Mohamad bushnaq and Qais were friendly.. During our short stay at the hotel we felt home and the environment was super comfortable."

"Ibis is many times so and so in Europe, but this one was a positive surprise! The very friendly staff and kitchen made a late dinner even we arrived at the closing time of the restaurant! Rooms 'Ibistiny' but clean and good beds!"

Very small rooms, food options r limited and very expensive, exchange rate at reception is very poor, toiletries in room is very limited, not easy to find a taxi, no mini markets/shops around.

Prices are very high, but the normal for French Guyana. Kourou is not a city for pedestrians. So, there is no good location - everything is far for a walk. By car, it is really close to the space center.

"Excellent location just above a lovely secluded beach. Quiet area. Well equipped kitchen facilities. Quirky small reception area with helpful staff. Some rooms w balconies with seaview. Excellent small restaurants close by. Polite unobtrusive cats."

The bacon and sausages at breakfast were not the best but this is usual for Korea. Westerners might notice this, Koreans won't mind them at all.

"The room is spacious and it is clean mostly, that's important. The AC & appliances works well, includes the bathroom and water pressure. Two good beaches are in walking distance from this hotel, as well as some good eateries."

The shower place is bit smaller, the mirror is made of wooden frame which the paint is dropping off. Not enough sand catching carpet at the lift lobby or corridor.

"Il soggiorno è stato molto piacevole. Tra i servizi da menzionare una navetta che ti permette di raggiungere i luoghi più importanti, la zona piscina molto godevole e la cena BOMA che non dovete perdervi. Il punto forte la vista sulla pozza dove abbiamo avvistato elefanti, coccodrillo, impala, facoceri e molti avvoltoi (alle 13 pasto agli uccelli interessante) Unico neo, alcune camere andrebbero rimodernate e mantenute piu pulite"

Peccato mancasse qualcosa, tipo lo yogurt. La signora della mattina purtroppo non parla inglese. Non vedere persone alla reception è sempre un po' strano, diventa non bello quando si spengono le luci della sala e non si sa come accenderle.

Camere da modernizzare. Alcune si sono rivelate rumorose per la presenza di un locale dove c era musica. Meglio scegliere le camere ai piani più alti

Probably just the traffic and noises makes by vendor as the hotel is opposite the national library. Hence many youngsters hangout there everyday and worst is over the weekend.
