"I loved the cozy boat house vibe and the thoughtful staff—they even gifted a local boat tour, which made the stay fun. The location was quiet yet easy to get around, and the space was clean and comfortable."

There’s barely anything to fault, but the spot is a bit far from busy areas. It wasn’t a real issue for us, though, since we wanted a peaceful stay.

"Dopo una lunga giornata trascorsa a scalare il Pico Duarte, siamo arrivati a Casa Taina e ci siamo sentiti subito come a casa. Siamo stati accolti con grandi sorrisi e una gentilezza autentica che ha reso tutto ancora più speciale. La stanza era impeccabile, pulitissima, e abbiamo apprezzato moltissimo la doccia calda dopo la fatica della giornata. Su nostra richiesta, sono stati così disponibili da prepararci anche la cena: un pasto delizioso, a un prezzo davvero competitivo rispetto ai ristoranti della zona, che abbiamo gustato in un’atmosfera piacevole e rilassata. Un’esperienza davvero positiva sotto ogni aspetto!"

"Wunderbare und herzliche Gastgeber. Die Feierabende waren entspannt, ruhig und entschleunigend. Sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet was das Herz begehrt."

Nur ein einziger Punkt wäre verbesserungswürdig. Verdunklungsrollos im Bereich der Schlafbereich würden für etwas längere Nächte sorgen :-)

"A unique experience you will always remember. The private boat tour to the cabin with our guide Thomas was amazing. The view and serenity are second to none. The cabin is modern and clean. The bed is comfy. Temperature was great. The included food was delicious and so much."

Remember you are in a very fancy tent on the glacier lagoon rather than a hotel room :) All very clearly communicated so no surprise, but beware that the toilet is a fraction of an airplane toilet with no real door, there is no shower, and you need to be super careful with everything.

"La felluca era pulita, molto comoda e bellissima! Abbiamo viaggiato per due giorni con Capitano Gin Tonic e Mohamed: sono stati splendidi con noi, eccellenti professionisti e persone speciali che si prese cura di noi in ogni momento. Mohamed è un ottimo cuoco e il capitano ci ha portato a vedere un mercato dei cammelli molto interessante, il tempio di Kom Hombo."

Avremmo voluto fare più giorni con loro sulla felluca, è stato un viaggio speciale che porteremo nel cuore
