"Location was fabulous, just down the road from the Presidential Palace although the road is a little unkempt. An easy walk into the town for restaurants and the main market centre. Staff were friendly and helpful. Great outside relaxing bar / restaurant."

Taxis do not like to drive to the Hotel as the road is not great and has some big ruts at the town end, leaving you with the choice of a short walk or paying more. It's about a 400 yard walk and not hard or dangerous.

Main window is in the bedroom, so the livingroom is kind of dark, but with lights on it didn't bother me.

"Buona posizione, in un'area sicura e tranquilla. 1 ora circa da S.Juan e mezz'ora da Ceiba (ottimo per volo verso Culebra!) La villa era fornita di veramente tutto : cucina, lavastoviglie,lavanderia con asciugatrice. In dotazione saponi, shampoo, asciugamani, detersivi per la cucina, lavastoviglie e lavatrice, e anche un campione di caffè. Tutti gli accessori da cucina erano presenti (piatti, posate, bicchieri , pentole etc). Spazi molto grandi, molto apprezzato il terrazzo con sedie, tavolo e sdraio. Parcheggio gratuito a pochi passi. La nostra villa aveva la vista sul porticciolo degli yatch. Bello anche il complesso nel suo insieme, con la piscina (una era in ristrutturazione). A pochi passi una piazzetta con alcuni ristoranti e negozi."

Il checkin è stato un po' "freddo", ci è stato spiegato poco delle strutture disponibili. Le chiavi magnetiche si sono smagnetizzate due volte in una settimana. Problema risolto subito alla reception, ma comunque fastidioso. Il parcheggio era ampio ma secondo me meglio cospargerlo di ghiaia per evitare la fanghiglia e pareggiarlo meglio (alcune buche erano veramente notevoli!)

"Appartamento nuovo, con ottimi spazi per 2 persone. Ben arredato, ben illuminato grazie anche a delle bellissime vetrate (abbiamo alloggiato al piano terra quindi non avevamo la vista lago, ma privacy e luce non sono mancati), e con tutto ciò che può servire. La posizione è ottima, in 5 minuti si arriva al lago e tutti i servizi sono piuttosto vicini."

"Nos gustó lo espacioso, nuevo y limpio que era el apartamento.Vistas desde dormitorio a la Pagoda Shwedagon. Estuvimos 4 noches cómo en casa, limpieza diaria además con gimnasio en el edificio y destacar la amabilidad de la chica de recepción, nos dejó salir más tarde al tener bus nocturno. Es una pena que no vayan los turistas !!!"

"Beautiful territory, nice stuff, excellent location, proximity to the beach. Absolutely beautiful place to stay close to the old port, very convenient for the kids to swim. A bit outside of the city and I loved it! Walking distance to the kite beach or shell cemetery. Enjoyed to be surrounded by so many flowers on the territory. Definitely good value for the money. Book in advance!"

The kids bed wasn’t really comfortable and was somehow uneven.

"The house was very clean, staffs were extremely friendly and hospitable. Really enjoyed my stay here and will come back again. Accessible location to get to many other places in Beijing as well"

"The hotel across the road where you check in and where breakfast is served is gorgeous with antiques all around you. The apartment was also beautifully decorated, spacious, clean and comfortable. It had a washing machine and the heating dried everything really quickly. The staff were lovely, they stored our luggage before check-in and ordered us a taxi to the train station when we were leaving. The breakfast was delicious and had a wide selection of foods. Yoghurts and juices were in glass containers, no plastic anywhere. Fantastic and really thoughtfully done. The location in Gamla Stan, just a few steps from the royal palace and Storkyrkan was ideal. I'd recommend getting a cab from the train station in winter if you have heavy luggage. The walk from the metro station is a challenge with the cobbles and snow. But the location is truly worth the effort."

"Casa molto pulita e dotata di tutte le comodità, ottima posizione proprio vicino alla spiaggia e non lontano da un paio di ristoranti ed un supermarket."

Non gradisco per una questione di igiene gli asciugamani marroni nelle strutture ricettive. In tre giorni non ci sono stati cambiati gli asciugamani, se avessimo voluto il cambio avremmo dovuto pagare una cifra extra, onestamente per quel che abbiamo pagato non è un gran servizio. Le docce erano aperte quindi durante il lavaggio l'acqua cadeva sul pavimento del bagno.

Una menzione particolare va fatta alla manager Kartini… ha svoltato la mia vacanza facendomi scoprire la città con la sua cortesia e disponibilità. Yogyakarta non è solo Prambanan e Borobudur. Ci tornerò sicuramente è stavolta per più tempo. A presto ❤️"

"Per poter mantenere il paradiso tale, i proprietari di casa prestano molto tempo alla cura degli spazi. La stessa attenzione è riservata agli ospiti. Ci siamo sempre sentiti a nostro agio e ogni richiesta ed esigenza è stata assecondata. Il posto in sè è bellissimo - basta guardare le fotografia - ed il calore dell'accoglienza non la dimenticheremo. L'appartamento era nuovo, funzionale e piacevole allo stesso tempo e ovviamente molto pulito. Lo suggerirei sia a chi cerca un punto di partenza per visitare i dintorni, sia per chi deve soggiornare più a lungo."

Niente. Come segnalato, la parte finale della strada è un po' impervia, ma raggiungibile senza problemi sia da moto che da automobili.

"La struttura è molto carina, caraibica e piccola (solo 7 appartamenti di cui uno del proprietario) con una bella piscina. Tutto molto ben curato e pulito. L' appartamento è molto confortevole anche per tre persone: ampia cucina/soggiorno con smart TV, camera da letto con queen bed a baldacchino e bagno grande con doccia comoda. La gestione è affidata a Bocabay che risponde per ogni problema o richiesta H24, 7 giorni su 7 e sono molto reattivi."

Nulla da migliorare per la struttura. Purtroppo è un po' distante dalla spiaggia (15 minuti a piedi) e sotto al sole è un problema.

We chose not to rent a car and found it difficult to get taxi drivers who wanted to bring us to the end of the street. We tipped well, people would give us their number and then not answer. Was not the condos fault but surprised at the taxi drivers

"Posizione centrale con vista mozzafiato del tramonto con pale eoliche sullo sfondo. Giusto compromesso per visitare le più importanti città dell'Olanda o il Parco dei tulipani, veramente stupendo. Consiglio a tutti di fermarsi a cena almeno una volta nel ristorante che si trova praticamente sotto, il Visrestaurant ottimi prodotti dall'aringa nel panino all'anguilla affumicata e tantissime altre prelibatezze. La stanza è graziosa e spaziosa, altra cosa che abbiamo apprezzato molto è il parcheggio sotto le dune a 100mt dalla struttura. Consigliatissimo"

Unico neo, la scala per arrivare nella stanza leggermente ripida ma alla fine ci abbiamo preso la mano ;-)
