"La struttura è molto bella, con un curato giardino e una splendida piscina. La casa è comoda, anche se potrebbe beneficiare di qualche piccolo intervento di rinfresco, ma sono dettagli trascurabili. Il personale è gentilissimo e molto simpatico; abbiamo apprezzato particolarmente il gesto di prestarci l’ombrellone per le giornate al mare, una piccola attenzione che ha reso il soggiorno ancora più piacevole. La posizione è ottima, comodissima sia per raggiungere il centro sia per andare al mare!"

"Nos gustó lo espacioso, nuevo y limpio que era el apartamento.Vistas desde dormitorio a la Pagoda Shwedagon. Estuvimos 4 noches cómo en casa, limpieza diaria además con gimnasio en el edificio y destacar la amabilidad de la chica de recepción, nos dejó salir más tarde al tener bus nocturno. Es una pena que no vayan los turistas !!!"

"Struttura funzionale, ed ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Molto gentile il personale. Sistemazione tipica qui in Oman, con cucinino (rigorosamente senza pentole) e stanza spaziosa. Nel complesso una soluzione buona!"

"Bella struttura a pochi passi dal mare. Centrale e silenziosa. Il nostro appartamento aveva anche uno spazio esterno molto carino."

Purtroppo non c’erano piastre e padelle per cucinare solo microonde, abbiamo colto l’occasione e siamo usciti a cena.

"Ralph, Natalia, and Chris are very welcoming hosts. We were made to feel right at home. They went out of their way to make sure we enjoyed our stay. The picturesque location is awe-inspiring!"

Whats not to like!

"The rooms were spacious booked a family room had one double and one single. Was on ground floor first room as you enter building. The a/c was nice and cool it was on a fixed temp as no remote. TV was good with reception. Outside plenty of shops and restaurants. Dera and Gourmet and supermarket/bakery, fast food and other shops along the way. Rickshaws always available across the road. The big malls like ammana mall just a few minutes ride."

The only problem was that the toilet was the flat hole in ground the other rooms upstairs had the siting version but they were double rooms staff said we could change rooms and they will give us extra mattress but we liked the location of first room others had to go past reception.

"We love the area, close to the ocean, the view is fantastic. We lived in Trou deau Douce 25 years ago at Valmarin. It was wonderful to be back and these apartments has so much potential, but unfortunately it’s not taking care of. The cleaning lady was very kind."

The apartments weren’t cleaned when we arrived. The underfloor apartment was full of black mold. The pool is not taking care of. No sunbeds. You could easily do a quick renovation, do some painting and take care of these apartments and it would be wonderful. Now we love this area and has lot of friends in Trou deau Douce so we wanted to stay there. We had no contact with the owners, they didn’t answer us, but the housekeeper/cleaning lady was nice and answered, she come and clean when we asked for it.

Il campanello della porta d'ingresso . Veniva suonato erroneamente dai vicini perche si confondevano. I fornelli ad induzione che inizialmente ci hanno creato qualche problema...

"Good location for Front Beach. Many restaurants and cafes close by. Comfortable beds, good Aircon, strong WiFi. Quiet street. Friendly staff."

"It is a very special location. The large rock pool is absolutely unique. Great for swimming and looking at coral fish. We have never seen this at any other place we stayed."

"Ottima posizione, si trova vicino alla metro Oktogon ma vicino ci sono molte fermate bus/tram. Situata vicino a molti ristoranti e supermarket. Zona molto tranquilla. L’appartamento scelto era quello con 6 letti. Il quale è molto grande, con due bagni e appartamento ben riscaldato. Appartamento pulito, con cucina spaziosa e fornita di pentole se eventualmente si vuole cucinare. I bagni uno con doccia e uno con vasca, non grandi ma comunque attrezzati."

Nonostante ci sia la doppia finestra non è ben insonorizzato, quindi si sentono i rumori esterni. Per un soggiorno di 4 gg sono stati forniti 1 asciugamano grande ed uno piccolo. un altro paio sarebbe stato utili

"Маючи веливий досвід відпочинку на курорті Ясна в районі Білого путі саме в цих апартаментах ми зупинялись перший раз. Розташування майже ідеальне, прям біля лижного схилу та двох витягів. Перебування в апартаметах було доволі комфортним. Власники апартаментів також є вланиками ресторану на першому поверсі. Вони дуже допомогали нам вирішувати всі наші проблеми та побажання."

Інвертар на кухні недостатній або за великим рахунком віджив своє та потребує оновлення.

"Fuori dal centro abitato, in posizione panoramica, silenzioso. Dotato di parcheggio privato. Host molto cortese e disponibile a fornire indicazioni utili per il soggiorno."

Appartamento di nuova costruzione, arredamento non ancora completato, mancavano alcuni elementi ma per un breve soggiorno (siamo stati solamente due notti) non ci ha causato disagio.
