"Posizione del Premier Suite perfetta per arrivare nel centro di Dublino in veramente poco tempo. Zona nuova con appartamenti ed uffici, quindi molto tranquilla. Casa perfetta con tutti i comfort."

"Bella struttura a pochi passi dal mare. Centrale e silenziosa. Il nostro appartamento aveva anche uno spazio esterno molto carino."

Purtroppo non c’erano piastre e padelle per cucinare solo microonde, abbiamo colto l’occasione e siamo usciti a cena.

Water pressure on level 4 is not the best

"I have stayed here previously so had no hesitation booking it again. The place was clean situated in a good spot, not far from the beach and town centre."

Parking can be an issue as spaces are limited.

"Маючи веливий досвід відпочинку на курорті Ясна в районі Білого путі саме в цих апартаментах ми зупинялись перший раз. Розташування майже ідеальне, прям біля лижного схилу та двох витягів. Перебування в апартаметах було доволі комфортним. Власники апартаментів також є вланиками ресторану на першому поверсі. Вони дуже допомогали нам вирішувати всі наші проблеми та побажання."

Інвертар на кухні недостатній або за великим рахунком віджив своє та потребує оновлення.

"Very nice apartment in a quiet place with a beautiful view of nature with good air, good instructions on how to get to the apartment, very convenient with an electric lock with a code. Nearby is the Moldovan embassy, two steps away (for those who care). I recommend!"

Our room was located near the pool pump so was a bit noisy; we had to keep the balcony doors closed at all the time

"Nos gustó lo espacioso, nuevo y limpio que era el apartamento.Vistas desde dormitorio a la Pagoda Shwedagon. Estuvimos 4 noches cómo en casa, limpieza diaria además con gimnasio en el edificio y destacar la amabilidad de la chica de recepción, nos dejó salir más tarde al tener bus nocturno. Es una pena que no vayan los turistas !!!"

"La struttura è molto bella, con un curato giardino e una splendida piscina. La casa è comoda, anche se potrebbe beneficiare di qualche piccolo intervento di rinfresco, ma sono dettagli trascurabili. Il personale è gentilissimo e molto simpatico; abbiamo apprezzato particolarmente il gesto di prestarci l’ombrellone per le giornate al mare, una piccola attenzione che ha reso il soggiorno ancora più piacevole. La posizione è ottima, comodissima sia per raggiungere il centro sia per andare al mare!"

"We were warmly welcomed by the owner of the property - we felt right at home. He was very keen to host and you could really tell this in the way he interacted with us. Communication prior to our arrival was also very informative and friendly. The room was spacious and had everything we needed. The bed was amazing. So comfortable. The room and bathroom were clean and small touches around the room were cozy and well thought out. The surroundings are peaceful and our night stay was exactly what we needed after a big hike that day. Great for relaxation."

The hot water doesn’t last for very long but the water pressure is super good!

Taxi system in the country

"La posizione è molto comoda anche per riuscire a parcheggiare la macchina. Inoltre è vicinissimo al centro ma lontana dal caos della parte più centrale. Struttura pulita, letto comodo e aria condizionata."

Il bagno è davvero troppo piccolo e la doccia praticamente non esiste. Inevitabile quindi bagnare tutto quando ci si lava, dal pavimento al wc. La stanza è scura.

"El personal muy amable y servicial, nos facilito la estancia en todo momento, amabilidad desde nuestra llegada al aeropuerto."

Lo único el precio pero bueno es aceptable.

"Bel complesso di casette attorno ad un'area comune ben attrezzata e piccola piscina. Molto confortevole se ami un turismo rurale e a contatto con le persone."

"everything was just perfect and the stuff was super amazing people like Tima, Cecilia and Fanya also the chef, was my first time being in Mozambique and I was lucky to choose 40/40 accomodation for my stayand it motivated me to come back again that side spends my holidays."

Network was poor but I can't blame the guesthouse it's was also everywhere I went in Mozambique.

Non gradisco per una questione di igiene gli asciugamani marroni nelle strutture ricettive. In tre giorni non ci sono stati cambiati gli asciugamani, se avessimo voluto il cambio avremmo dovuto pagare una cifra extra, onestamente per quel che abbiamo pagato non è un gran servizio. Le docce erano aperte quindi durante il lavaggio l'acqua cadeva sul pavimento del bagno.

"Tranquillo posto con un tocco storico. Parco ben curato. Camera piccola ma accogliente. Buona colazione, possibile godere anche fuori con vista sul lago. Silenzio e bellezza"

Avvicinarsi all' acqua e pericoloso. C'è da fare ancora. Ma si può trovare in vicinanza anche le attrazioni acquatici.

"كل شي في المكان جميل، منطقة مراسي فيها كل ما تحتاج من اسواق ومطاعم وسينما وبحر، فعلًا لا تحتاج ان تخرج من المنتجع. شكر خاص للأخ Tayyab والأخت ريم على التواصل الدايم والسؤال قبل الوصول وبعد المغادرة، كان تعامل أكثر من رائع."
