Piscina bellissima, staff assolutamente impeccabile: al mattino prima di uscire per lavoro, chiedo di pulire il filtro del climatizzatore (spia rossa accesa). Al rientro, fatto. Chiedo informazioni varie, sempre ricevute con gentilezza e precisione. Ristorante con adattamenti italiani da me richiesti, non previsti dal menù: ad esempio carne senza salse e cose creole, solo olio di oliva e limone. Fatto. Parcheggio interno, ampio e gratuito. Camere silenziose perchè si trova su una collina che domani la città ed è lontano dal traffico urbano. Centro fitness interno gratuito"

Televisore con programmi che si bloccavano continuamente. Camera con rumori di “motori/condizionatori” continui anche di notte.

Peccato mancasse qualcosa, tipo lo yogurt. La signora della mattina purtroppo non parla inglese. Non vedere persone alla reception è sempre un po' strano, diventa non bello quando si spengono le luci della sala e non si sa come accenderle.

"Excellent location. ALL the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Near to the American Memorial Park and if you want to book a tour of Saipan, I can recommend Walt at Discover Saipan. He gave me a superb tour of Saipan and Tinian and can collect from the hotel. Delicious dinner in the Terrace restaurant. Several pools and one of them is large enough to swim lengths and is open till late. I wish I could have stayed a bit longer!"

The food in the restaurant is ok but not the best and the waiters are slow. The breakfast is very poor and it is better to eat outside at 100% Natural. The reception did no tell us about the yoga which we missed. Also that did not tell us that we should book the whale trip in advance because now it was sold out and we had to book a private trip.

The breakfast a bit poor

"Accoglienza perfetta Camera spaziosa e pulita Accappatoio morbidissimo Abbiamo usufruito del servizio navetta delle 5 am, comodissimo. A quell’ora la colazione non era disponibile ma al check in la sera prima ci avevano comunque detto che volendo avremmo potuto farcela portare in camera al risveglio. Nella hall caffè e tè caldi disponibili per asporto."

The weakest part of the hotel is the restaurant catering for breakfasts and all meals: the place that looks like a canteen, is not welcoming. The prices for food are for too expensive. The food is good quality. Spiritless Hotel as it feels very empty.

Probably just the traffic and noises makes by vendor as the hotel is opposite the national library. Hence many youngsters hangout there everyday and worst is over the weekend.

La posizione è ottima con la fermata dei bus proprio davanti e a pochi passi della metropolitana. Altro punto, un hotel smoking free cioè c'è una zona alla fermata dei bus dove si può fumare. "Ottima posizione appena fuori dal centro, vicino a stazione dei bus o ben raggiungibile in auto e comodo il parcheggio gratuito privato. Host molto gentili, camera enorme, nuova ed estremamente spaziosa. C'erano phon, ciabatte da bagno, ciabattine da camera, abbondante set da doccia e tutto veramente nuovo e ben curato. Letto comodissimo ed aria condizionata funzionante"

Leggero odore di fogna che veniva su dal water ma bastava chiudere la tavola e non si sentiva più. La porta del bagno non si chiudeva perfettamente ma non era importante. Qualche pelo sulle coperte purtroppo, ma il soggiorno è stato veramente gradevole!

Prices are very high, but the normal for French Guyana. Kourou is not a city for pedestrians. So, there is no good location - everything is far for a walk. By car, it is really close to the space center.

The bacon and sausages at breakfast were not the best but this is usual for Korea. Westerners might notice this, Koreans won't mind them at all.

Se devo trovare un difetto a quest’hotel che adoro per atmosfera, posizione, staff, piscina, storia andrebbero rifatti i bagni di alcune camere un po’ datati …

"I was able to book a room just before midnight of the same night (in the app it says 24 hours front desk). When I arrived, the doors were closed. I was able to call and they were able to open the doors after I woke them up and accommodated me but it's quite a surprise if it says 24 hours front desk and then it actually isn't..."
