"Struttura bellissima, luogo meraviglioso e super rilassante."

Se devo trovare una piccola nota dolente il materasso del divano letto andrebbe cambiato ... non era molto confortevole.

"Great location. Room has a nice view of the city. Easy self check-in process which they explain via videos they send on whatsapp. Communication with the staff via whatsapp was also easy and fast."

Rugged floors looked not too clean, there were a few hairs on the bed (which I don't care too much but could be an issue for some others)

"Abbiamo soggiornato in uno degli appartamenti della guest house con due camere da letto, soggiorno e bagno. Appartamento un po' datato negli arredi ma comunque pulito e letti comodi. Buona base d'appoggio per visitare Ranua. La sera abbiamo cenato nel ristorante della guest house, hamburger molto buono e prezzi decisamente onesti. La sera siamo riusciti a vedere l'aurora boreale sul lago che si trova all'interno della struttura (dove sono posizionati gli igloo). Disponibile ampio parcheggio e una sauna su prenotazione. Se soggiornate qui vi consigliamo di valutare di fare le experiences offerte da Lupland (che ha un ufficio proprio all'interno della struttura). Noi abbiamo prenotato l'adventure park di giorno con partenza direttamente dalla struttura, ci hanno portato con una motoslitta in un angolo di bosco a pochi minuti dall'hotel dove abbiamo potuto fare molte attività e ascoltare i racconti delle guide davanti al fuoco e alle salsicce arrostite."

Lo sterrato che porta alla struttura seppur breve (poco meno di 500mt) è comunque disagevole. Se desiderate cenare nella struttura (consigliatissimo) dovete prenotare al mattino. Consigliato un mezzo proprio, il centro dista circa 5 km.

I 3 posti auto del parcheggio riservato vengono spesso "chiusi" da altre auto che parcheggiano lungo la via. Nella camera non sono previste tende o oscuranti in genere e dunque già al mattino presto c'è già piena luce. L'hotel non fornisce mascherine per il sonno

"Large, clean and modern room with a hairdryer and enough plugs. Parking available. Nice breakfast with home-made yogurt and jams. Internet was satisfactory. The dinner at a (somewhat high) price of 30 Euro per person was good. Good service overall. The owner, Mr. Desprairies, is very professional."

Though we did like the breakfast, we saw that eggs are offered for an extra charge. In most hotels this is standard, so I would recommend to just include them in breakfast. Also, the coffee was so so.

Det var väldigt varmt i rummet och AC saknades.

"Lo staff è stato cordiale, accogliente e pronto ad aiutarci ad ogni occasione. La posizione è ottima e la struttura è bene collegata con metro e bus."

La stanza era leggermente piccola per 3 persone, per i giorni in cui siamo rimaste è andata bene, per un soggiorno più lungo non saprei. La moquette è un no per noi ma è solo un gusto personale.

I didn't receive the room what I booked. During my stay(4 days), nobody came in to clean or to take the garbage. Didn't worth the price.

Il chiasso proveniente dalla strada. Difficile dormire. E la non disponibilità a non offrire un adattatore della presa della corrente elettrica, dicendo che non lo avevano. La mattina seguente con un altro ragazzo alla reception ho invece ottenuto.

La colazione è solamente salata. Si sentiva qualsiasi rumore della camera dei vicini.
