Parking is very tight. The water drainage (room 11) in the shower flows the wrong way so it can be tricky to avoid flooding the place. Since there is no water mixer, it takes time to get the water temperature correct. Turning the water off and back on because of poor drainage is not ideal for a 4 night stay in luxury accommodation.

"L’intera struttura in legno conferiva all’ambiente un certo calore che la rendeva molto casa e meno albergo La camera spaziosa con un bel terrazzo a disposizione I gestori molto gentili che fanno un cappuccino eccezionale e sono sempre a disposizione . "Amazing place with amazing view. Perfect place for People who value Peace and nature. Everything was just ideal. Owners are amazing and really helpful. Delicious small breakfast. Fantastic terrace with swimming pool will make you really rest and relax. It was one of the best place where we have been. Highly recommend 🙂"

Bathroom has mouldy smell, so needs to open window for ventilation. The building doesn’t have elevator, so if you have big luggage, it will be an issue to move your luggage.

Bed a little harder than our preference but I think that’s normal! We supplied our own music, frequent power cuts but the generator kicked in quickly.

Personale gentile, camera spaziosa,pulitissima, bagno e doccia enormi, letto confortevole e poi la colazione ricca di ogni prelibatezza, dalla frutta allo yogurt fino alla tradizionale irish breakfast. Entrambe le sere abbiamo cenato al pub accompagnati da ottima musica live. Da provare,noi sicuramente ci torneremo"

I got a room in rhe endcof the corridor very few guests so the hot water didn't come before I stopped showering. But no big deal.

"I could not imagine my stay in Gjakovë better. The owner of this place and the place itself are excellent, including a welcoming dog. I would book a room here again, if i was about to visit the city in the future."

"Abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura per due giorni e ci siamo sentiti a casa! Ci hanno accolti e accompagnati in camera (pulita) con un bel bagno e con aria condizionata. L’hotel offre servizio cena che abbiamo sfruttato (pagamento separato), ho mangiato anche una buonissima pizza, per essere in Africa era davvero fantastica. In struttura è possibile prenotare delle gite a pagamento con un accompagnatore locale, noi abbiamo fatto sia il tour alle Victoria Falls che la visita in barca del Chobe. Rifarei entrambe le gite!"

La connessione Wi-Fi è limitata alle sole aree comuni, in camera non c’è internet!

"Good location near the main street with bus stop and supermarkets and restaurants. Room is clean and bathroom is newly renovated. Although the room is next to a main street there was no traffic noise. Great with parking included and breakfast included. Good with some cookies and dried wasa bread and coffee is available all day."

The wardrobe in the room was broken, the door cannot be opened. A towel for the floor in the bathroom was missing. The breakfast is a simple business breakfast and not a holiday breakfast buffet. Stairs to come to your room. So if you have luggage it is a bit trouble.

"In questo ranch ci siamo sentiti a casa, accolti e trattati come fossimo dei parenti dalle tre proprietarie che hanno cucinato per noi una colazione fantastica e con le quali abbiamo scambiato delle piacevolissime chiacchiere. Il ranch davvero carino e ben curato. Tutto molto bello davvero!"

Hélas clim défectueuse mais hôte réactif en nous proposant un ventilateur très silencieux et ce fut très bien.
