"The only thing that we liked is fact that hotel is brand new and economy room is pretty comfortable."

"Everything else. We made reservation trough booking.com and asked for 3 economy rooms. At arrival they informed us that something went wrong and even though they see our reservation that they do not have our 3 economy rooms. Fortunately some couple went home early do they could give us family room but asked us to make rebooking on booking.com in order to give us that family room for 4 and one economy room for 2. We refused that and said to them to solve it internally. Staff was pretty rood about this. Also they looked like that they do not know what they doing. Next day we moved out form that family room in order to get our economy room that was not ready until almost 15:00 pm even though check in is from 14:00h. And the best thing room was not even ready at full. After that air conditioning went wrong on 4th floor with 40 degrees Celsius outside and communication and behaviour from staff was horrible. At the end we end up talking only with repair man to give us some information. Additionally we were sitting at terrace and waiter came 2 times to bring us drinks and did not tide up table from previous gests. Food was eatable but for sure not on at level of 4 star hotel."

"There's underground garage (~10cars), room and toilet were clean. Its close to the main road so you can easily drive to different beaches."

"Food is nothing like pictures on Booking. It is like you are in some military camp. Large batches of similar/same not exciting meals every day. Hygiene of the pots, and dinning area is poor."

"Brand new hotel, new amenities, great pool area and excellent air condition, we enjoyed our stay there and for sure will be back again!"

"Improvements can be done on the elevators, only 1 out of 2 was functioning during our stay at the hotel, elevator that sends you to the garage level wasn't functional at all. One thing I'd recommend is adding sea food on the menu except the fried fish that got served."

"New hotel, just opened. Probably one of the best hotels in Ulcinj. The distance to the Long beach is within couple of minutes walking. There is a market nearby. Enough parking place. For sure now this is now our hotel we will stay every time we come to Ulcinj again."
