"The rooms were spacious booked a family room had one double and one single. Was on ground floor first room as you enter building. The a/c was nice and cool it was on a fixed temp as no remote. TV was good with reception. Outside plenty of shops and restaurants. Dera and Gourmet and supermarket/bakery, fast food and other shops along the way. Rickshaws always available across the road. The big malls like ammana mall just a few minutes ride."

The only problem was that the toilet was the flat hole in ground the other rooms upstairs had the siting version but they were double rooms staff said we could change rooms and they will give us extra mattress but we liked the location of first room others had to go past reception.

"Posizione centrale con vista mozzafiato del tramonto con pale eoliche sullo sfondo. Giusto compromesso per visitare le più importanti città dell'Olanda o il Parco dei tulipani, veramente stupendo. Consiglio a tutti di fermarsi a cena almeno una volta nel ristorante che si trova praticamente sotto, il Visrestaurant ottimi prodotti dall'aringa nel panino all'anguilla affumicata e tantissime altre prelibatezze. La stanza è graziosa e spaziosa, altra cosa che abbiamo apprezzato molto è il parcheggio sotto le dune a 100mt dalla struttura. Consigliatissimo"

Unico neo, la scala per arrivare nella stanza leggermente ripida ma alla fine ci abbiamo preso la mano ;-)

The height and flight of stairs.

"Bella struttura a pochi passi dal mare. Centrale e silenziosa. Il nostro appartamento aveva anche uno spazio esterno molto carino."

Purtroppo non c’erano piastre e padelle per cucinare solo microonde, abbiamo colto l’occasione e siamo usciti a cena.

"Ottima posizione, si trova vicino alla metro Oktogon ma vicino ci sono molte fermate bus/tram. Situata vicino a molti ristoranti e supermarket. Zona molto tranquilla. L’appartamento scelto era quello con 6 letti. Il quale è molto grande, con due bagni e appartamento ben riscaldato. Appartamento pulito, con cucina spaziosa e fornita di pentole se eventualmente si vuole cucinare. I bagni uno con doccia e uno con vasca, non grandi ma comunque attrezzati."

Nonostante ci sia la doppia finestra non è ben insonorizzato, quindi si sentono i rumori esterni. Per un soggiorno di 4 gg sono stati forniti 1 asciugamano grande ed uno piccolo. un altro paio sarebbe stato utili

"Comfortable bed. Quiet. Excellent location with markets and shops nearby. Friendly staff. Would certainly stay here again in the future."

Main window is in the bedroom, so the livingroom is kind of dark, but with lights on it didn't bother me.

"Struttura pulita , camere molto ben sistemate e accoglienti , a pochi passi dal Registan in una zona tranquilla . Lo staff ci ha dato la possibilità di lasciare le valigie al rientro ci ha offerto frutta fresca e abbiamo potuto ricaricare i telefoni . Eccellente ."

"Beautiful territory, nice stuff, excellent location, proximity to the beach. Absolutely beautiful place to stay close to the old port, very convenient for the kids to swim. A bit outside of the city and I loved it! Walking distance to the kite beach or shell cemetery. Enjoyed to be surrounded by so many flowers on the territory. Definitely good value for the money. Book in advance!"

The kids bed wasn’t really comfortable and was somehow uneven.

"Posizione del Premier Suite perfetta per arrivare nel centro di Dublino in veramente poco tempo. Zona nuova con appartamenti ed uffici, quindi molto tranquilla. Casa perfetta con tutti i comfort."

"It is a very special location. The large rock pool is absolutely unique. Great for swimming and looking at coral fish. We have never seen this at any other place we stayed."

"The lounge room. This is cool, couple of gaming zoon like table tennis, Foosball table, PSP and many more."

The air-conditioning system was not working properly but it was running. They should have provided drinking water bottles.

Whats not to like!

"Posizione ottima, accesso diretto alla spiaggia, staff molto gentile e sempre disponibile. Eravamo in 3 persone, l’appartamento era adatto alle nostre necessità. Presente l’aria condizionata in camera."

Appartamento buono, ma un po’ vecchio. Camera pulita dopo 3 giorni, ma lo staff subito disponibile per eventuali richieste.

Il campanello della porta d'ingresso . Veniva suonato erroneamente dai vicini perche si confondevano. I fornelli ad induzione che inizialmente ci hanno creato qualche problema...
