"Posizione del Premier Suite perfetta per arrivare nel centro di Dublino in veramente poco tempo. Zona nuova con appartamenti ed uffici, quindi molto tranquilla. Casa perfetta con tutti i comfort."

"La camera spaziosa, la cucina attrezzata ( magari lascerei il detersivo per i piatti), l'acqua per la doccia bella calda."

Il rumore degli ospiti del piano superiore! Suggerirei di mettere i gommini alle sedie.

The AC in the bedroom was too noisy. And i hope they will fix the elevator soon.

It would have been handy to have a microwave.

La parte attorno alla piscina era poco attrezzata ed i due lettini presenti un po' troppo datati

"The bed was comfortable. The studio room. was spacious and clean.. The kitchen had everything.Staff were friendly. But the view was more beautiful overlooking the sea."

There was no hot water in the studio apartment..at least they should have installed a hot water heater in the shower would be better. the WiFi keeps going on and off.The TV had only 4 to 5 channels.Well, it's Solomon Islands. Everything there is yet to be upgraded.

Nella mia camera di notte si sentiva il rumore della strada, qualche spiffero dal lucernaio.

"Tutto bene per chi sta di passaggio, la zona non è vicino al centro ma per noi che dovevamo solo riposare dal viaggio è stato eccellente!"

"The rooms were spacious booked a family room had one double and one single. Was on ground floor first room as you enter building. The a/c was nice and cool it was on a fixed temp as no remote. TV was good with reception. Outside plenty of shops and restaurants. Dera and Gourmet and supermarket/bakery, fast food and other shops along the way. Rickshaws always available across the road. The big malls like ammana mall just a few minutes ride."

The only problem was that the toilet was the flat hole in ground the other rooms upstairs had the siting version but they were double rooms staff said we could change rooms and they will give us extra mattress but we liked the location of first room others had to go past reception.

Il bagno è davvero troppo piccolo e la doccia praticamente non esiste. Inevitabile quindi bagnare tutto quando ci si lava, dal pavimento al wc. La stanza è scura.

"Excellent stay, the host were attentive but at the same time they ensured privacy. The house is big, with a beautiful garden with the pool by the forest. Everything worked properly with all the things that u can have at home. We would love to be back on our next holiday in Lithuania. Thanks u"

"The apartment was stocked with many basic food items: Bread, butter, margarine, tea, instant coffee, salt, pepper, sugar, juice, milk, coke, and snacks, to the best of my memory. This was essential because we arrived at 3:00 AM and had to be ready for a tour at 6:00 AM. Also, some of that is expensive to buy when you must leave it behind if you are only there a few days. We liked that there was a security guard there and the building and area felt safe. Laundry facilities."

"La struttura è molto bella, con un curato giardino e una splendida piscina. La casa è comoda, anche se potrebbe beneficiare di qualche piccolo intervento di rinfresco, ma sono dettagli trascurabili. Il personale è gentilissimo e molto simpatico; abbiamo apprezzato particolarmente il gesto di prestarci l’ombrellone per le giornate al mare, una piccola attenzione che ha reso il soggiorno ancora più piacevole. La posizione è ottima, comodissima sia per raggiungere il centro sia per andare al mare!"

The only negative for me was the shower was a little small.

"La struttura e’ veramente bella, centrale e molto accogliente"

L’arredamento della camera e i servizi sono eccellenti

"Buona posizione, in un'area sicura e tranquilla. 1 ora circa da S.Juan e mezz'ora da Ceiba (ottimo per volo verso Culebra!) La villa era fornita di veramente tutto : cucina, lavastoviglie,lavanderia con asciugatrice. In dotazione saponi, shampoo, asciugamani, detersivi per la cucina, lavastoviglie e lavatrice, e anche un campione di caffè. Tutti gli accessori da cucina erano presenti (piatti, posate, bicchieri , pentole etc). Spazi molto grandi, molto apprezzato il terrazzo con sedie, tavolo e sdraio. Parcheggio gratuito a pochi passi. La nostra villa aveva la vista sul porticciolo degli yatch. Bello anche il complesso nel suo insieme, con la piscina (una era in ristrutturazione). A pochi passi una piazzetta con alcuni ristoranti e negozi."

Il checkin è stato un po' "freddo", ci è stato spiegato poco delle strutture disponibili. Le chiavi magnetiche si sono smagnetizzate due volte in una settimana. Problema risolto subito alla reception, ma comunque fastidioso. Il parcheggio era ampio ma secondo me meglio cospargerlo di ghiaia per evitare la fanghiglia e pareggiarlo meglio (alcune buche erano veramente notevoli!)

"la posizione è senz'altro nel cuore di miraflores quartiere turistico. Colazione buona. Wifi ottima. Vista dall'alto piacevole. La stanza molto grande, tipo loft. Cambio asciugamani quotidiano. Staff cordiale e disponibile. Valido anche il deposito bagagli. Letto enorme."

La vasca grande ma un po' datata. Un po' di rumore pur essendo al 14 piano non c'è molto insonorizzazione con l'esterno.
