"The room was spacious, organized, and clean. In addition, the sun came shining in throughout the morning. We had access to many amenities (including kitchenette!). The location is in a quiet town, where everyone is friendly. We needed to stay a second night, and they happily extended our stay."

"La stanza è in zona centralissima! Partendo dal check-in, al checkout, la stanza per prendere i prodotti di cui si ha bisogno, la lag room sono self service e quindi comodità è la parola d'ordine. La cucina è attrezzata per poter cucinare (manca l'olio)."

Unica pecca manca un armadio e dei comodini. C'è solo un appendiabiti e un divano

"The breakfast was fresh and delicious, with a good variety of options. The location was excellent—close to shops and public transport, which made it very convenient to get around."

Free Wi-Fi connection was sometimes unstable, especially during the evening.

"Used as a night stop over before catching ferry next day. Midway between airport and ferry port. Room had everything required, was clean and having bar and restaurant on roof is a nice thing as not much else is around in the area. Staff were attentive."

There were small irritations. TV on arrival was not working but sorted after a message to hotel. Signage to bar restaurant is incorrect should be removed. Took a while before being advised of alternative entry point. Check out process could had been more efficient. Taxi driver ended up paying cash for me as lady with card machine not available

"Nice setting, clean and comfortable room. Liked seeing the wildlife and walking the trails. In addition to the pool there's also table tennis, a football table and other games you can play which is a nice touch."

There was no tea or coffee in the room. Instead coffee was changed at an excessive rate. The same applies to the resturant: I always expect to pay over the odds in a place like this but this really was excessive! The final thing I thought was harsh is the 10 am check out time especially at low season.

"The apartment was stocked with many basic food items: Bread, butter, margarine, tea, instant coffee, salt, pepper, sugar, juice, milk, coke, and snacks, to the best of my memory. This was essential because we arrived at 3:00 AM and had to be ready for a tour at 6:00 AM. Also, some of that is expensive to buy when you must leave it behind if you are only there a few days. We liked that there was a security guard there and the building and area felt safe. Laundry facilities."

"El hotel en general es muy bonito, y la piscina está muy Bien: Mis chamos no querían salir de la piscina, en especial por el pequeño "Parque" acuático que tienen en las instalaciones de la piscina. Las piscinas las mantienen muy Bien limpias, incluso fuimos testigos de la limpieza exhaustiva que realizaron a la piscina de niños. El personal de mantenimiento le damos un buen "pulgar arriba". Se nos daño la cerradura y la cambiaron Al mismo momento en el que lo reportamos, a pesar de que tenían "various casos de emergencia" que necesitaban atender. Muy bien por El líder de mantenimiento."

El desayuno fue un desastre. Cuando llegamos nos asignaron una muchacha para hacerle seguimiento a nuestra "experiencia" en El hotel y nos dijo: "El desayuno es a la Carta, así que no hay que preocuparse". La verdad es que solo habían 3 tipos de desayuno y eran sumamente estrictos (no se podía cambiar pan por arepa por ejemplo). La Carta decía "huevos Al gusto", sin embargo no había huevos hervidos. A la final nos lo prepararon (porque Les explicamos que eran para Los niños) no sin antes mostrar una cara de desacuerdo y "volteada de ojos" no muy agradable. Por otro lado, El hotel estaba casi full (hecho corroborado por Los mismos administradores / trabajadores del hotel), y la disponibilidad de mesas era escasa, en incluso se hacían colas, especialmente, cerca de la hora de cierre del restaurant (10a.m.). Como especialistas en Gerencia e Ingeniería de costos, entendemos claramente que el objetivo de servir "desayunos a la Carta", es tratar de bajar costos (no toman en consideración que bajar costos en la situación de ocupación en la que se encontraban significa incrementar estrés a su personal y al turista), sin embargo eso se puede hacer con El hotel a poca ocupación (quizas igual o menor Al 30-40%) no con el hotel a 80% de ocupación. La mejor manera de manejar la comida con dicha ocupación, es preparar desayunos tipo Buffett. Se lo hicimos saber a la Gerente encargada del restaurant, sin embargo la misma no recibió la sugerencia de buenas maneras.

"Il monolocale era molto spazioso nei suoi ambienti. Il riscaldamento si gestisce dalla camera, come le luci, ad accensione dal letto. Gli armadi capienti, come i comodini. L'angolo cucina è a scomparsa, il che rende l'ambiente più da camera, con il difetto che c'è poco posto d'appoggio. Il tavolino compensa. Praticamente nessun rumore proveniente dall'esterno, infissi molto buoni."

All'arrivo nel lavello erano presenti piatti e stoviglie sporchi, non ottimo per il voto pulizia. La ventola del riscaldamento è rumorosa e tende ad attivarsi nel mezzo della notte. Non sono chiari gli orari per comunicare al telefono per esigenze, un paio di volte non ho ottenuto risposta.

L’alloggio, dotato di tutti i comfort – inclusi lavastoviglie e lavatrice – ha reso il soggiorno ancora più piacevole. "Struttura comoda, andrebbe manutenuta soprattutto all'esterno ma è sicuramente molto comoda per il prezzo che ha. La parte forte è senz'altro il ristorante. Da 10 e lode. Pesce fresco e buonissimo, anche la pizza (che ha fatto innamorare mio figlio) era davvero buona. Al nostro arrivo ci è stato consentito dal proprietario il check in alle 11 senza chiedere un euro. Avevamo già messo in conto di stare al ristorante durante l'attesa e invece, siamo subito stati accompagnati al nostro appartamento. Abbiamo avuto qualche problema con il wi-fi che non funzionava ma come sempre, il sevizio è stato top e sia il proprietario che il suo papà si sono subito movimentati per risolvere il problema. Hanno un'attenzione e dedizione al cliente davvero ammirevole. La spiaggia è convenzionata e quindi gratis per i clienti di Villa Arberia."

L'area esterna era un pochino abbandonata e poco manutenuta. Aggiungerei qualcosa in più in cucina. Poche stoviglie, assenza totale di mestoli e qualche mattonellina del mosaico della doccia staccata e riappoggiata.

Lo único el precio pero bueno es aceptable.

Non gradisco per una questione di igiene gli asciugamani marroni nelle strutture ricettive. In tre giorni non ci sono stati cambiati gli asciugamani, se avessimo voluto il cambio avremmo dovuto pagare una cifra extra, onestamente per quel che abbiamo pagato non è un gran servizio. Le docce erano aperte quindi durante il lavaggio l'acqua cadeva sul pavimento del bagno.

"Bellissimo albergo situato in una tipica casa coloniale. La nostra stanza era ampia, bagno con vasca e doccia, salotto con cucina e terrazzino privato raggiungibile con una scala. Persole sempre disponibile e cortese. Ottima posizione nel centro di Antigua!"

"Large rooms, pristine condition. Well appointed with good facilities. Common area also superb, with cooking facilities, dining area, living room and TV. Two shower/toilet rooms shared between 4 rooms. Impeccably clean. Free wi-fi. 2x supermarkets and a fast-food place are within walking distance, closing around 22:00."

The location isn't really within walking distance of Nuuk centre, but buses and taxis are available. Not much to see and do in immediate area.

Oversimplified decor. Access to mobile showerhead restricted, watermarks above skirting board outside shower in the hallway.

Not really suitable without a car, it’s quite a steep walk up from Camp’s Bay and then have to walk through the basement car park to access the apartments. I found it quite expensive just for a studio compared to other accommodation I have used but Camps Bay is a more expensive area.
