Hotel in Croazia

"The staff at the hotel was very friendly. After checking my ID and hotel reservation, he quickly helped me complete the check-in process. The whole thing took about 10 minutes."

There was some water on the bathroom floor, which I guess was caused by a leaking pipe. It did affect the overall experience a bit.

"Het meest beviel ons de rust en hygiëne. We aten ontbijt en diner in het hotel. Vantevoren konden we aangeven hoe laat we het wilden hebben en wat we wilden eten. De kok luisterde goed naar onze wensen. Verder is het personeel zeer behulpzaam en helpt wanneer nodig."

Eigenlijk viel niets echt tegen. Omdat het een nieuwe lokatie is, merk je dat de medewerkers nog wat onwennig zijn en moet je pro-actief zijn. Zo hadden we handdoeken en een kopje voor 1 persoon op de kamer terwijl we met zijn tweeën waren. Als je erom vraagt zorgen ze snel dat het wordt opgelost. Als je TV wil kijken, houd er rekening mee dat je alleen YouTube video's kunt bekijken 😀 De lokatie is gelegen op een zeer stil punt in Zomba en heeft geen buitenterras, dat zou nog wel fijn zijn. En, zoals je wel vaker tegenkomt in Malawi, het weggetje ernaartoe is een zandpad met stenen en kuilen, dus houd daar rekening mee.

Many pigeon droppings outside, even arround the pool. Very loud ventilator in the bathroom. Bad smell outside at night.

"Struttura pulita, buona wifi, letto comodo, camera piccola ma confortevole, aria condizionata efficace, foccia calda, cibo buono ma porzioni un po' piccole. Parcheggio chiuso e coperto. Personale gentile."

Scale a chiocciola per salire alla teception e alle camere. Ho chiesto a colazione alle 8, una volta è stata servita alle 8.50, una alle 7.40 (ero ancora a letto), un'altra ale 8.40. La strada per arrivare non è asfaltata e se ha piovuto bisogna provare varie strade alternative per evitare alcune pozzanghere giganti.

"Struttura davvero fantastica, non posso giudicare la colazione perché non presa. Consiglio vivamente"

"Accoglienza favolosa da parte della famiglia che gestisce gli appartamenti e cibo preparato da loro squisito. La struttura è anche molto vicina al Monastero e alla Chiesa di Santa Maria sulla Laguna di Narta."

"Staff molto gentile e disponibile, camera super pulita con pulizie giornaliere, letto enorme e comodissimo e soprattutto la piscina in camera! La colazione era molto abbondante e varia ed in più c'era un menù di uova dove si poteva richiedere di cucinare omlette, uova strapazzate ecc... La camera era molto grande e ben tenuta con tutte le comodità, tv in soggiorno e in camera da letto, aria condizionata. I prezzi del ristorante dell'hotel sono in linea con i ristoranti che si trovano fuori e il cibo non è male."

La struttura inizia un po' a mostrare i segni del tempo

"La struttura è molto bella e pulita, il letto comodissimo e bello grande. La colazione abbondante, varia e buona. C'è la possibilità di mettere l'auto nel loro parcheggio privato gratuitamente"

Nella descrizione appare scritto che si ha a disposizione una piscina idromassaggio e una sauna ma questo non è vero perché bisogna pagare un supplemento di 20 euro a persona per ora

"The location is great -- just 5 minutes to the beach and close to the main cafés and restaurants. The apartment is a good size and has a blackout system, so you don’t get sunlight coming in. The hotel also has two of the best restaurants in town -- Bottega and Plaza -- and they are fantastic."

I was not provided with a tea kettle or a hair dryer, as listed in the room description. Also, you can hear people walking to their rooms and staff talking while cleaning.

Le seul petit bémol, pour le petit déjeuner  nous aurions préféré des jus de fruit corrects plutôt que chimiques proche du soda.

Il personale non era molto familiare con l'inglese, e nemmeno con il danese. Solo svedese e tedesco sembravano accettati.

La pulizia (ho trovato capelli sul letto appena entrata) in generale non era pulito e molti cassetti erano pieni di sporcizia, le finestre erano proprio rovinate e facevi fatica ad aprire, dalla porta finestra in camera entravano insetti in quanto c’era una fessura larga un dito

The bar/restaurant was closed.

the shower needs to be updated it was not a good quality either from the hand held shower or the overhead one and the rooms by the road are noisy even though they said they are insulated, they are not and you can hear the cars very well

Given that there are no other places close to the hotel where you can buy food , the hotel restaurant should have more choices of food.

Main dining area felt rather utiltarian. Food was fine , service friendly. The bingo/ karaoke evening was good fun

"Hotel comodo molto vicino all’aeroporto. Perfetto per partenze in mattinata molto presto o arrivi la sera tardi. Stanze spaziose, personale molto accogliente e cordiale. Grande e comodo parcheggio."

Arredi un po’ datati, pulizia non impeccabile. Niente di problematico per brevi soggiorni di passaggio.

que pase calor en la habitación, no habian prendido el aire porque decia que iba a bajar la temperatura, pero la habitacion tenia una ventana hacia un pulmon donde no ingresaba aire, por lo tanto, no pudimos descansar muy bien por el calor.
