Remember you are in a very fancy tent on the glacier lagoon rather than a hotel room :) All very clearly communicated so no surprise, but beware that the toilet is a fraction of an airplane toilet with no real door, there is no shower, and you need to be super careful with everything.

"A different place to stay. A wood cabin but with all facilities such as fridge, single ring cooker, air conditioning, huge varanda with room for a dining table and chairs plus recliner chairs and a washing rack. Wonderful views of the Duero river. Pick up the train (one kilometre walk away) to Pinhao - 30 minute journey along the edge of the river-for food shopping and long, lazy lunches or to Porto for a day out. Rail fares in Portugal are very cheap and half price if over 65!"

"La felluca era pulita, molto comoda e bellissima! Abbiamo viaggiato per due giorni con Capitano Gin Tonic e Mohamed: sono stati splendidi con noi, eccellenti professionisti e persone speciali che si prese cura di noi in ogni momento. Mohamed è un ottimo cuoco e il capitano ci ha portato a vedere un mercato dei cammelli molto interessante, il tempio di Kom Hombo."

Avremmo voluto fare più giorni con loro sulla felluca, è stato un viaggio speciale che porteremo nel cuore
