Campeggi in Uganda

"Posto bellissimo e suggestivo sulla cima.di una collina immersa in un panorama meraviglioso. Cassettine rustiche in stile tradizionale molto carine e pulite.. nonostante facesse molto freddo la sera una volta messi nel letto abbiamo dormito comodamente senza soffrire la temperatura. Buona colazione che ci é stata preparata alle 6 di mattina per permetterci di fare l escursione."

Per via dei materiali presenti nella costruzione degli alloggi si sente un po' di odore di paglia, quindi lo sconsiglierei a chi fosse allergico. L acqua calda non ha funzionato correttamente quando ci sono stato io.

The train every half an hour on 2 meters from our windows. The fence is not so high (safety?!). Also the busy road between the camping and the beach is dangerous. Lots of kids crossing that road. A tunnel would be solution.

Le village de Simonga est très authentique de la pauvreté zambienne sans misère,ici ils sont heureux avec très peu. Pour moi habitué à un peu d'abondance il manque beaucoup ici sans aller à la ville.

At this price you need to expect a basic accommodation, which it is. Do yourself a favour and rent a scooter right from the beginning of your stay. The scooters rental is not really close to the resort so best you go there with the bus and then drive up to the accommodation with the scooter.

"The decoration outside."

First of all please do not rely on the reviews here. The most one I think are fake reviews. This is now the real situation at this so called Nature "hotel". Flies flies flies. Everywhere thousand of flies. Flies in the rooms, flies in the restaurant everywhere you will have the flies. This is an indicator about the bad hygiene in this hotel. I have booked to so called King Room with Mountain view. It sounds very friendly but the reality is totally a horror. The room is very dirty and most issue it is wet and everywhere you see mold. When you enter the room you smell the moldy air. Absolutely unhealthy enviroment. Even the bedding is moldy and wet. The floor is wet. The walls are wet. We have to use hair dryer to have a little bit dry feeling when we sleep. But we could not sleep very well. Very terrible situation. Beside the moldy enviroment the room cleanless is terrible. Everywhere died flies and their feces. Stains on bedding and hairs. The bathroom was so dirty that we have avoided to take a shower. The toilet was not cleaned. The breakfast was consist of only rice and noodle and some unfresh cakes. On the food there are a lot of flies. They have a menu but most ones are not available. So we ate some noodle but was very low quality. Now my frustration. I have paid 1.4mRP for one night. In Indonesia you can stay in a very good 4 star Hotel for this price. I have requested a refund but the owner/staff was very unfriendly and not collaborative. For 200kRP you can stay in Bromo/Tosari in every homestay which is more better than this kind. So dont rely on the pics and reviews. The guys are cheating in a high level. Please be really careful to book this hotel. I have already claimed to booking.com. "We stayed with our two kids and my husband - the kids were very happy to play with the cats in the garden. We had the opportunity to experience both the glamping tent and the room. Everything was clean and well organized. It’s a wonderful place with a true sense of nature and freedom, and the host was very kind and welcoming."

"This was a very comfortable modern house like a tiny home but felt spacious. Kids loved sleeping in the loft. It was warm and inviting. The setting is lovely on a river with some small falls. I imagine Iin summer the outdoor bbq area would be very nice. We had a very comfortable night. Free onsen was nice although glad no one else there as it was tiny."

The location is quite far from the train so you need a taxi. The taxi drivers seemed put out to go there she it cost us about $40. Also far from a shop. So bring food or have a car. I like an onsen but it was very tiny. It would be nicer outdoors by the river.

"It was great trip to the Sahara Desert Camp by camels, And is best of ale was the trip back by car and Accommodations was great,if someone would like to come to the desert, the camp is so nice."

"I just loved the concept of tipi in the forest. Very clean camping area, big forest surrounding the campground, lots of birds and of course the lovely semois by my feet. It’s also a family camping so as a solo traveler you feel pretty safe."

The “insolite” part, you aren’t quite insolite, other tipis were in use by families with children running around and shouting. This was a bit tiring since I hoped to be in a calmer area. But you manage, I was out hiking the whole day and at night I set up my bbq while the kids slept. Only early mornings were hard - at the same time the birds were as loud as the kids 😂

Essenziali in bagno shampoo e sapone minimi. Nessun comodino o appoggio accanto al letto..

"Es hat mir alles gefallen! Ich habe mit meinen zwei Jungs für 4 Nächte im Heu übernachtet. Die Vermieterin ist super freundlich! Der wunderbare Garten hat uns jeden Tag neues entdecken lassen, die Tiere waren toll. Ich habe nichts auszusetzen!"

Leute, die meinen für den günstigen Preis ein 10 Sterne Luxushotel erwarten zu müssen! Wer es klinisch rein haben möchte, sollte in die Stadt fahren und in ein Hotel gehen, nicht aufs Land, auf einen Bauernhof mit Tieren und Heu für ein paar Euro die Nacht!

Climatizzatore molto rumoroso e senza possibilità di abbassarlo. Per la colazione c’è una sola macchina per il caffè che fa un caffè alla volta e si creano file lunghissime per cui si può aspettare anche 20 minuti per fare un caffè.

"È il ger camp più confortevole in cui ho soggiornato in Mongolia, e la proprietaria parla inglese che è un servizio non indifferente. Cucina anche molto bene, ed è molto gentile e disponibile."

Penso che i prezzi dei servizi in questa zona siano molto alti per quello che sono. Alcune volte mi è anche capitato di pagare un servizio che non era quello che mi aspettavo, per esempio qui ho pagato un trekking di 4-5 ore che in realtà era una visita di appena 2 ore a 2 attrazioni, ma non abbiamo fatto nessuna camminata per le montagne. Mi sono sentita una turista presa in giro.
