"l'accoglienza , l' attenzione e la tempestivita' del personale per risolvere qualche cosa che non funzionava, vicinissima alla spiaggia,e zona molto tranquilla un grazie alla coppia di gestori per la loro gentilezza"

le porte dell'entrata sono difficili da aprire e chiudere , e un po rumorose apertura e chiusura del gas scomoda , visto che bisogna sempre chiuderla dopo l'uso

Me sorprendio que haciendo la reserva para dos personas solo incluyera desayuno para uno y si el otro queria tenia que pagarlo. Nunca habia vivido una situacion igual

"Stanza pulita, grande e accogliente. Letto comodo e molto grande. Bagno perfetto. Lo staff è sempre pronto ad aiutare e i ragazzi della reception parlano un ottimo inglese. Eccellente e abbondante colazione. Servizio navetta gratuito per l'aeroporto Posizione centealissima, a 10 minuti a piedi dal monumento di Ismail Somoni, in una zona piena di ristoranti"

Difficile trovare l'ingresso, sarebbe il caso di inviare una mappa agli ospiti per capire qual è l'ingresso (il secondo portone sulla destra del cortile) e mettere un'insegna. Fortunatamente, telefonando alla reception, lo staff mi ha subito aiutato

The bathrooms seem a bit outdated and upgrading them would greatly enhance the overall guest experience.

"I cannot recommend this place enough. It was exactly what we were looking for and 1000 times better than the hotel we stayed in the night before for a similar price. It was beautifully decorated, so clean and comfortable, had everything you could need and was in a good location. Don't stay anywhere else, this is the best place in Libreville!"

"The location across from the beach was excellent. The breeze coming off the water is so refreshing and made for an easy sleep. Hector is a gem, offering fruits and assistance and a reliable scooter and all sorts of other help. It was a pleasure to stay for a week. :)"

"Casa spaziosa e dotata di tutto il necessario. Piscina molto bella all’interno di un giardino dai bellissimi colori e molto curato."

"L'appartamento è di grandi dimensioni e ben distribuito nei locali. Cucina con tutti gli accessori necessari. Gli arredi buoni che soddisfano le necessità degli avventori. La posizione ottima e centrale, leggermente defilata dalla via centrale quel tanto che basta per essere tranquilli, ma in due minuti sei nella piazza del municipio."

Il bagno è cieco, ma per una vacanza è comunque un'ottima soluzione

The only downside was the lack of basic hygiene items like towels and soap. Overall, a great place to stay!

The hosts were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing us with great recommendations for things to see and do in the area. Highly recommended for a relaxing and memorable getaway in Swakopmund!"

"The apartment complex was in a fabulous location and it was nice to have a living area downstairs and a garden area as extra space (though we didn't end up using either much). The apartment had everything we needed and the balcony was lovely too - excellent mountain views."

It would have been nice to have a bit more information about how you hire bikes and use the laundry (both had a charge) provided in the folder in the flat, but Edi was very good at replying to our questions.

"Great view from the terrace, comfortable queen size bed, quiet area. The kitchen is small but has all equipment. The shower pressure is low bit low. Owners are responding on the spot and live just the house above! Any problem, they respond rapidly."

Avremmo gradito trovare almeno un angolo cucina più equipaggiato, Con tovaglioli pezzette strofinacci e posate adeguate per 4 persone, molto molto essenziali.
