"Posizione del Premier Suite perfetta per arrivare nel centro di Dublino in veramente poco tempo. Zona nuova con appartamenti ed uffici, quindi molto tranquilla. Casa perfetta con tutti i comfort."

"We love the area, close to the ocean, the view is fantastic. We lived in Trou deau Douce 25 years ago at Valmarin. It was wonderful to be back and these apartments has so much potential, but unfortunately it’s not taking care of. The cleaning lady was very kind."

The apartments weren’t cleaned when we arrived. The underfloor apartment was full of black mold. The pool is not taking care of. No sunbeds. You could easily do a quick renovation, do some painting and take care of these apartments and it would be wonderful. Now we love this area and has lot of friends in Trou deau Douce so we wanted to stay there. We had no contact with the owners, they didn’t answer us, but the housekeeper/cleaning lady was nice and answered, she come and clean when we asked for it.

La parte attorno alla piscina era poco attrezzata ed i due lettini presenti un po' troppo datati

Il campanello della porta d'ingresso . Veniva suonato erroneamente dai vicini perche si confondevano. I fornelli ad induzione che inizialmente ci hanno creato qualche problema...

Purtroppo non c’erano piastre e padelle per cucinare solo microonde, abbiamo colto l’occasione e siamo usciti a cena.

"Buona posizione, in un'area sicura e tranquilla. 1 ora circa da S.Juan e mezz'ora da Ceiba (ottimo per volo verso Culebra!) La villa era fornita di veramente tutto : cucina, lavastoviglie,lavanderia con asciugatrice. In dotazione saponi, shampoo, asciugamani, detersivi per la cucina, lavastoviglie e lavatrice, e anche un campione di caffè. Tutti gli accessori da cucina erano presenti (piatti, posate, bicchieri , pentole etc). Spazi molto grandi, molto apprezzato il terrazzo con sedie, tavolo e sdraio. Parcheggio gratuito a pochi passi. La nostra villa aveva la vista sul porticciolo degli yatch. Bello anche il complesso nel suo insieme, con la piscina (una era in ristrutturazione). A pochi passi una piazzetta con alcuni ristoranti e negozi."

Il checkin è stato un po' "freddo", ci è stato spiegato poco delle strutture disponibili. Le chiavi magnetiche si sono smagnetizzate due volte in una settimana. Problema risolto subito alla reception, ma comunque fastidioso. Il parcheggio era ampio ma secondo me meglio cospargerlo di ghiaia per evitare la fanghiglia e pareggiarlo meglio (alcune buche erano veramente notevoli!)

"We were warmly welcomed by the owner of the property - we felt right at home. He was very keen to host and you could really tell this in the way he interacted with us. Communication prior to our arrival was also very informative and friendly. The room was spacious and had everything we needed. The bed was amazing. So comfortable. The room and bathroom were clean and small touches around the room were cozy and well thought out. The surroundings are peaceful and our night stay was exactly what we needed after a big hike that day. Great for relaxation."

The hot water doesn’t last for very long but the water pressure is super good!

"Comfortable bed. Quiet. Excellent location with markets and shops nearby. Friendly staff. Would certainly stay here again in the future."

Main window is in the bedroom, so the livingroom is kind of dark, but with lights on it didn't bother me.

"Beautiful territory, nice stuff, excellent location, proximity to the beach. Absolutely beautiful place to stay close to the old port, very convenient for the kids to swim. A bit outside of the city and I loved it! Walking distance to the kite beach or shell cemetery. Enjoyed to be surrounded by so many flowers on the territory. Definitely good value for the money. Book in advance!"

The kids bed wasn’t really comfortable and was somehow uneven.

"La struttura è molto bella, con un curato giardino e una splendida piscina. La casa è comoda, anche se potrebbe beneficiare di qualche piccolo intervento di rinfresco, ma sono dettagli trascurabili. Il personale è gentilissimo e molto simpatico; abbiamo apprezzato particolarmente il gesto di prestarci l’ombrellone per le giornate al mare, una piccola attenzione che ha reso il soggiorno ancora più piacevole. La posizione è ottima, comodissima sia per raggiungere il centro sia per andare al mare!"

"Casa molto pulita e dotata di tutte le comodità, ottima posizione proprio vicino alla spiaggia e non lontano da un paio di ristoranti ed un supermarket."

Non gradisco per una questione di igiene gli asciugamani marroni nelle strutture ricettive. In tre giorni non ci sono stati cambiati gli asciugamani, se avessimo voluto il cambio avremmo dovuto pagare una cifra extra, onestamente per quel che abbiamo pagato non è un gran servizio. Le docce erano aperte quindi durante il lavaggio l'acqua cadeva sul pavimento del bagno.

"Маючи веливий досвід відпочинку на курорті Ясна в районі Білого путі саме в цих апартаментах ми зупинялись перший раз. Розташування майже ідеальне, прям біля лижного схилу та двох витягів. Перебування в апартаметах було доволі комфортним. Власники апартаментів також є вланиками ресторану на першому поверсі. Вони дуже допомогали нам вирішувати всі наші проблеми та побажання."

Інвертар на кухні недостатній або за великим рахунком віджив своє та потребує оновлення.

More kitchen stuff would be great and a more cleaner bathroom.

Purtroppo non c’erano piastre e padelle per cucinare solo microonde, abbiamo colto l’occasione e siamo usciti a cena.

"The rooms were spacious booked a family room had one double and one single. Was on ground floor first room as you enter building. The a/c was nice and cool it was on a fixed temp as no remote. TV was good with reception. Outside plenty of shops and restaurants. Dera and Gourmet and supermarket/bakery, fast food and other shops along the way. Rickshaws always available across the road. The big malls like ammana mall just a few minutes ride."

The only problem was that the toilet was the flat hole in ground the other rooms upstairs had the siting version but they were double rooms staff said we could change rooms and they will give us extra mattress but we liked the location of first room others had to go past reception.

"It is a very special location. The large rock pool is absolutely unique. Great for swimming and looking at coral fish. We have never seen this at any other place we stayed."

The AC in the bedroom was too noisy. And i hope they will fix the elevator soon.
